We absolutely loved our stay at Staybridge Suites Lexington South. Everything was spotless from the moment we walked in — super clean rooms and common areas. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything we needed without being in the middle of chaos.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way, and you could tell they genuinely cared. The amenities were top-notch — the kitchen in the suite was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the free breakfast was actually good (not just filler). We felt right at home, and it was perfect for our family.
Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through Lexington.

The hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm.
Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food.
Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

Great spot for an overnighter . Bed was super comfortable. Very friendly and efficient staff at checkin. We didn’t use the gym but it look spacious and great equipment. We have marked it as favorite when we come through again.

Hotel is fine, but the air conditioners - wall mounted under the window like normal at this price point - make the bed in room 304 vibrate. Turned mine off, and still got vibrations from the neighbors' units. Ugh. Slept poorly. And the only reason I was there was to sleep. Will not return. Will avoid the brand going forward.

UUtente ospite絕美風景的房間，酒店雖然是1972年開的，但設施都很新。每天都有房間衞生打掃。唯一不方便的可能是東西塔房間衹能從3樓連廊走通，而酒店專屬停車場和健身房都是在東塔。

MMareaHarrisLa camera è molto confortevole, la camera è molto spaziosa, l’ora e gli appetiti sono molto felici e un bel posto per soggiornare. Il problema per noi è che abbiamo avuto un odore di animali domestici che era insopportabile a volte, ma hanno detto che non credevano che la nostra stanza avesse un animale domestico prima del nostro soggiorno.

RRodger HutchisonTenendo presente il prezzo l'hotel non era male. Le camere erano abbastanza pulite. Il letto era davvero morbido, anche se preferisco un letto forte. Le signore che stava correndo il conto frontale mentre ero. Ci erano molto amichevole e utile. Ho persino dimenticato la mia spalla e mi hanno dato una gratis. Il colazione che è incluso è ok per la persona media. Tuttavia, posso essere diabetico tipo 2 e l'unico cibo diabetico amichevole. Avrebbero avuto quello che era acqua. Tutto il cibo era alto in carboidrati. Per i giorni del diabete, il calore era biscotti e la ciotola era davvero in speranza per qualche uovo.Forse un po'di bacon, ma no. Nella mia camera, che era diciannove anni, la porta del bagno poteva essere sostituita da un sacco di pitture che la stava spruzzando, e il fondo, come se qualcuno l'avesse sparato o qualcosa che stava uscendo. Il docciatore, il lato dello shampoo, si è mantenuto in calo.
Se fossi tornato a Kentucky, che non avessi mai previsto, resterò in questo hotel. E ricordare di portare tronchi di nuoto per poter usare la piscina. E solo un po'di effetti visivi.Le bottiglie false nella macchina Pop o nelle macchine di soda, qualunque cosa tu preferisca, non possono stare in piedi sostituendoli sembrano cattive.

KKenzieLee5Questo hotel era in una posizione perfetta per le nostre famiglie durante la vacanza di primavera mentre visitavamo le Caverne Mamath, la Caverna del fiume Lost e il Corvette Measume Nazionale. Molti ristoranti intorno e facile sul/ fuori del principale bar. Una colazione inclusa è stato un plus. Il mio ragazzo godeva di biscotti e di cibo, e i bambini amavano le waffle, la piscina e il tubo caldo erano tutti amanti e noi ci siamo recati tutte e tre le nostre notti. Le camere erano medie e niente di speciale, potevano usare un po' di fissaggio qui e là e forse qualche gancio sul retro della porta del bagno o un rack sopra il bagno per un posto dove appendere le tole, ma era un posto dove dormire e docciare. Una cosa che posso dire è che il parcheggio non era molto grande davanti all'hotel e la maggior parte dei punti già presi quando siamo arrivati e andati, quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare sul parcheggio laterale che è su una collina sgombrata e è dolore al buco di entrare e uscire. Rimarremmo ancora qui, perché il prezzo per quello che ricevete è stato il migliore che abbiamo trovato.

UUtente ospiteNice hotel that presents well. It's not in a ”bad” part of town, per se, but it also felt a little more industrial around it than expected.
Doesn't have a distinct ”hotel smell” that's usually tied to chlorine or cleaners. Amenities were nice and the room was clean. Someone had pooped on the side of the pool when we had arrived, although that wasn't any fault of the hotel. It was promptly closed for the night and reopened the next morning. Staff was friendly and we can't say there were any real snags.
It was a little strange that we booked a room with a king bed and pull-out sofa bed for 4 people, yet upon arriving to the room, there wasn't any linen or pillows for the pull-out sofa. We had to ask for linen, and it was promptly delivered to our room, it just seemed off that we booked the room clearly for 4 people and didn't have the linen for it.

UUtente ospiteThis was the second stay for my husband and I at the Cambria. Our first trip was in 2022 and we loved the hotel so much we booked it again for our 2023 trip. Check in/check out was extremely smooth. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. There is on site parking and an overflow lot across the street. The location is great, so many things to do and see within walking distance. And our favorite thing about this place, the on site bar :) When it get's later in the evening and you do not want to walk the city streets or places are closed at 6:00, you can come back to the hotel and continue to have a couple drinks!! I highly recommend this place to all of our family and friends. We will be back in 2024!

KKimberlyWhen I first walked in it looked great and the staff was friendly and informative. Everything was okay until I went to my room. I proceeded to unpack when I found an obscene amount of ants and knats on one of my beds. I called the front office and he came up to my room bringing me all the clean bed linens and proceeded to take the infested ones away. He didn't say or do anything else he walked out leaving me standing there with clean linens in my arms. So as I started to make the bed up as I am looking for more bugs if any! I found on the upper left corner of the mattress a pretty big size dry blood on the mattress..all of this and never anything said to me about a discount or a new room or anything...I better not have any problems getting my deposit back!
