India: hotel con bar nella provincia di Maharashtra

I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back. During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that. If I don’t remember that I have paid at check in time I could have end up paying twice 😀

A fabulous hotel with impeccable service. Staff are lovely and the hotel is stunning. Rooms are comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast is varied and delicious. You can order fresh masala dosa as well as eggs. The pool area is beautiful and I had a lovely morning swim. The water temperature was perfect. I only stayed for 1 night as this was a last-minute booking due to a cancelled flight; I'll definitely be returning to this hotel.

Ho ordinato un pick-up in aeroporto, ma il conducente non si è presentato. Ho dovuto chiamare due volte e aspettare 30 minuti. Ma mi hanno offerto colazione gratuita. Non l'ho presa, quindi mi hanno rinunciato alla tassa di pick-up.

Il segnale Wi-Fi in camera 626 non può essere utilizzato per tutto il mio soggiorno, anche il responsabile del servizio ha cercato di risolvere il secondo, compreso il segnale telefonico ancora non utilizzato quando sono in camera ma sono fuori dall'hotel tutto è normale. Poi mi sono trasferito in un'altra stanza 669, WiFi e segnale telefonico sono migliori ma non stabili. Tutti i dipendenti sono molto utili con piacevole ospite.

Location: strategic location, close to the airport Room: big room with amenities and all necessary tools, small pantry, living room with sofa, working table, 2 rest room, super comfortable bed/ bed sheet/ pillows/ and blanket Food: breakfast buffet start from 7 am. Please plan your trip carefully. Good food quality and choices One recommendation to a hotel, the pillow mist and room spray is too much. The perfume smell is too strong which caused me not able to sleep that well. Please reduce it.

Stay was good , but the dinner was not that good. Mini bar was locked and was not accessible. Good breakfast. In general staffs were ok, Gatekeeper Sardarji was helpful and welcoming guests with a warm smile. Really appreciated. While checking out, the receptionist was asking me about the minibar. It seems the minibar would be opened to according to guests profiles!

It was an average stay this time. The hotel is under renovation. So check before booking. The location of the hotel is good but because of ongoing renovation, the overall condition of the hotel was not the same as it use to be. Television doesn't work, party/conference hall converted into restaurant. Overall condition of rooms not as per standards of noorya.

Nice comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The airport is just a 10 minutes drive or cab ride from the hotel. Breakfast (available from 7 to 10am) is a mix of Indian and continental. My room was clean and comfortable, with fast hot water in the shower and stable wifi. The front desk was helpful and efficient, and both my check in and check out processes were fast. The room rate was also competitive. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

Mi è piaciuto davvero il mio soggiorno qui! L'equipaggio era caldo e benvenuto dal momento che sono arrivato. La stanza era accogliente e pulita, con un letto confortevole che mi ha dato un grande sonno notturno. L'hotel è in una posizione molto conveniente, e mi è piaciuto l'atmosfera tranquilla. Alcuni piccoli miglioramenti potrebbero renderlo ancora migliore, ma in generale, rimarrei certamente qui di nuovo.
