Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questa proprietà prima impressioni eccellenti la casa è molto elegante. Check-in e check-out è stato molto efficiente e amichevole come è stato la manipolazione dei bagagli . Le nostre camere (204 e 409 ) erano spaziose e ben presentate , come le camere da bagno e riflettevano l' eleganza generale dell' intera proprietà . Le strutture erano come si aspettavano in un istituto di cinque stelle, la connettività era buona, mentre i livelli di rumore per il sonno erano bassi nonostante i lavori di costruzione su pavimenti inferiori. Il personale in generale è stato molto piacevole che in Georgia non è sempre il caso soprattutto nei ristoranti , tutti noi che abbiamo affrontato avevano un ordine ragionevole di inglese , soprattutto per quanto riguarda la reception e i portatori di alberghi . L'hotel è stato dotato di un servizio di limone per l'aeroporto, che è stato meraviglioso, il conducente è stato molto utile e gentile e guidava in modo sicuro. Ho dimenticato il mio bagaglio di mano nell'auto dell'aeroporto dopo che siamo stati lasciati (tempo di panico) ma fortunatamente un telefono all'hotel aveva il conducente che ci riaccettava entro quindici minuti . Nonostante alcune delle recensioni non così buone abbiamo ritenuto che questo hotel fosse costoso per la Georgia , ma comunque era ragionevolmente premiato per il livello di servizio che fornisce . Il parere si basa su venti anni di soggiorno in cinque a sette mesi all'anno in un'ampia gamma di località in tutto il mondo.

Credo che ci sia un problema di bagno, lo spazio tra doccia e toaletta è troppo oetit, non posso tornare a casa. Sono grande di 1m90. Ci sono compiti sulle lampade, strisce sulle porte. Letto molto confortevole, illuminazione funziona molto bene. Mancava le spazzole a denti e dipinto! Housekeeping dovrebbe controllare le camere prima dei clienti. La piscina è molto buona, buona installazione! Colazione molto buona. Direi che gli standard di un hotel a 5 stelle non sono presenti, anche a livello di servizio di accoglienza resta molto fondamentale, ma senza più, mi aspettavo un servizio migliore comunque. Il pasto all'ATI era molto buono, ma la cameriera è molto giovane e molto gentile deve approfondire queste conoscenze in F&B. Il capo è venuto a spiegarci il suo piatto, molto professionale.

I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Never have i ever stayed in this kind of classy and beautiful hotel. I remember the day I have entered to the lobby on my arrival to Hotel, I had a nice shock. First of all because of the interior and later on the music playing there was my favourite. I loved the Japanese cuisine they have in Lounge and the terrace with burgers, spaghetti, enchiladas and those kind of food. The room i stayed in was called Associo and I would say it's the most beautiful room i have been to in hotels. Overall i really loved the place and recommend it to everyone!

Questo hotel ha alcuni problemi, le camere sono a cinque stelle, ma il servizio e il cibo sono decisamente carenti a un prezzo di oltre 100 dollari. Le temperature dei cibi a buffet della colazione non sono corrette. Quando sono tornato a casa il primo giorno dopo le mie avventure alle 18:00. la mia camera non è stata pulita. Ero davvero infastidito. Web giù dice loro di pulire la mia stanza e ho aspettato nella hall per fare qualcosa che è già stato fatto. .la politica degli hotel che dicono a causa del covid è di non pulire la tua stanza! Sono stato in vacanza negli ultimi 45 giorni e questo è l'unico hotel in tre continenti che non ha pulito la mia camera ogni giorno. Inoltre hanno una piscina ma sembrava così poco invitante. Non c'è un portiere e il personale non conosce le risposte alle domande di base sulle compagnie aeree o su dove mangiare. Questo hotel vale $75 a notte massimo non oltre $100 a notte. Mi chiedo sempre se ci tornerei. La risposta è no. L'hotel non è all'altezza del servizio se è il periodo del prezzo le camere sono molto belle però?

Having travelled across the globe and staying in 100s of Hotels this comes across as one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Lets talk about location first, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere somewhere on the mountain top so everytime you have to take a taxi to go anywhere, you cant walk to or from the places of interest in the city We had booked 3 rooms and asked them to place extra bed in one of the rooms when we arrived there were extra beds in all the rooms and when we asked them to remove they said the housekeeping is not available so they can only do that next day so we stayed in a cramped room for that night. The soundproofing in the room is ineffective and you can hear people talk in the corridor loud and clear Breakfast is way below average, very limited offering and repeated almost every single day with an exception of 1 or max 2 items. The breakfast time is till 11 and if you enter the room at 10:30 you will be frowned upon, the lady mentioned that they work late night so they need to finish early for the breakfast. if thats the case they should just reduce the breakfast time to 10. The rooftop restaurant is good and the food is great, but the staff there is again rude, kept asking our kid not to talk, should rather make it an adult only restaurant if kids are a concern. Coming to the staff, the worst of a kind you will find, they asked us to pay for certain WHITE towels that had some marks which could have been easily laundered, when we mentioned they can be washed easily they insisted that it is damaged and cannot be washed, we offered to pay and said if the towels are damaged we will take them, thats where the lady at the reception called the GM and said I told you the amount by mistake the actual damages are double. This clearly shows they wanted to make some quick money off us. Being in an alien country you are left with no choice but to pay such amount even when you know you are being scammed. All up there are many better options in Tbilisi, much better located than being in the middle of nowhere, and if they attract you by offering lower rate they will make up for that by scamming you like they did with us. I saw another review where they stole the money of a guest, so if you get scammed into an attractive rate be ready to pay in another form.

