My stay at Banyan Tree was amazing, one of the best experiences I've had travelling. And Sopha was an incredible staff member! I was really impressed with how she led the hotel. Everything from making sure things ran smoothly at the restaurant area to coordinating motorcycle rentals. The place has a nice rustic vibe and the view of the water is great as well, nice and peaceful. Exactly what I was looking for, well done!

Questo posto è buono la stanza è pulita e bello. L'unico problema è il rumore. Poiché l'hotel è situato vicino a una strada principale e una ferrovia, la stanza che ho ottenuto può chiaramente sentire ogni rumore dai veicoli sulla strada e i treni che passano. Il primo treno viene di solito circa 12–1 a.m. , e il secondo circa 2 a.m. Non consiglierei questo posto per persone che sono dormitori leggeri come me, perché non potevo dormire bene durante il mio soggiorno.

Just spent a night at Peam Snea Resort over the weekend with a friend, and honestly, it was exactly what we needed. The whole place feels like a hidden island escape — quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Perfect for recharging.
The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. You park on the mainland and take a short boat ride to the island, which added a fun little adventure to the experience. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed — A/C, good Wi-Fi, and a little balcony to sit and enjoy the view. We didn’t do a ton of activities (though they had kayaks and paddle boats), but it was perfect for just slowing down.
If you're looking for a peaceful weekend spot near Kampot to unwind with a friend or partner, I’d definitely recommend Peam Snea. Worth the trip!

Such an amazing stay. Rooms and resort are even better than the photos online. You truly get a “resort” feel here. Facilities are brand new and everything is extremely clean. Hotel is only 8 minutes to town and there are tuktuks ready to take you. Can not recommend this hotel enough for someone looking for a relaxing and upscale Kampot stay for a reasonable price. You will not regret staying here, it’s straight out of the movies. The free kayaks are a wonderful touch to the resort.

The hotel is not far from the river front and although the rooms are small they are comfortable.
Walk in shower, small fridge (could not get it to work) but not good for working as there is no desk space.
Downstairs has a coffee shop and there is a restaurant for breakfast on the 7th which also provides room service throughout the day. It has lovely view towards the mountains.
Small pool on the ground floor.

I stayed at Montagne Residence over the weekend and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well maintained. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which made it a perfect place to relax.
Highly recommend Montagne Residence for anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing getaway.

UUtente ospiteQuesta settimana abbiamo avuto un soggiorno fantastico a Nataya Round House. E' tranquillo, proprio sull'acqua, e il servizio è così meraviglioso. Grazie a Min Pai, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno così bello. Egli è uscito dal suo cammino per assicurarsi che abbiamo tutto quello che ci serve. Ha anche scoperto che era il nostro anniversario di matrimonio e ha organizzato un pranzo romantico sul lato dell'acqua per noi. E' un grande manager, e il suo personale è ben formato. Le strutture sono ben mantenute e pulite, inclusi i bungalow carini, che hanno concesso privacy e comfort. È un grande luogo per fuggire per qualche giorno. Solo un paio di note per chiarire tutto. In primo luogo, non c'è una spiaggia con piscina oceanica in questo hotel. C'è una zona sabbiosa e una splendida piscina, ma non si può andare in mare. La piscina dell'acqua salata è attualmente chiusa. In secondo luogo, Nataya è circa 40 minuti da tuk-tuk fuori dal Kompot, quindi è un po' segreto, e' stato fantastico, mentre cercavamo un po' di ritardo per rilassarci. Ma questo significa che l'unica scelta di mangiare è il ristorante, che abbiamo trovato abbastanza ricco e ragionevolmente prezzito. Questo è un posto fantastico per le famiglie di giocare insieme o coppie/singoli per trovare un ritardo. Se avessi vissuto in Cambogia, sarebbe il mio posto per un lungo fine settimana.

KKFY05CTDecided to splurge a little this time. Upon arrival, the check-in process was super smooth, he was already expecting our arrival. We were shown to our cool and prepared room. Very sweet of the hotel staff to make a welcome message from leaves and flowers and folded elephant towels ❤️
What I love most about this hotel is it's spacious bathroom and the shower came from the top, like water coming from the sky 🩵
Breakfast was decent, a good range of choices, though the ingredients used are not top and more on the saltier side. The juices are too sweet, the orange juice is something quite odd too. Nonetheless, it is complimentary, so it's a good start to the day.
Didn't use much facilities there except for refilling water, which is really nice too!
Check-out process is just as smooth too! If you have a little extra budget, treat yourselves a nice room, close to the city centre and approx 10 min walk to the promenade. Local markets are close by if there's where you'd like to go too!

Le strutture sono eccezionali dalla splendida piscina e dalla spaziosa cortile con fiori pieni di alberi di frutta, alla palestra ben attrezzata e il ristorante affascinante che serve deliziose cibi tutto il giorno. Le aree esterne sono organizzate con pensiero, creando un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante in tutto il luogo.
Ciò che ha fatto davvero la nostra esperienza speciale è stato l’ospitalità del personale. In particolare, vorrei menzionare uno dei membri del personale Sally, che ci ha salutati con caldo e ha fatto il passo sopra e oltre per assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfettamente organizzato. Ci ha anche collegati con un amichevole e inglese-parlante guidatore di tuk-tuk Khmer che ci ha portato in una fantastica tour privata di giorno a cinque principali segnali a un prezzo molto ragionevole. Ci hanno aiutato a prenotare biglietti a Phnom Penh e a usare la loro moto al centro.

The pool is simply gorgeous! Warm and very clean. Swimming in the evening under the stars is a delight!
Very good rooms (all the houses are two-storied). VIP rooms are located right by the pool, but the rest are no worse (perhaps even more suitable for those who want more privacy). The rooms have a refrigerator, strong air conditioning, and really hot water in the shower. The hotel opened recently, so everything is new. Staff take care of the territory every day.
The only thing is that the city center is about ten minutes away by transport. But it's possible to rent a bike or use a taxi.And you can relax in a not busy, quiet area.
I can really recommend this resort!

UUtente ospiteI have been living in Cambodia for 18 months and travel frequently. A lot of hotels disappoint but this one is fantastic. For $30 per night it’s hard to beat. Nice and quiet location but easily accessible to the busier parts. The service is fantastic and the staff are so polite and helpful. Lovely room, comfy bed, nice balcony to have a few drinks, the bathroom is big with a great rainfall shower. The swimming pool is a nice place to relax after a days exploring. I highly recommend this hotel.

UUtente ospiteThe boutique was cozy and quiet, as was the surrounding area. The other guests during our stay—both Caucasian and Asian—were respectful and low-key. Reception staff were friendly and proactive; they offered kayaking tips after overhearing our conversation. Our room and bathroom were clean on check-in. Breakfast met international standards, with slight variations each morning. We only used the swimming pool, so we can't comment on other facilities. Note that the boutique is about 100–200 meters from the main road, where there’s a 24-hour 7-Eleven. Some form of transport is helpful, especially since the path isn’t well lit at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay and would happily return.
