I had an amazing experience staying at Vinpearl Beachfront Nha Trang. My room had a stunning panoramic sea view, absolutely breathtaking to wake up to each morning! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. Check-in and check-out were fast and seamless, with friendly and professional staff who made the whole process effortless.

Absolutely wonderful stay – paradise found! We stayed at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang and honestly, it was an unforgettable experience. Everything here was simply perfect, from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming — they made us feel like cherished guests every single day. The beach is breathtaking: soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels always available. Truly a dream setting. Our room was spotlessly clean, with fresh white linen and a super comfortable mattress. Housekeeping did an amazing job. And the view from our balcony… just wow. I could have stayed there for hours just admiring the peaceful beauty of the sea. The pool area is another highlight — the water is pleasantly warm and incredibly clean, with no harsh smell of chlorine. Everything feels thoughtfully maintained and elegant. We didn’t want to leave — and we’d come back a thousand times over. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious beach getaway with top-notch service.

Al check-in vengono fornite 2 chiavi della camera e buoni per la colazione. E le condizioni della camera erano leggermente migliori. ~2 accappatoi. 2 asciugamani grandi. 2 asciugamani piccoli. 2 fazzoletti. Shampoo. Shampoo per il corpo. Asciugacapelli. Ferro da stiro. Caffettiera. 2 bottiglie d'acqua gratuite. C'è un balcone. L'aria condizionata è impostata a 22 gradi, quindi non è più regolabile, ma era fresca. Il bagno era pulito. La pressione dell'acqua della doccia era buona. La posizione è tranquilla e non rumorosa. La spiaggia è proprio di fronte all'hotel, quindi è ideale per una passeggiata. C'è un minimarket aperto 24 ore su 24 intorno all'hotel, quindi è comodo. Ci sono due Lotte Mart a Nha Trang. Dei due, il Lotte Mart Gold Coast è il più vicino. 25.000~30.000 VND in taxi. Highland Coffee Shop al primo piano dell'edificio dell'hotel. C'è anche un buon ristorante di fronte all'hotel. C'è un piccolo mercato notturno a circa 5 minuti a piedi. L'unico rammarico di questo hotel è che le condizioni di pulizia (camera, balcone, cuscino della sedia del balcone) non erano ottimali, quindi è stato scomodo durante il mio soggiorno. C'è un appendiabiti sul balcone, ma è piccolo. E la chiave continuava a non funzionare correttamente ogni volta che aprivo la porta, quindi è stato fastidioso dover provare 3~4 volte per aprirla. La colazione è stata deludente rispetto al prezzo dell'hotel. Non solo la varietà, ma ● Hanno ripulito tutto il cibo 30 minuti prima della chiusura della colazione. Metodi incomprensibili~ Sono rimasto molto offeso dai metodi scandalosi utilizzati dagli ospiti mentre mangiavano Questa parte non può essere considerata un sistema alberghiero a 5 stelle● Il sapore della colazione è da 2 stelle e mezzo~~ C'è kimchi di cipollotto, kimchi di cavolo e kimchi di cetriolo La cordialità del personale è molto soddisfacente È comodo perché c'è un membro del personale che parla un po' di coreano E c'è un'agenzia di viaggi al primo piano, quindi l'ho usata comodamente a un prezzo ragionevole per tour di un giorno e trasferimenti in taxi dall'aeroporto La prossima volta che userò la vista sull'oceano, non userò la fila all'ottavo piano... L'uomo nella stanza accanto alla mia era nella mia stessa situazione~A causa dell'errore nella chiave Se li informi in anticipo al momento del check-out, ti faranno il check-out con 1 ora e 30 minuti di ritardo.

Had booked another hotel close to Melia, which didn't like at all, and started searching for another one, thankfully was lucky to go in and ask the staff to the reception of Melia, which by the way were very polite, helpful, professional service, I could understand that am going to have a perfect 8 days stay at this amazing place just by taking to the staff members, and didn't disappointed a bit The rooms are perfect, spacious enough, very good service, very clean, just how a 5 star hotel should be Visited the Spa, I think around 5 times.. The prices are similar with around the city, but the facilities are ten times better, and the best service i had ever experienced from the host , Kim and the therapist Duyen, ( hope got right the names 😀) Overall , was just a joy and very relaxing with very good memories at this property, definitely will try this brand another places as well My best wishes to the whole team and staff members ❤️

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. (Ho avuto un problema con la guida locale e mi hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema.) Mi sono piaciuti anche i suoni del mattino. (Scuola, cani, festa di matrimonio, moto e pollo) Molto pulito con ottimi servizi di pulizia. La posizione è quasi perfetta per me. A pochi minuti dalla spiaggia e dal centro di Nha Trang. Palestra pulita, ottima colazione, splendida vista dal 33° piano e fantastica piscina sul tetto. Il prezzo della camera era assolutamente un affare per questo tipo di camera. Ho soggiornato in una camera adatta per 8 notti. Sicuramente tornerò in questo hotel in futuro. Grazie.

