"Hotel pulito e posizione vicino all'aeroporto. vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Personale amichevole. Quando ho controllato la mia stanza non era ancora disponibile. Il personale ha offerto bevande gentile mentre aspettava la nostra stanza."

"Only stayed a night as we had an earlier flight the next morning. The hotel is right across the airport. We had dinner at the restaurant which was tasty and we enjoyed the vibe. We really appreciated the coffee machine and the flavoured water machine down in the lobby. Also on each floor is a water dispenser which was super convenient for us. Would definitely recommend if you need to rush to the airport in the morning."

"Situato in posizione ideale vicino a Bruxelles, perfetto per un soggiorno di una sola notte. La camera sembrava generalmente pulita e di facile accesso, anche se ho notato che la moquette era umida su un lato. Tuttavia, il soggiorno è stato rovinato da alcuni inconvenienti. Al nostro arrivo, ci è stata assegnata una camera già occupata e ci siamo imbattuti negli effetti personali degli ospiti precedenti (sarebbe stato molto più imbarazzante se fossero stati lì). Fortunatamente, la reception è riuscita a trovarci un'altra camera disponibile. Poi, quando ho voluto prepararmi un caffè con le tazze e il caffè solubile forniti, non c'era il bollitore. Chiedendo alla reception, non sono riusciti a trovarne uno. Non ho insistito, visto che ci fermavamo solo una notte."

"Ottimo hotel, locato in una posizione vicina all’aeroporto di Zaventem, i ragazzi della reception sono tutti cordiali e gentili, c’è la possibilità di eseguire anche il check-in anticipato pagando 20€, ha il suo parcheggio interrato e anche all’aperto volendo con colonnine per auto elettriche. Le stanze internamente sono molto spaziose e moderne, con letti comodi e confortevoli. Sicuramente ci tornerò !!"

"We had a lovely stay at Sleep & Go expo. The room is very clean and cute, even the bathroom is really fine. The location is quite alright as well, didn’t take too long to travel to the city centre. However, the online check in system is rather confusing- it still requires payment even if I had successfully paid and received the confirmation. And late check in could cause some issues - we arrived around 10 pm and thankfully checked in fine with self check in instructions. But we met some other customer who were completely confused and didn’t manage to get their keys until we were there and opened the box. And the bed sheet has a very small yellow stain - but to be fair except that, the overall cleanness is pleasant. Will definitely come back again."

Location & Accessibility 📍 Prime Spot: The hotel is located right on the main road, making it very easy to find. The Crowd: During my stay, most guests seemed to be locals or people attending events like weddings and parties nearby. Distance to City Center: It is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Brussels. However, be aware that there is currently a lot of road construction in the city, which can lead to heavy traffic. The Service & Check-in 🔑 Reception: There is a front desk, but it is staffed by only one person with limited hours (usually until around 20:00). Self Check-out: For check-out, it’s very convenient—you can simply drop your key card in the designated box and go. Housekeeping: Cleaning staff operate during standard office hours, so they are not available around the clock. Parking 🚗 On-site Parking: There is a large parking lot located at the back of the building. Cost: It costs €16 per day. I recommend registering your car at the counter during check-in so you can drive in and out as many times as you like. Food & Amenities 🍴 Meals: Please note that breakfast is not provided. There is a restaurant across the street, but its opening hours are inconsistent. Shopping: There is a large supermarket within walking distance (located in the nearby alley), which is very handy. In-Room Facilities: The room features a kitchenette with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. Who is this hotel for? ✅ Best for: Business travelers, people looking for a ”stopover” while driving between cities, or those who need a functional place for a short-term stay. Not for: If you are looking for a luxury holiday vibe or a ”resort” experience, this might not be the right fit. It is designed for utility and convenience."

"Bella struttura, aria fresca, ottimo servizio. Siamo andati in hotel per festeggiare il nuovo anno. Sapevamo che l'hotel era fantastico. Ma non sapevamo quanto il personale sarebbe stato cordiale e quanto fosse straordinaria la struttura. Non c'erano molte persone in giro quindi non c'era lo stress del virus. E potremmo concentrarci sul divertirci. Altamente raccomandato."

"The room was spacious and clean. Very nice room decor. The bed was so comfy that we had a very good sleep. The room lightings were conveniently set - can choose different 'scenes' for different purpose. Breakfast buffet line was decently good. I also like the idea that the hotel provides sparkling water on tab."
