Non ho pensato che la colazione dell'hotel così alta fosse un pacchetto, e ha fatto una nutrizione e un occhio molto delicati. Gli uomini adulti che hanno ricevuto il ricevimento di menti sono molto indifferenti agli ospiti di Putton. Guardando che non possiamo trovare le ascensori in camera senza guida, chiedendo a tutti i vicini di non sapere.Le donne che hanno ricevuto il ricevimento in giapponese sono tutti sforzi per fornire consigli di servizio. We stayed another night due to the flight rescheduled to next day. We booked a different room type which is the lux king room. Very great room with great view from the room and very spacious. Happy to come back again when we visit Japan. Highly recommend if your budget is allowed, book this room type for entire stay in Tokyo. Great location.

The location is great, right next door to Tokyo Station and walking distance to the Imperial Palace. The staff in this hotel are fabulous, very polite, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Check in was a nice easy process and I was kindly shown to my room. The room itself is fine, I've stayed in better Four Season Hotels but there was nothing wrong with the room I was given. The bed was comfy but the pillows I found were way too soft. I'm sure however if I'd asked they would have replaced them with firmer options. They also had limited charging sockets near the bed but not close enough for shorter cables so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. The shower was powerful, there was a nice deep bath but no bath salts and the bathroom amenities are not miniatures but rather large dispensers, great to save on plastic waste. Robes, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and mini bar are all provided. It appears they don't offer a pressing service because when I requested this they suggested an iron and ironing board to be brought to me instead. I personally don't mind ironing my own clothes so this was fine for me. WiFi was very good. The gym and restaurant are located on floor 7. The gym was nicely equipped for a hotel gym and had just about enough kit to get a decent workout in. They had a selection of cardio options as well. There are tin bottles of water and towels readily available. The hot pool was nice to relax in after and they also had a steam room and jet massage shower. Breakfast I had both as room service and in the restaurant. The menu was the same in both but you had more freedom on portion size with the continental option in the restaurant. I also had dinner room service whilst at the hotel. Room service was quick, normally arriving within 30mins of the order being placed. The food was well prepared and delicious. My only constructive criticism would be, it would have been nice to have had more choice, I found the room service menu limited, and I'd like to have had more local Japanese options, especially sushi. All in all a good hotel with fabulous staff in a great location. It wasn't however perfect with the points mentioned above so I can only award this hotel a 4* rating.

Style. Kengo Kuma and Ian Schrager designed Setting. 34 out of 183 Michelin starred restaurants are in Ginza Explore. Vibrant Ginza with art galleries, shops and restaurants Rooms. 86 rooms. Was upgraded to Premier King room, 517 sq ft of calm zen modern space with welcome snacks. I loved the hotel mini bar and snacks, didn’t touch the Krug but having the option was nice @ the hotel. Great service. The doorman literally jumped into the cab to help me with the credit card payment which is done via the tv screen in the backseat Food & drinks. Delicious Japanese breakfast at Sophia. Lots of places for a drink here on several floors, sadly did not have enough time. With only 86 rooms, breakfast was a pleasant experience with the energy you get from an intimate boutique hotel Prices. US$1000 per night. A bit expensive but I used my points Rating. 5/5

Il controllo in corso non era molto piacevole, perché dovevamo aspettare che il nostro bagaglio fosse portato nella nostra stanza e dovevo chiamare il dipartimento di frontiera per farlo dopo un lungo periodo di attesa. Quando qualcuno è arrivato, era raccogliere sacchi che non erano quello che avevamo comunicato. Un'altra occasione è stata una rappresentante del front desk non troppo amichevole, le cui risposte sono state cortese. Il Mercure Hotel Ginza Tokyo è un bell'hotel vicino a Ginza e alla stazione di Tokyo. Ci piace la posizione dell'hotel dove ci sono molti bei ristoranti e negozi nei dintorni. Ci sentiamo al sicuro di notte e anche un McDonal aperto 24 ore su 24 è al piano di sotto. La dimensione della stanza è relativamente buona per gli standard di Tokyo, quindi non ti preoccupare non c'è spazio per le tue valigie. Anche il personale dell'hotel è gentile e disponibile. Consigliamo Mercure Ginza ai visitatori di Tokyo.

