Patient and efficient front desk services, efficient for check in and out procedure. Restaurant located at 1-3 floor, very convenient. Also, JR , Shinkansen station nearby, big shopping mall and department store at top of JR station. Good and convenient.

Based on the price I paid, everything is beyond expectations. It's all good.

As a foreigner who has lived in this Country for 38 years I find it very offensive in this day and age for hotel staff to look at me as if I have fallen off a UFO, and be jumpy in my presence at first sight. THAT was the beginning of the nightmare stay in this hotel. Old, unfriendly, with practically no electrical plugs available in the room. The bed was a nightmare as well.... impossible to sleep in such a mattress, and the pillow was so flat it didn't even serve as a pillow. I will never stay again in this hotel. Then again, you get what you pay for, but this hotel wasn't even worth THAT fee. I was so angry that couldn't even be bothered to take photos of it.

飯店位置不錯，服務人員很客氣，但房間煙味重，浴室的門鎖裝錯，無法關，一拉就開，早餐很有日本味也很不錯吃。

早餐很豐盛，如沒包含在房價裡，可另外加購¥800。

思っていたより清潔感もあり快適に過ごせました。

非常滿意，雖然陳設有點舊，但是很有年代感，很乾凈。 日式早餐尤其好。每天都有變化。

個人的にキツかったのは遮光カーテンではなく薄っぺらいカーテンなので早朝から部屋が明るくなってしまい眩しくて寝れなかった事と防音がされていなくて廊下で人の歩く音、声、ドアが閉まる音などがする事やトイレがウォシュレットではなかった事、枕が低すぎてペタンコなところでしたが、値段の安さ、駅近などを考えるとまぁまぁだと思います。

私の都合で少し早く到着したのですが、エアコン付いてないですがお使いくださいってチェックインさせてくださいました。 本当に助かりました。
