Room Cleanliness: The room was spotless, with fresh linens and a sparkling bathroom. The housekeeping staff did a great job every day.
Comfort: The bed was large and incredibly comfortable.

We frequently stay at this hotel when visiting Kampot, but this time, the experience was a bit disappointing. The building shakes whenever a container truck passes by, which can be quite unsettling. Additionally, the service felt average—there was no welcome drink as we had received in the past. While the hotel still offers decent accommodation, the overall experience wasn’t as enjoyable as before. Hopefully, improvements will be made in the future.

Inoltre, il colazione offerto era insoddisfacente, mancava di attrazione visiva e sapore, con dolce sapore e mal presentati piatti. Such an amazing stay. Rooms and resort are even better than the photos online. You truly get a “resort” feel here. Facilities are brand new and everything is extremely clean. Hotel is only 8 minutes to town and there are tuktuks ready to take you. Can not recommend this hotel enough for someone looking for a relaxing and upscale Kampot stay for a reasonable price. You will not regret staying here, it’s straight out of the movies. The free kayaks are a wonderful touch to the resort.

The hotel is not far from the river front and although the rooms are small they are comfortable.
Walk in shower, small fridge (could not get it to work) but not good for working as there is no desk space.
Downstairs has a coffee shop and there is a restaurant for breakfast on the 7th which also provides room service throughout the day. It has lovely view towards the mountains.
Small pool on the ground floor.

RiverTree Villa & Resort is a perfect blend of nature and comfort. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful river views. The staff is welcoming and attentive, ensuring a memorable stay. Peaceful Retreat with Excellent Service
Overall, Bali Villa Kampot is a great place to truly unwind and do nothing for the whole day. The environment is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and escaping from the city.
The only setback is the location. Google Maps and Grab do not link directly to the villa, and there are two listings named “Bali Villa Kampot” on the Grab app. If you select the wrong one, you may end up dropped off in a very remote area. It took me some time to figure this out.
That said, the staff service is excellent—so warm and helpful that it quickly makes you forget about the transportation inconvenience. Their hospitality really stands out and enhances the overall experience.

UUtente ospiteHotel pulito, ben presentato. Personale professionale e tranquillamente efficiente. Bella piscina per rinfrescare alla fine del giorno. Colazione semplice fresca e abbondante. Posizione 5 minuti a piedi dal mercato/città, 10 minuti a piedi dal fiume.
Non si preoccupi di ascensore, 64 passi verso il piano superiore. Aiuto del personale con bagagli. Nessuna TV in camera, ma Wi-Fi è buono per la streaming.

UUtente ospiteMi piaceva assolutamente il mio soggiorno in questo resort. Le strutture sono eccezionali dalla splendida piscina e dalla spaziosa cortile con fiori pieni di alberi di frutta, alla palestra ben attrezzata e il ristorante affascinante che serve deliziose cibi tutto il giorno. Le aree esterne sono organizzate con pensiero, creando un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante in tutto il luogo.
Ciò che ha fatto davvero la nostra esperienza speciale è stato l’ospitalità del personale. In particolare, vorrei menzionare uno dei membri del personale Sally, che ci ha salutati con caldo e ha fatto il passo sopra e oltre per assicurarsi che tutto fosse perfettamente organizzato. Ci ha anche collegati con un amichevole e inglese-parlante guidatore di tuk-tuk Khmer che ci ha portato in una fantastica tour privata di giorno a cinque principali segnali a un prezzo molto ragionevole. Ci hanno aiutato a prenotare biglietti a Phnom Penh e a usare la loro moto al centro.
I’ve uploaded plenty of photos to capture the beauty of this resort it really leaves a lasting impression.

The pool is simply gorgeous! Warm and very clean. Swimming in the evening under the stars is a delight!
Very good rooms (all the houses are two-storied). VIP rooms are located right by the pool, but the rest are no worse (perhaps even more suitable for those who want more privacy). The rooms have a refrigerator, strong air conditioning, and really hot water in the shower. The hotel opened recently, so everything is new. Staff take care of the territory every day.
The only thing is that the city center is about ten minutes away by transport. But it's possible to rent a bike or use a taxi.And you can relax in a not busy, quiet area.
I can really recommend this resort!

AAdamI have stayed here many times and its never disappointing. The staff here were very on things, the food was great and the ppol was as it always is well looked after. Only negative was there was some building work being done, but in fairness it has to be done at some time.
I will stay here again as there really is no other hotel that can match the value. Keep in mind it was 20 percent more to book on trip than it was on *********** and they do take cards if that is your issue.

UUtente ospiteI have been living in Cambodia for 18 months and travel frequently. A lot of hotels disappoint but this one is fantastic. For $30 per night it’s hard to beat. Nice and quiet location but easily accessible to the busier parts. The service is fantastic and the staff are so polite and helpful. Lovely room, comfy bed, nice balcony to have a few drinks, the bathroom is big with a great rainfall shower. The swimming pool is a nice place to relax after a days exploring. I highly recommend this hotel.
