The decor leans towards the older side, but I was prepared for this vibe thanks to various reviews I had read. After settling in, I grew to love the cozy atmosphere—like wrapping myself in a warm blanket. The room was surprisingly spacious, offering more space than many newer hotels, making it feel like my own little oasis! The bathroom was also gleaming and roomy enough for an impromptu dance party, should the mood strike! Now, let’s dive into the breakfast experience at Pavilion. The cage-like design of the venue adds a unique touch, inviting plenty of sunlight—perfect for brightening up your morning. The buffet offered a wide array of dishes to satisfy international travelers' palates, making each breakfast an exciting adventure. The selection of Indonesian cuisines and desserts was particularly impressive. But what truly set Pavilion apart was the staff. They were superb and went above and beyond, taking the time to cater to us personally. They even recommended and brought out some local dishes—insider choices that added an authentic touch to our dining experience. In my past hotel breakfasts, the staff often just fulfilled their duties, but here, it felt more like breakfast with friends. That warmth and attentiveness made all the difference! And don’t miss out on the local flavors of ice cream! I can’t name the flavors since they’re all in local dialects, but they were heavenly and a fun challenge to try! For lunch and dinner, I found myself opting for room service several times because resisting their tempting menu was like ignoring a catchy tune stuck in your head. Each meal surpassed my expectations—purely irresistible! Another delightful surprise was the complimentary laundry service offered daily, which saved me after my waterfall adventure left me looking like a mud monster. And post-overnight trip to Bromo? I was practically a walking dust bunny! As I like to say, ”It's the little things that count,” and this thoughtful touch truly made a difference. Lastly, the hotel's location is fantastic! Just a short stroll away lies the biggest shopping mall—truly a haven for foodies and shoppers alike. Overall, my stay at the Marriott Surabaya was delightful, and I left with wonderful memories—definitely a place I’d recommend for a cozy yet vibrant experience!

Ho deciso di avanzare con la proposta, che valeva così la pena.La suite junior mi concede l'accesso alla sala esecutiva. Quando sono arrivato lì, mi è stato servito da un cuoco estremamente accogliente, caldo e amichevole nome Alfred. Ci vuole tempo per introdurre i piatti con tanta passione e calore. Mi fa stare bene. Ha avuto un tempo estremamente piacevole a Sheraton grazie a lui. Il suo servizio è uno dei motivi per cui Sheraton è la scelta migliore per i successivi soggiorni ogni volta che in Surabaya (non menzionare il delizioso Rawon che serve sia il salone esecutivo che il ristorante lobby) L'altro personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole, sempre salutando i clienti con un sorriso. It's very crowded hotel. Meaning it's a good property with busy traffic. Yet the overwhelmed staff were able to maintain their professionalism and lovely service I usually gets, despite of my bad timing arriving with inactive (broken) elevators and fully booked meeting rooms and restaurants traffic, making the waiting time for elevator and moving around the property was somewhat... troublesome, to say the least. Nevertheless, definitely would recommend.

The lobby and communal areas are stylish, welcoming, and set a positive tone upon arrival. 🏨 Accommodation: The suite was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable for rest and relaxation. However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues that affected my overall experience: Cobwebs on the sliding door, which made the space feel neglected. Stained bedsheets, which were disappointing and did not meet expected cleanliness standards. These issues suggest that the hotel could benefit from improved attention to detail and housekeeping standards. 📍 Location: While the hotel is centrally located, it is next to an abandoned mall, which creates an unwelcoming, deserted vibe—particularly at night. This choice of location takes away from the convenience and appeal of staying here. 💪 Fitness & Facilities: While the hotel lacks a pool, it does have a gym that is well-maintained and offers a good way to unwind or maintain your fitness routine during your stay. This was a nice addition and added value to my experience. 🌟 Service: The staff members were professional, helpful, and friendly. They made the check-in process smooth and were responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. ✨ Final Thoughts: ARTOTEL TS Suites Surabaya offers stylish design, spacious rooms, and a well-equipped gym. Would I stay here again? Possibly, but with the hope that the hotel addresses these shortcomings to provide a more seamless and comfortable experience.

Service was so good. i was stay there during earthquake , the staff very helpful to move the room lower floor. location is very good. nearby the PTC or Pakuwon Mall , walking distance 2 mins.

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Uno degli alberghi più grandi collegati al più grande centro commerciale di West Surabaya. Il Westin vive fino a lui offre un soggiorno di lusso ai suoi clienti. Altamente raccomandato!

La posizione è fantastica, ma non il traffico.L'atmosfera è pulita e piacevole, anche se il lobby principale è al secondo piano - al parcheggio. In generale, buon soggiorno e sicuramente resterà qui di nuovo. Grazie Harris Hotel e il personale. Mantenete il buon lavoro. Le pianure della camera cons- vanno cambiate. Posso sentire il pop-up ogni volta che si cammina in camera.

Io e il mio ragazzo eravamo qui solo per una notte, ma tutto era così buono. La casa era ben situata, la cena era bella, la stanza era pulita e il personale parlava inglese. Abbiamo un prezzo economico per la stanza Saremmo venuti a rimanere qui di nuovo quando siamo a Surabaya.
