”Exceptional Stay at the Galt House Hotel - A Louisville Gem!” I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and elegant ambiance set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The location of the Galt House is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Louisville with breathtaking views of the Ohio River. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the grand, modern decor that beautifully blends the hotel’s historic charm with contemporary elegance. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. La camera è molto confortevole, la camera è molto spaziosa, l’ora e gli appetiti sono molto felici e un bel posto per soggiornare. Il problema per noi è che abbiamo avuto un odore di animali domestici che era insopportabile a volte, ma hanno detto che non credevano che la nostra stanza avesse un animale domestico prima del nostro soggiorno.

Tenendo presente il prezzo l'hotel non era male. Le camere erano abbastanza pulite. Il letto era davvero morbido, anche se preferisco un letto forte. Le signore che stava correndo il conto frontale mentre ero. Ci erano molto amichevole e utile. Ho persino dimenticato la mia spalla e mi hanno dato una gratis. Il colazione che è incluso è ok per la persona media. Tuttavia, posso essere diabetico tipo 2 e l'unico cibo diabetico amichevole. Avrebbero avuto quello che era acqua. Tutto il cibo era alto in carboidrati. Per i giorni del diabete, il calore era biscotti e la ciotola era davvero in speranza per qualche uovo.Forse un po'di bacon, ma no. Nella mia camera, che era diciannove anni, la porta del bagno poteva essere sostituita da un sacco di pitture che la stava spruzzando, e il fondo, come se qualcuno l'avesse sparato o qualcosa che stava uscendo. Il docciatore, il lato dello shampoo, si è mantenuto in calo. Se fossi tornato a Kentucky, che non avessi mai previsto, resterò in questo hotel. E ricordare di portare tronchi di nuoto per poter usare la piscina. The hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm. Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food. Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

Questo hotel era in una posizione perfetta per le nostre famiglie durante la vacanza di primavera mentre visitavamo le Caverne Mamath, la Caverna del fiume Lost e il Corvette Measume Nazionale. Molti ristoranti intorno e facile sul/ fuori del principale bar. Una colazione inclusa è stato un plus. Il mio ragazzo godeva di biscotti e di cibo, e i bambini amavano le waffle, la piscina e il tubo caldo erano tutti amanti e noi ci siamo recati tutte e tre le nostre notti. Le camere erano medie e niente di speciale, potevano usare un po' di fissaggio qui e là e forse qualche gancio sul retro della porta del bagno o un rack sopra il bagno per un posto dove appendere le tole, ma era un posto dove dormire e docciare. Una cosa che posso dire è che il parcheggio non era molto grande davanti all'hotel e la maggior parte dei punti già presi quando siamo arrivati e andati, quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare sul parcheggio laterale che è su una collina sgombrata e è dolore al buco di entrare e uscire. Rimarremmo ancora qui, perché il prezzo per quello che ricevete è stato il migliore che abbiamo trovato.

Ho detto che la potenza nella nostra stanza - la TV, le lampade, la microonde, frig. , non funzionava.Abbiamo messo una denuncia nel desk front circa le 18:00. Il problema non è stato risolto fino a dopo, circa le 10:00. Circa un'ora dopo è ora di dormire, quindi il 95% di guardare TV, microonde, ecc, è stato cancellato. Quando ho messo la chiamata in Trip,.com qualche mese fa, non ho ricevuto alcun seguito, fino a ieri notte. Ieri notte l'unico chiamante voleva un feedback sulla mia stanza. Ho superato tutto quello che era successo. Vuole anche un input su come possono migliorare. Ho detto che è molto semplice, è solo concentrarsi sull'etichetta e la soddisfazione dei clienti di base, e non è stato espresso alcun tipo di riconoscimento per quanto riguarda la mia perdita di godimento di questo soggiorno hotel. Il servizio/soddisfazione dei clienti sta diventando inesistente .

Abbiamo soggiornato qui prima e ci piace davvero questo hotel! Esso è decorato in un bel design moderno, sempre pulito, sempre amichevole e utile personale. Esso è molto vicino ai ristoranti, negozi di pasticceria, ecc. Erlanger ha qualcosa che si potrebbe desiderare da una città più piccola senza il traffico folle. Ma si è abbastanza vicino a Newport, Covington, Cincinnati che è un giro piuttosto veloce ovunque nella zona della metropolitana. La colazione ha molti oggetti caldi da scegliere. Molto bello hotel e molto probabilmente rimarremo lì in futuro.

신시내티 방문 일정으로 숙박하게 되었습니다. 오하이오 강변에 위치하고 있고 바로 옆에 있는 scenic overlook at devou park의 조경을 경험할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 시내에 있어서 그런지 이용객들이 많았지만 조용하고 정숙하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 수영장 온도도 적당하게 잘 유지되었습니다. 피트니스 시설도 훌륭했고 고품질의 조식 재료들이 공급되어 좋았습니다. 열심히 일하는 직원들을 응원합니다!
