Hotel a Tbilisi, Georgia

Il primo viaggio è come se non volessi tornare più a questo hotel. Abbiamo fatto festeggiare il nostro terzo anniversario a Tbilisi. Le cose cattive erano, ci siamo fermati al secondo piano e era davvero peggio! Aria condizionata non funziona non ci sentiamo a tutti troppo caldo, soprattutto quando si sta dormendo, la vista esterna è come la vista della nostra casa vicina (non si sentirà che si sta soggiornando all'hotel) e non ti sentirai al sicuro, perché se apri la porta per sentire l'aria fredda e fresca, sembra che qualcuno venga e ho cercato di aprire la finestra, mi sorprende perché è completamente rotta! Nella ricezione, non sono amichevoli. Non sorridendo. Il colazione è molto comune. Grazie alla cameriera che ci dà un sorriso presto al mattino quando mangiamo lì! Sono forniti punti per il custode che si prepara la nostra stanza durante il nostro soggiorno. Il nostro hotel è vicino ai negozi, ristoranti, fast food, ecc. E la cosa più amata è che abbiamo trascorso il nostro giorno al Gudauri ski Resort e a qualche punto turistico in Georgia. Spero di tornare in questo paese, ma non penso a questo hotel.

An excellent hotel located in the center near the Dynamo stadium and the train station. Next to the hotel there is a lot of transportation to the old city and many places in Tbilisi. In 10 minutes in Harot Square. The hotel itself is new, impressive in its design, very clean, maintained to a high standard. His rooms are comfortable, equipped, very clean and quiet. This is in contrast to many hotels in Tbilisi which are actually residential buildings that have been converted into hotels. The hotel staff is kind, cordial, professional and gives personal attention to every guest. There is no doubt that the hotel staff is the main reason for it being an excellent hotel. The price of the hotel is very cheap in relation to the great value and in relation to the prices of similar hotels nearby. The price is less than half of the prices of less good hotels in the ancient area.

I and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).

I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Avendo una grande esperienza di soggiorno a Tbilisi, il personale è davvero sorprendente e utile, mi hanno dato i suggerimenti e le rotte su come viaggiare localmente con l'aiuto del trasporto pubblico. Grazie sincere alla signora Maria per aver fatto il prossimo livello per creare un elenco speciale delle raccomandazioni dei luoghi che dovrei visitare, ha trascorso molto tempo per aiutarmi a superare le preoccupazioni. La stanza è stata migliorata per il mio vantaggio di Gold membro e le bevande di benvenuto sono state onorate senza alcuna dichiarazione.Situata in centro vicino a tutti i principali luoghi della città e il trasporto pubblico è a soli 200 metri dall'hotel . Deve essere un posto dove stare quando a Tbilisi.

L'hotel è nuovo e costoso.La stanza non è grande, ma comoda, e buona in loco.Ben visto, accanto a questa è una piccola casa di Leo Fu.La scelta del colazione è anche modesta, e la produzione può essere fatta.

Very central and close to all the sights. Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms and great facilities. Staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Could not have done more to help us. One small issue was that we ate breakfast later (9:45, it finished at 11) and often some of the buffet foods were empty and not being replaced. The bread wasn’t fresh and the fruit had been out a while. Having said that, we mentioned this to one of the staff and they did make the effort the following day to provide more of the foods that were out earlier which meant a lot to us. Very good stay- would definitely recommend!

Il prezzo è alto, la camera da letto è ampia e confortevole, e il personale dell'hotel è molto atteggiamento.Le cose per la colazione non sono troppo, ma il gusto è buono.La posizione dell'hotel è buona, molto vicina al centro e al punto di ricarica, può raggiungere a piedi, ma tranquillo nel serbatoio, e al contrario della stazione di polizia. Tuttavia, la tariffa giornaliera di questo hotel è relativamente alta, è 50-100 Larry più alta di quella di cercare direttamente un'agenzia di viaggio. Tutti possono scegliere di confrontare.

Raramente scrivo recensioni a causa di molte altre cose da fare, ma vorrei dire qualche parola su questo luogo. Grazie al lavoro ho visitato molti hotel e mi sono davvero divertito la mia breve visita a Riverside.Ciò che fa la differenza è il loro personale, dalle ragazze di ricezione al tizio di sicurezza o al responsabile della pulizia, tutto è stato perfetto. Il Wifi era veloce, nessuna domanda e l'hotel sembrava storico.Aveva una seconda stanza 205, con un tetto alto e un piccolo balcone francese. Se vienete dall'Europa occidentale come me con piccole camere e alloggi a prezzi elevati, vi sorprenderete quanto la mia camera fosse qui e con un grande prezzo. sorprendentemente tranquillo e nessun rumore entrava.
