It was a great experience. The restaurants are nice albeit you need to be sure if you like the authetic flavours from South Indian cuisine. As the paneer dish tasted a bit bitter due to different spices used in South Indian cuisine. Overall, great hotel and it is a peaceful to be in the large high ceiling lobby.

Nice comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The airport is just a 10 minutes drive or cab ride from the hotel. Breakfast (available from 7 to 10am) is a mix of Indian and continental. My room was clean and comfortable, with fast hot water in the shower and stable wifi. The front desk was helpful and efficient, and both my check in and check out processes were fast. The room rate was also competitive. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Mi è piaciuto davvero il mio soggiorno qui! L'equipaggio era caldo e benvenuto dal momento che sono arrivato. La stanza era accogliente e pulita, con un letto confortevole che mi ha dato un grande sonno notturno. L'hotel è in una posizione molto conveniente, e mi è piaciuto l'atmosfera tranquilla. Alcuni piccoli miglioramenti potrebbero renderlo ancora migliore, ma in generale, rimarrei certamente qui di nuovo.

We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai. The staff service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The team was always checking if we needed anything or if housekeeping was required, which made us feel truly well looked after.
The breakfast buffet staff were extremely attentive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and provide items we requested, even when they were not listed on the menu. Their goal was clearly to ensure that guests enjoy their meal and leave happy.
A special mention goes to their unique Food Spa service, where hot water is provided for soaking the feet for relaxation. This service can be requested and is delivered to the room within around 20 minutes, which was a very thoughtful and relaxing experience.
Thank you to the entire team for a memorable and pleasant stay.

WiFi signal in room 626 cannot use for whole my staying even duty manager tried to fix second times, including phone signal still not using when I am in the room but I am outside the hotel everything is normal.
Then I moved to other room 669, WiFi and phone signal are better but not stable.
All staff are very helpful with nice hospitality.

BBharat61I stayed at The St. Regis Mumbai for two nights last week and had an excellent experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.

L'hotel è stanco ma confortevole. Le finestre sono andate al prossimo edificio, così era tranquillo. Possono dormire dopo la notte prima a causa del volo. La camera da bagno ha un set di denti, la camera ha un set di tè e acqua.
La colazione è insolita, ma si può scegliere qualcosa di appropriato.
Tutto ciò che era più economico al momento della prenotazione sulla foto sembrava molto più triste.
Si trovava in una posizione molto conveniente, che si trovava intorno alla stazione Cherchgate, da dove si può raggiungere il lavandino di Dhobi-Gat e i mulini di Dharawi.
Non volevamo solo che all'entrata abbiamo quasi tirato fuori le valigie e le mani per portare in camera, anche se ci siamo resistiti, e quando siamo stati portati in camera abbiamo dato 100 rupie, il vettore sembrava che gli avessimo dato 1 rupie. Non abbiamo bisogno del suo servizio e non abbiamo ritirato i soldi in linea di principio.

UUtente ospiteOur recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings.
Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down.
The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses.
The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner.
Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time.
In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

Two small points -
1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel
2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away
Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

UUtente ospiteLa ricezione è stata un'impressione positiva, con il personale che ci ha resi veramente benvenuti all'arrivo, ma questa esperienza iniziale è stata un po' sovrascontrata dalla evidente necessità di modernizzazione dell'hotel in molte aree.
La camera, pur funzionale, mostrava chiari segni di invecchiamento, particolarmente notevoli nella camera da bagno, dove la condizionamento del bagno ha influenzato sia l’aspetto che la pulizia. Sebbene non insalubre, le strutture date hanno certamente colpito il comfort e il lusso complessivo che si aspetta da un soggiorno alberghiero.
Le strutture lasciano molto da desiderare, ma la palestra è sottodimensionata e dispone di attrezzature antiquate. Per quanto riguarda le opzioni di cena, il ristorante Latitude offre un servizio di buffet, anche se a 4000 RNI per due persone, si sente troppo costoso per l'esperienza complessiva.
Il nostro soggiorno è stato notevolmente colpito dal rumore di una celebrazione di compleanno che ha continuato fino alle 10 pm. Anche se comprendevo che gli hotel ospitano eventi, un migliore isolamento acustico o gestione eventi sarebbe stato apprezzato per mantenere il comfort degli ospiti.

UUtente ospiteRecentemente ci siamo trasferiti a The Westin per celebrare il compleanno di mia moglie Ritika, e devo dire – l'intera esperienza è stata meravigliosa. Da quando siamo arrivati, l'ospitalità e l'attenzione ai dettagli sono stati impressionanti.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Jasmina, che si occupava perfettamente di ogni accordo, i suoi sforzi hanno reso l'occasione memorabile per noi. La decorazione, la struttura della stanza e la vibrazione globale riflettevano il calore e l'eleganza.
L’intero personale era cortese, ben gestito e estremamente professionale. Tutti si sono resi felici e confortevoli per tutta la nostra permanenza.
Raccomanda molto a The Westin di chiunque voglia celebrare un'occasione speciale. Grazie ancora per aver fatto il compleanno di Ritika così speciale!