The room was big and clean, even had a little ocen view as well (deluxe city view room). The staff was kind and helpful. The location is also great, there are many shops, restaurants, cofee shops nearby and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. Every day we got new coffee, water, towels in the room and cleaning. The pool has also really good view. The breakfast was delicious, there are a lot of things you can choose from. I can only recommend this hotel.

Hotel pulito e bello, si è rivelato una scelta molto buona per questo prezzo. L'hotel è sulla prima linea al lato mare ha una grande vista. Buona letto, spaziosa camera, pulita e con balcone. Si consiglia di pagare pochi dollari in più per le camere angolate con più finestre. Parcheggio gratuito in bicicletta nel seminterrato con ascensore diretto. Personale amichevole con un buon inglese. Buona colazione. La piscina al tetto potrebbe essere un po'più adorabile. In generale, non c'è nulla da denunciare per quel bilancio.

Our family’s stay at the Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa on Hon Tre Island was a blend of breathtaking natural beauty, luxurious accommodations, and a few areas needing improvement. The island itself is a tropical paradise—picture serene, crystal-clear seas teeming with vibrant marine life, coconut palms heavy with fruit, and lush groves of mangoes and bananas. The air is perfumed with the scent of exotic flowers from the island’s diverse trees, creating a serene backdrop that feels like stepping into a postcard. The resort itself is visually stunning, offering a range of accommodations to suit different needs. The villas are a highlight, with spacious double, triple, and quadruple bedroom options, many featuring private pools that elevate the luxury experience. The main building offers a variety of well-appointed rooms with modern amenities, catering to couples, families, or solo travelers. The expansive beach, paired with jaw-dropping sea views, is a standout feature, perfect for soaking in the tranquility or enjoying water activities. Dining at the resort is a delight, with a wide array of options to satisfy every palate, including thoughtfully prepared halal dishes. Whether you’re craving local Vietnamese flavors or international cuisine, there’s something for everyone. However, the “Sands” restaurant had a notable downside: the far corner, where dirty dishes are collected near the coffee machines and Vietnamese coffee station, was unpleasantly odorous, with dirty walls and shelves that detracted from the otherwise pleasant dining experience. Management should address this promptly to maintain the resort’s high standards. Service was generally acceptable, but there’s room for improvement. While some staff members, like the exceptional Lisa at reception, were superheroes—quickly resolving issues with clarity and professionalism—others seemed undertrained. The guest relations team, in particular, could benefit from better selection and training to match the resort’s luxury positioning. Housekeeping was a mixed bag; we observed some staff working diligently, but the cleaning quality in our villa was inconsistent, with noticeable lapses that left us disappointed. Facility-wise, the resort’s infrastructure needs attention. Shower heads and bathroom faucets were subpar, and poor drainage in the showers caused water to pool, which was frustrating. Additionally, the beach, while stunning, was littered to a surprising degree—comparable to a public beaches like Miami’s. Given the resort’s emphasis on nature, we were surprised by the lack of regular beach cleaning. I recommend management invest in sand-cleaning machines and implement a routine maintenance schedule, perhaps every two weeks, to preserve the island’s pristine beauty. A gentle reminder to guests: please help protect this natural gem by keeping it clean! Overall, the Nha Trang Marriott Resort & Spa offers a luxurious escape in a breathtaking setting, with diverse accommodations and dining options. However, management must address staff training, facility maintenance, and beach cleanliness to fully match the resort’s potential. We’d return for the stunning views and Liza’s stellar service, but we hope to see improvements for an even better experience.

Questo hotel è nuovo, la stanza è molto pulita, il bianco è un tono di base e molto pulito.Sono felice che sia nuovo. Ho un edificio alto davanti a me, e'difficile vedere il mare dalla stanza.Mi sento come vedere dal lato dell'edificio alto. Karaoke, la sera?Ho sentito della musica dalla zona circostante, ma ho dormito. La colazione è molto buona, mi piace molto la salsa di salsa.E la salsa di salsa, la prima volta che mangio.La salsa di Vietnam è anche deliziosa! Alla fine, tutti i dipendenti sono grandi!!!
