Location & Accessibility 📍 Prime Spot: The hotel is located right on the main road, making it very easy to find. The Crowd: During my stay, most guests seemed to be locals or people attending events like weddings and parties nearby. Distance to City Center: It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Brussels. However, be aware that there is currently a lot of road construction in the city, which can lead to heavy traffic. The Service & Check-in 🔑 Reception: There is a front desk, but it is staffed by only one person with limited hours (usually until around 20:00). Self Check-out: For check-out, it’s very convenient—you can simply drop your key card in the designated box and go. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff operate during standard office hours, so they are not available around the clock. Parking 🚗 On-site Parking: There is a large parking lot located at the back of the building. Cost: It costs €16 per day. I recommend registering your car at the counter during check-in so you can drive in and out as many times as you like. Food & Amenities 🍴 Meals: Please note that breakfast is not provided. There is a restaurant across the street, but its opening hours are inconsistent. Shopping: There is a large supermarket within walking distance (located in the nearby alley), which is very handy. In-Room Facilities: The room features a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Best for: Business travelers, people looking for a ”stopover” while driving between cities, or those who need a functional place for a short-term stay. Not for: If you are looking for a luxury holiday vibe or a ”resort” experience, this might not be the right fit. It is designed for utility and convenience.

Hotel perfetto vicino all'aeroporto per una dormita veloce, una doccia e di nuovo in aereo. La stanza era spaziosa con un divano e una bella doccia. Ha un bus navetta gratuito da e per l'aeroporto e quando ho scritto loro un'e-mail per chiedere dove trovare il bus, mi hanno risposto in pochi minuti. L'unico problema che ho avuto sono stati i cuscini. Sono un po' grumosi. Ma per il resto è un ottimo hotel con una buona colazione e personale cordiale.

This is a brand new property. The room was nice. We had dinner in the restaurant and the steak was pretty good! This hotel has growing pains. The hotel shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport despite making two calls to the hotel. They said it was due to road construction. BS, I had just driven a rental car from the hotel to the airport. I had to spend $20 on a 5km taxi ride. The next morning the shuttle left the hotel at 7:00 a.m. and was not going to make another run until 8:30 despite a schedule of running every half hour. Unacceptable. So for a very short stay, and that's what this hotel's purpose is, it did not meet our expectations at all. For a major hotel chain, this is well below expectations despite a nice room and a respectable restaurant.

Ottima scelta per soggiornare vicino all’aeroporto. Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport by IHG offre un ambiente pulito, moderno e funzionale, ideale sia per brevi soste sia per viaggi di lavoro. La camera era ben insonorizzata, con letto comodo e tutto il necessario per riposare al meglio. Ho apprezzato molto l’ordine e la cura degli spazi comuni, sempre impeccabili. La colazione inclusa è un vero punto di forza: semplice ma completa, con prodotti freschi e buona organizzazione anche nelle ore di punta. Personale cordiale e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare in ogni momento. Il servizio navetta da/per l’aeroporto è efficiente e rende il soggiorno ancora più pratico. Esperienza molto positiva, hotel affidabile e ben gestito. Lo sceglierei nuovamente senza esitazione.

Questa esperienza di soggiorno è piena direttamente, deve essere congratulato con una cinque stelle! La posizione dell'hotel è troppo alta. La porta è la stazione della metropolitana. Ci sono negozi e catering in pochi minuti a piedi, sia la strada di guancia che la cibo sono super convenienti. Il più sorprendente è il servizio, il piccolo fratello della ricetta sorridendo tutto il processo, gestendo il soggiorno veloce, e ci ha anche raccomandato attrazioni piccole vicine e cibo dolce, anche le guide di fuga, e ha detto che era molto intimamente in ossessione. La stanza è anche oltre le aspettative, non solo la spaziale e luminosa, ma anche l'igiene non è provocabile. Le letti sono spalmate con un profumo di sapone, senza filo di sabbia. I prodotti per letto sono morbidi come un letto, non si ricordano, e l'effetto di isolamento sono molto buoni. Non riesco a sentire il rumore esterno di notte. Quando dormo fino a risvegliarsi naturalmente, il senso di ronzio è completamente sveglio.Il bagno è progettato per separare la secchezza e i bagni sono completi, e anche l'approvvigionamento di acqua calda è molto stabile in tempo.

Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno al Pentahotel, Leuven. L'atmosfera è retro chic all'ingresso. Il check-in e-out è stato facile. Ho chiesto una stanza tranquilla e è stato onorato, quindi ho avuto un buon riposo nei giorni in cui sono rimasto. La posizione è grande, vicino alla maggior parte delle visione e a una buona distanza a piedi dagli altri. Ho camminato per e fuori dalle tour, ma ho visto gli autobus e molti ciclisti che si muovono intorno. Il servizio clienti era grande. Liza era davvero utile e amichevole. La maggior parte di lei era alla ricezione e aveva sempre un viso sorridente quando rispondeva alle domande e alle domande. La mia stanza era pulita e, dal momento che sono andati in ecologia verde, lei chiede solo servizi di pulizia quando necessario, che credo sia un modo grande per ridurre i rifiuti. Le basi erano disponibili nella mia stanza, ma suggerisco di aggiungere un piccolo kit di vanità per situazioni di emergenza, e le monete scontate che essi danno al check-in per bevande al bar o allo studio sono un bel toccamento. In sintesi, Pentahotel è un bel posto per soggiornare e godere della bella città di Leuven.

I had to catch an early flight so I chose to stay for one night at this hotel. It is a bit old but atill okay. The staff were very helpful. I asked if there was an ice machine. The staff at the restaurant gave me a bucket of ice in no time. Apprexiated. I thought it could be noisy as it was right at the airport. But it was quiet.

We recently stayed at the ibis budget Leuven Centrum for a short work trip, and overall, it met our basic needs. The location near the train station was convenient for getting around quickly, which was helpful given our tight schedule. Check-in was easy, and the staff we interacted with were polite and efficient. Our rooms were simple and compact, as expected for a budget hotel, but they were clean and had the essentials—comfortable enough beds, functional showers, and a generally quiet environment for resting after long workdays. The limited space meant it wasn’t ideal for spending much time in the room, but it worked fine for sleeping and getting ready each day. Amenities were minimal, and the interior felt a bit worn, though nothing that negatively affected our stay. For a short, no-frills work visit, the hotel was adequate. If you’re looking mainly for affordability and convenience rather than comfort or extra features, it does the job.

La posizione è ottima, il servizio è ottimo. L'hotel, pur essendo piuttosto nuovo, mostra già segni di usura. Uno degli ascensori non funzionava durante il mio soggiorno e ho trovato il contenitore del sapone in bagno sul pavimento (era caduto dal muro). Un po' di attenzione ai dettagli e questo posto sarà imbattibile per una breve sosta a Bruxelles. Lo prenoterei di nuovo.
