UUtente anonimoAbbiamo fatto il check-in un po' tardi, ma il personale è stato molto disponibile. La nostra camera era al 26° piano ed era davvero spaziosa per due persone. C'è un ferro da stiro a vapore in camera, una vera chicca per noi che non possiamo vivere senza ferro da stiro nemmeno durante un breve soggiorno. Sarebbe meglio se ci fornissero l'asse da stiro. Shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma erano inclusi e vorrei che ci fossero più ganci in bagno. Peccato che abbiamo girato solo un video della camera, ma non siamo riusciti nemmeno a caricarlo qui.
Siamo andati a fare un breve allenamento in palestra la mattina prima di colazione. Hanno tapis roulant, cyclette ellittica, manubri e una panca per fare un po' di stretching, lol. Hanno una buona selezione per la colazione. Siamo rimasti così a lungo che abbiamo potuto provare tutto dal menu della colazione.
La parte migliore dell'hotel è che è collegato al centro commerciale Pakuwon City. Fare shopping è facile 🤭

PPaodanIl servizio è stato eccellente; è il miglior hotel di Surabaya. Il centro commerciale al piano inferiore è molto comodo e si può persino fare shopping da Pop Mart e acquistare Labubu (un popolare articolo di moda per bambini). È stato probabilmente l'hotel più economico e al tempo stesso più soddisfacente in cui ho soggiornato durante tutto il mio viaggio in Indonesia. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

UUtente ospiteRooms are always impeccable and have everything you need. The bed is comfy and the shower excellent. Because the hotel is set well back from the main road there is never any noise from the street. Surabaya has two ‘main’ centres these days and the Shangri La sits about mid way between the two.

LLtataThe hotel overall was acceptable, quite small and not very spacious, which made the stay for family slightly uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, which was inconvenient after a long journey.
I was assigned a corner room near the emergency exit, which was less ideal due to limited views and occasional noise. The refrigerator also had a strong damp and musty smell, as if it had not been properly cleaned or used for a long time.
In addition, the bed sheets had many visible stains, which was disappointing and concerning, especially since I noticed similar complaints in other reviews. Cleanliness should be a top priority, and this issue significantly affected my overall comfort.
With better maintenance, improved cleanliness, and more flexible check-in options, the overall experience could be much better.

PPolka13This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart.
Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste.
The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget.
I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution.
But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby.
I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

(+) Situato nel centro della città, conveniente accesso a molti luoghi turistici di Surabaya. È l'Indomaret vicino all'hotel, che lo rende anche conveniente. Wisata Rasa, un luogo consigliato per acquistare souvenir commestibili (come l'amido crispy), è anche vicino.
(-) Mi aspettavo una distanza molto camminata da Tunjungan Romansa, ma apparentemente è più lontana di quanto mi aspettavo. È ancora camminata, ma ci vorrà un po' di tempo, e solo camminata a notte. Camminare nel giorno non è molto fattibile a causa del caldo tempo di Surabaya.

(+) TV, desk, 3 uscite elettriche, cabina con pendenti, cabina di stoccaggio, scatola di sicurezza, asciugacapelli in bagno e caldaia elettrica.
(-) Le luci nella stanza sono disumili, che rendono la stanza inadatta al lavoro. La toletta è di bassa qualità.
🏨 Servizi dell'hotel
(+) Buon colazione con varie opzioni, tra cui delicazioni locali come il balap a lungo termine. Ci sono giochi da tavolo, mini tavolo da piscina e calcio. I PC sono disponibili nel lobby, non sicuramente se funziona. Può immagazzinare i bagagli nel ricevitore dopo aver controllato.
(-) L'hotel offre solo 1 carta d'accesso per camera, anche se prenoto una stanza per 2 persone. Era eccitato di vedere il gioco congklak, ma apparentemente le sementi non erano sufficienti.

(+) Personale amichevole. Potrebbe chiedere un asciugamano aggiuntivo. Potrebbe chiedere un tempo di pulizia per un'azienda.

Cm purtroppo gli asciugamani vanno sostituiti con altri nuovi Sono molto brutti e sottili. La colazione è semplicemente ordinaria e completa. Non ho sentito l'acqua calda
