Hotel 4 stelle a Tbilisi

Ho avuto un soggiorno incredibile al Shota@Rustaveli Boutique Hotel come un lavoro e un tempo libero di miscelazione da solo. La posizione è perfettamente situata a Tbilisi, a pochi passi dalla Tbilisi Opera e Ballet Theatre e dal Museo Nazionale Georgiano, rendendolo ideale per esplorare la città. La stanza era ben attrezzata con un comodo ufficio perfetto per il lavoro. Il servizio era eccellente, con personale attento e amichevole che mi facevano sentire a casa. Questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo, e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque visita Tbilisi!

Отличный отель, стильный, новый. Удобные, просторные номера и мягкие и удобные кровати, ежедневная уборка, вода в номере. Хороший завтрак в формате шведского стола. Стойка саморегистрации и выселения. В баре отзывчивый персонал, не откажут в просьбах даже дать льда) небольшой минус - в номерах нет холодильников и чайного набора, но это мелочи. От метро далековато, от центра тоже, но за такую цену расположение прекрасное, есть магазины в окружении.

Oltre alla stazione di bus a Tbilisi, la metropolitana ha generalmente una mappa, che mostra che ogni autobus che arriva alla stazione ha pochi minuti. La stanza è grande, due lati di finestre grandi, la strada è aperta, l'edificio è vicino.L'apertura della finestra è un po'scura, ma il suono della finestra è buono. Oltre al letto, giacca, tavolo da scrivania, cibo, lettini, divano, piccole scatole, giacche a terra, le scatole della scatola sono lunghe. Awesome location! Right next to the hotel there are 2 restaurants - Puri and Rigi, both are awesome and at both you can get a discount if you are staying at Moxy. They do very nice welcome drink upon arrival. Very central location in Tbilisi so definitely recommend!

Advantages: - size and cleanliness of the room, amenities: there was a lot of space, cleaning came everyday, the vault could contain a big laptop - view from the room: our windows were oriented to the east so we didn’t see the city center. However, we could see the hills, the river with HPP on it and the wedding palace, and this view was very pretty. The view from the room (13th floor) and from the restaurant (3rd floor) is attached. - lack of noise from construction sites nearby and the busy road — with closed windows you can’t hear a thing from the outside Disadvantages: - the dining restaurant: on the first day of our stay we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant (it wasn’t included into our booking). It turned out that we were the only people at the empty restaurant. While the food was satisfactory, the waiter told us that their check printing machine is broken, so he gave us a random number as an amount that we should pay. We paid it, but when we tried to calculate the amount by ourselves at home (including the service fee from the menu), we came to the conclusion that he added around 20 GEL to the real amount. - the breakfast buffet: the choice was very limited. The only dish with meat was sausage. Other than that, the breakfast was fine. Notes: - before booking we asked the restaurant about dining policy and learned the following: if dinner is included in your stay, it means that you can every day order dishes from the fixed menu for a fixed amount of money (around 70 GEL, which is enough for a meal without alcoholic drinks). - the location is not central, but it is not bad, because the metro station is close. However, if you intend to cross the bridge over the river, please take into account that crossing the road to the bridge would take around 5 mins, because it is a busy road junction. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I can’t recommend either booking the dinner for your stay in advance or visiting the restaurant for dinner by yourself.

The hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. Overall, the staff leave a positive impression — the team works in a coordinated manner, and there is clear involvement from both the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this applies to a lesser extent to the restaurant and room service. Restaurant service could be improved: service is not always prompt, and tables are cleared with delays. At the same time, the food quality is good — breakfasts are tasty, and hot dishes are prepared well and replenished on time. I would also note that during breakfast, waiters leave the dining area several times to smoke, exiting directly from the restaurant. As a result, the door is frequently opened and cold air enters the room, which is uncomfortable during the winter season. I would also note that communication with room service was inappropriate — the order was taken in a rather rude manner, which does not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. The rooms are very compact. Once a suitcase is opened or a chair is moved away from the desk, it becomes difficult to move around the room. All beds in the hotel are made of two joined beds; there are no king-size beds. This information was confirmed at the front desk when I attempted to upgrade my room. Room lighting is insufficient, and the windows face neighboring buildings. The organization of drinking water also raises questions. Despite the hotel’s four-star rating, water is not delivered to the rooms. Guests are expected to fill their own bottles from a water dispenser on the floor, where queues sometimes form, creating the impression of staying in a student campus. Housekeeping is carried out regularly, though not always thoroughly. At the same time, I would like to note a positive point: due to low occupancy, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which had a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay. Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: strong work from the front desk and management and decent food quality are combined with noticeable shortcomings in restaurant service, room comfort, and basic guest amenities.

Hotel urbano conveniente situato vicino a tutto quello che avevo bisogno. La posizione faceva molto facile. Il colazione era un normale colazione alberghiera e perfettamente bene. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile per tutto il soggiorno. Infine, questo hotel offre un colazione a buffet, così come, ancora una volta, mi consiglio molto con una vasta gamma di cibi e frutta e pasticceria a disposizione e cibo cotto tutti di alta qualità. È un piacere mangiare colazione in una zona di ristorante affascinante con un sacco di tè, caffè e succo di frutta.Il personale è molto utile e rende la vostra colazione un buon inizio per la vostra giornata. Consigliavo molto questo hotel e resterò lì di nuovo a dicembre per un breve viaggio di Natale. È sempre un piacere e triste lasciare quando il viaggio è finito.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