L'esperienza di un hotel a Tokyo è grande.Il personale è molto amichevole e è sempre molto attento da soggiorno a partenza.La stanza è grande 々, e il design moderno crea un'atmosfera confortevole.In particolare, la vista notturna di Tokyo che si vede dalla finestra è incredibile. La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona e è molto conveniente andare alle attrazioni turistiche e ai ristoranti.Purtroppo, c'è un'alloggio disgustoso nello spazio pubblico, ma in generale è ancora soddisfacente.Devo volerlo usare di nuovo la prossima volta.Questo è un hotel raccomandato!

The hotel is near a few local train stations and about 10 mins walk to Tokyo station. There are restaurants and 7-11, Lawson nearby the hotel which is very good and convenient. The hotel is also in walkable distance to Ginza area which have a lot of shops, restaurant and food. The staff there are friendly and polite. The only down side is the room is too small but other than all good. There is also a 2-in-1 washer cum dryer at level 1 which is good & convenient for pple who wants to wash their clothes.

Very nice facility. I particularly liked the number of outlets and USB ports. Service desk personnel were kind and helpful. L'hotel Muji ha rispettato le mie aspettative! Se sei un fan dei prodotti Muji (o se ti interessa come i prodotti Muji possono essere messi insieme in una stanza hotel), allora questo è un hotel per te!! Mi sono divertito con la camera, le strutture e la posizione deliziosa dell'hotel (in Ginza). Il personale era amichevole. Tuttavia, possono essere più attenti. Andando in piedi, si dispone di piani di prodotti Muji che si possono acquistare! Una delle cose buone è che non devi andare in ricezione ogni volta che vai nella tua stanza - che preferisco. Si consiglia di rimanere qui per una o due notti e provare il loro colazione o pranzo! :) Goditi!

La posizione è particolarmente buona. Il sedile argento è molto conveniente ovunque. L'hotel ha una serie di ristoranti sottostanti per scegliere. La notte è conveniente da mangiare. L'hotel ha nuove strutture e buone, non c'è problema. Ora il Giappone manca di persone, ha introdotto molti lavoratori sudasiatici per lavorare a livello di base, e anche loro sono i puliziari, quindi è così per la salute. È meglio vivere e richiedere non troppo alto.

Dopo molto tempo, ho ricevuto un ”servizio clienti confortevole”. Soprattutto le persone del ristorante per la colazione, sia il personale di servizio che i vestiti del cuoco, sono stati molto utili. C'era ”preoccupazione per i clienti”. Grazie mille. Quando ho cercato un hotel in cui soggiornare, ero convinto che uscisse insieme ad altri hotel di lusso, che è esattamente ”più del prezzo”. E l'esterno e l'interno dell'edificio erano belli, e il display del numero del piano dell'ascensore era molto carino!

In primo luogo, sono sorpreso dell'atmosfera dell'intero hotel, che l'atmosfera è completamente diversa dall'immagine esterna dell'edificio, che non ha un senso di pulizia.In particolare, è difficile sopportare il sistema estremamente sporco di mettere le informazioni della reception sotto la porta della stanza. Mi aspetto molto di bere una tazza sul recepimento, ma sulla strada che ci andrò, ho visto il numero di carte di posta 々 sul pavimento, mi sono fermato a sentirmi incomodo.Anche se si prepara una bevanda con la mano di uno scambio di carte di fegato. La stanza è anche più piccola di un metro quadrato mostrato, in realtà è molto diversa dalla decorazione interna della moda nella foto, e è turbolente.I mobili, le pareti e i bagni della stanza non si sentono puliti, soprattutto il panno sotto il letto è molto lungo, trascinato al pavimento, molto sporco. La scrivania è molto piccola e non c'è spazio per mettere le cose correttamente.Quando si apre la porta con frigorifero, la porta del contenitore vi andrà verso di lei, quindi si deve aprire il frigorifero quando lo preme.E'importante anche il liquido di lavaggio della mano? E'difficile da usare, perché esce solo un po', e poi vola lì.Solo un po'grande e pulito.Di solito so che i 10,000 yen di business ogni notte sono più alti.

L'hotel Muji ha rispettato le mie aspettative! Se sei un fan dei prodotti Muji (o se ti interessa come i prodotti Muji possono essere messi insieme in una stanza hotel), allora questo è un hotel per te!! Mi sono divertito con la camera, le strutture e la posizione deliziosa dell'hotel (in Ginza). Il personale era amichevole. Tuttavia, possono essere più attenti. Andando in piedi, si dispone di piani di prodotti Muji che si possono acquistare! Una delle cose buone è che non devi andare in ricezione ogni volta che vai nella tua stanza - che preferisco. Si consiglia di rimanere qui per una o due notti e provare il loro colazione o pranzo! :) Goditi!