Eigentlich machte das Hotel einen ordentlichen ersten Eindruck. Der Eingangsbereich sah sehr einladend aus. Die Freude hielt sich aber stark in Grenzen, als wir das Zimmer besichtigten und baten, ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen. Es war mit einem Minifenster (46 cm breit x 27 cm hoch - Foto) mit Blick auf eine weiße Wand einer Baustelle bei über 26° C Raumtemperatur ohne laut Vertrag zugesicherter Klimaanlage. In der Internetpräsentation des Hotels ist ein ”Blick auf die Stadt” (Foto) für unser gebuchtes Zimmer beschrieben. Wir haben da eine andere Vorstellung von einem Stadtblick. Wir sahen nur eine Treppe. Und den Balkon suchten wir auch vergeblich. Jetzt könnte man sagen, es gibt nicht ausreichend Klimageräte im Hotel - weit gefehlt - an beiden Seiten des Gebäudes waren zahlreiche Klimageräte sichtbar (Foto). Außerdem haben nur zwei Zimmer dieses Minifenster - alle anderen Zimmer haben normale und große Fenster - auch die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss unserem Zimmer gegenüber. Wir mussten die Zimmertür zum Hausflur offen lassen, um ein wenig Luftzirkulation zu erreichen (Foto). Das weitere Mieter dabei vorbei gingen, mussten wir dabei in Kauf nehmen. Ist der Blick auf dem Teppenaufgang der zugesicherte Stadtblick? Wohl kaum. Hier wurden wir arglistisch getäuscht. Üblicherweise trinken wir als erstes eine Tasse Kaffee, die ja bereit stehen sollten. Meint das Hotel Tato mit ”Kaffee- und Teezubehör” (der Wasserkocher ist separat erwähnt) mit zwei Tassen mit Untertassen und Löffel? Da wir dies vermuteten, konnten wir aus eigenen Beständen unseren eigenen löslichen Kaffee nutzen. Da WLAN für alle Bereiche kostenlos genutzt werden kann, testeten wir am Abend kurz vor 23 Uhr die Qualität zu einer Zeit, wo es eigentlich eine gute Rate geben sollte: Absolut nicht zumutbar für die Hauptstadt - in anderen Städten erreichten wir bis 40 Mbps. Mehrfach war gar keine Speedmessung möglich, da der Datentransfer zu gering war. wir erreichten eine Downloadrate von 0,11 Mbps und ein Upload von 0,41 Mbps (Foto). So machten wir wenige Minuten eine zweite Messung, die eine Downloadrate von 0,16 Mbps und ein Upload von 4,36 Mbps erlaubte. Wir nutzten daher besser unsere eigene Sim-Karte des Mobilfunkanbieters, um wenigstens einige Fotos des Tages in die Heimat schicken zu können. Als wir die beschriebene Wanne sahen, verging uns die Lust zum Baden. Mit diesem unbehandelten Loch in der Wanne (Foto) fiel natürlich das Baden aus. Der Rand hinter der Wanne sah ebenfalls nicht einladend aus. Bei dieser Gelegenheit prüften wir die weiteren beschriebenen Leistungen, was eigentlich nicht unser Ansinnen ist. So sind ”Extralange Betten (über 2 m)” beschrieben. Gut gemessen waren es nur 1,96 m - also eindeutig nicht über zwei Meter. Wir sind keine cm-Fuchser - die Angaben sollten dennoch stimmen, denn gerade bei großen Personen ist dies nicht angenehm, wenn man oben anstößt und die Füße in der Nacht in der Luft hängen. This is a quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It is a little uphill walk from the main town, but other than that, everything was perfect. This place has a ‘family run’ vibe which makes it feel nice and warm. I especially want to give a shout out to the lady who serves and makes the breakfast. Everyday she made different mouthwatering baked items (apart from the usual breakfast menu) and they were just amazing. Really sweet lady too.

I stayed for 6 nights. The room was very spacious and very clean. I asked for more towels and paper and every day I received them. The room was cleaned daily, fresh breakfast but 3 stars, not 4, the superb superior restaurant with a panorama of of the city and great food, the young people at the reception are extraordinary, thank you very much Nina, Maria and the boys, I can't remember their names, for sure if we come back to Tbilisi we will stay at your place

Il personale era molto ospite. Rispondevano alle nostre domande gentilmente e ci aiutavano il meglio che potevano. Durante il nostro soggiorno qui abbiamo cercato di ordinare cibo dall'app di consegna Wolt, ma le ore di attesa erano troppo lunghe. Il personale di Address Boutique ci ha assicurato di avere una buona cena, dandoci pane libero dalle loro cucine e volontariato per qualsiasi altra risorsa che potremmo avere bisogno.

I lived here for almost one years and it was the most incredible experience. I only moved to go to law school, but if and when I return to Tbilisi, this will be the first place I look for an apartment. The building is located in one of the best areas in Tbilisi and is perfectly situated between the Avlabari and Rustaveli metro stations. The upgrades and the construction of the building are hard to beat and make living here very comfortable. Besides the building itself, you will not find a better team of people to operate an apartment building. Staff was amazing to work with in the front desk from the day I signed the papers to move in from the moment I sadly delivered the news I was moving. Also, you will not find an apartment with a terrace than the one at Orden Apartments. I highly recommend living here.
