Indonesia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Giava Orientale

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

I stayed for a 3-night business trip. The location is very good, and the breakfast selection is excellent. However, the shower was difficult to control and often became extremely hot, which was frustrating. The TV also tended to freeze. Overall, despite these issues, the stay was generally okay.

Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno a Belin svizzero. Situato proprio al di là della Plaza Tunjungan, Questo hotel si trova proprio al cuore di tutto. Uno dei migliori esperienze è stato quando è arrivato alla pulizia dell'ospitalità e delle strutture. Personale 10/10. Aya e Yuda stanno facendo un fantastico check-in e check-out. Molto consiglia per coloro che non possono compromettere l'igiene e la comodità.

Questo hotel è molto economico per il livello di Harris. Ci sono piscina, palestra e giochi per bambini. La stanza non è così spaziosa ma molto comoda per due persone. Ho chiesto un ferro e l'hanno consegnato alla mia stanza molto rapidamente. Potrebbero fare meglio per il ristorante, l'ascensore, e il bagno quindi nessun doccia bidet un po'di lotta per i bambini (ho avuto un ospite con bambini che arrivavano).

Il personale caldo e amichevole che ha dato buone e pratiche consulenze sulle proteste e sulla sicurezza è stato molto apprezzato.  Le camere sono grandi (norme di dimensioni da un momento diverso) e la combinazione di caratteristiche vintage analogiche e caratteristiche aggiornate è affascinante. La distribuzione di buffet è di ottima qualità, pulita e una buona combinazione di deliziose opzioni locali e internazionali continentali.  Il bagno è bello, anche se il servizio può variare - ho avuto un bellissimo terapeuta e il terapeuta del mio amico ha usato il suo telefono durante la sessione (che non è accettabile in nessun luogo di massaggio, cosa altro in questo punto) incongruo con gli standard di servizio e ospite molto elevati fissati dal resto del personale. Tornerei e resterai qui di nuovo!

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Questa è la mia seconda volta qui. Se siete a Surabaya, soprattutto con bambini, soggiornare qui è la soluzione migliore. Non c'è bisogno di uscire dall'edificio; è tutto a portata di mano perché è collegato direttamente al centro commerciale Pakuwon e al PTC. La colazione è super abbondante e deliziosa.

C'è una sala fumatori, c'è un SAP all'11° piano e dalle 9 alle 15 c'è uno sconto del 20%. C'è una piscina al 17° piano, la biancheria da letto è comoda e c'è molta acqua calda! Il nostro volo partiva alle 9:50 del mattino. Se avessimo ordinato il servizio Grab alle 6:30, un autista avrebbe ritirato l'ordine rapidamente. Prendere un taxi per l'aeroporto sarebbe costato meno di 40 yuan. Siamo partiti la mattina presto e abbiamo chiesto all'hotel di prepararci la colazione in anticipo~

Anche se c'era una piccola signorina, ma il personale era molto amichevole e utile. La camera era gentile viene con posizione strategica. comunque, grazie per l'aggiornamento, apprezzo!

Situazione nel centro di surabaya, si può andare a nord, ovest, est facilmente - media distanza. Il cibo è delizioso è solo ok recommandato per l'hotel di transito, dove si richiede un po' di tempo per riposare.
