UUtente ospiteDavvero un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, dato che questo hotel è vicino a Rustaveli, con diversi autobus che vanno e vengono da Piazza della Libertà e dalla città vecchia. È anche comodo per Avlobari, da cui partono molte gite di un giorno. Le camere sono eccellenti! Pulite, spaziose e ben arredate. Ci sono molti voli che arrivano a Tbilisi la mattina presto, tieni presente che puoi inserire un'opzione di check-in dalle 00:00 alle 06:00 in modo da poter fare un pisolino non appena arrivi dall'aeroporto. Non posso davvero lamentarmi di questa proprietà, centrale, comoda e con molti negozi nelle vicinanze. Non è nella città vecchia, quindi il prezzo è un bonus per quello che è.

CCherryzhuzhudelvchengHo soggiornato qui di nuovo dopo essere tornato dall'Armenia, lasciando lì i bagagli per due giorni. Ho dormito benissimo questa notte, svegliandomi profondamente. Scegliere un hotel tranquillo e confortevole è fondamentale per un buon riposo notturno! La camera era pulita e ordinata. La camera che mi hanno assegnato non includeva articoli da toeletta, ma di solito porto i miei, quindi non mi ha dato fastidio. La biancheria da letto era pulita e il materasso era morbido! Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Per quanto riguarda la posizione e i trasporti, ne ho già parlato in altre recensioni e lo consiglio vivamente.

UUtente ospiteLe letti erano molto pulite e la vista era sorprendente dal decimo piano. La nostra stanza era sempre pulita ogni volta che tornavamo quotidianamente. La pulizia dei bagni e la doccia erano sorprendenti e di buona qualità. Il personale era molto bello e tutti parlavano inglese, dandoci una comoda e piacevole esperienza all'Hilton Hotel.

UUtente ospiteI was really impressed with this hotel in every respect. The location provides easy access to Old Town, staff were friendly and professional, breakfast was good, and the bar on the 6th floor was a welcome addition. Will definitely stay here again.

UUtente anonimoThe hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey.
However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie).
Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.

UUtente ospiteGreat hotel and helpful staff. I had spent 30 minutes at reception before coming to my room, sorting out the next day’s trip, with the staff who was especially helpful. After that, I came upstairs, changed clothes, and was finally ready to rest. Shortly after, I was asked to come back down just to pay for and collect my laundry (express service to which I had to call and followup for). I was extremely tired and not feeling well, so I asked 3–4 times if they could make an exception and bring it upstairs. They refused, saying it’s hotel policy that all payments must be made at reception, a ridiculous policy for a hotel of this standard. Ironically, the same night we ordered food to the room, and they brought a card machine upstairs and took payment on the spot. I had actually planned to rebook this hotel but I decided against it solely because of this inconvenient and inconsistent policy.

UUtente ospiteNon lasciare che il ritorno, vediamo chiaramente, non posso ritirarlo tre giorni prima. La persona P o il viaggio sono facili da cambiare. Trip.com ha rifiutato di entrare in numerose camere d'albergo e Trip.com mi ha reso più di 200,600.
Non si consiglia di viaggiare nel breve periodo, sono tutte manifestazioni, forse mangiare una bomba di catrame, la prima in sicurezza, il sindaco ha cambiato recentemente.

UUtente ospiteHotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning:
1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands.
2. Service: The day I checked out my gold bracelet went missing after the cleaning that morning (my friend stayed an extra day). I dug through trash outside after a long battle for them to take me there. We searched the whole room, I spoke to cleaning and more. As I left (15) I spoke to front desk. On 16&17th I emailed. On 18&19th I called. On the 19th I was finally helped and told that he will finally ask around and email me back. It took 5 attempts for them to start bothering and it has ruined the experience for me.
If you go really take care of your belongings, but the location is great and so is the pool.
