La posizione è buona, la colazione è davvero buona, la camera è pulita e rifatta ogni giorno. Ma la reception non è gentile (la Sig.ra Nina) la mia prenotazione era un letto matrimoniale superior ma la prima notte (522) ci ha dato un letto singolo superior e ha chiesto il giorno dopo, ha detto mi dispiace, non posso darvene un altro perché le stanze sono vuote per i suoi nuovi clienti. Dopo di che ci ha dato una camera standard (419) e si è offerta di mandarci un altro hotel (prezzo basso ma trasporto gratuito!!) Deve essere più gentile e non fare differenze tra i clienti! L'hotel Mercure dovrebbe preoccuparsi di lei

L'aeroporto 377 è in cambio di 371, la stazione di autobus che scende dall'aeroporto è l'hotel; l'aeroporto è la porta dell'hotel 540 è in cambio di 377.L'hotel è a sinistra, e si trova in una zona calda come la Plaza Libera. Il ponte che passa attraverso il carrello di carico. Il trasporto è molto conveniente. Oltre alla stazione di bus a Tbilisi, la metropolitana ha generalmente una mappa, che mostra che ogni autobus che arriva alla stazione ha pochi minuti. La ricetta è molto calda.La struttura dell'atrio è molto calda e ha un senso di famiglia. La stanza è grande, due lati di finestre grandi, la strada è aperta, l'edificio è vicino.L'apertura della finestra è un po'scura, ma il suono della finestra è buono. Oltre al letto, giacca, tavolo da scrivania, cibo, lettini, divano, piccole scatole, giacche a terra, le scatole della scatola sono lunghe. Tutti e due abbiamo messo le valigie.La cosa più sorprendente è che l'acqua e diverse bevande nel piccolo frigorifero sono gratis. Il bagno è grande, ma la pressione dell'acqua è un po'piccola. Il primo piano dell'hotel è il suo biff, vicino al ristorante. La pulizia è tempestiva.

Questo hotel era il mio primo arresto al mio arrivo a Tbilisi, e mi faceva sentire estremamente comodo. La stanza era pulita senza sosta, e noi dormivamo bene. Ma la cosa più importante era il personale, tutto uno di loro era incredibilmente amichevole! La signora del servizio frontale che ci ha fatto entrare la sera del 16 novembre, il cui nome mi è stato malgrado dimenticato, era meravigliosa. Abbiamo prenotato la stanza su App senza specificare un letto di dimensioni reali o letti gemelli, e lei ci ha aiutato gentilmente a passare a letti gemelli e anche ci ha scortato nella nostra stanza. Grazie! Grazie anche a Michael e ad un altro gentiluomo (non chiedo il suo nome) che ha aiutato a portare il nostro bagaglio pesante, ma non meno importante, grazie a Davide che ha aiutato a uscire. Ho pensato di aver perso il telefono all'hotel, e lui ha lasciato il suo modo per aiutarmi a cercarlo. Se ho la possibilità di visitare Tbilisi in futuro, o se qualcuno dei miei amici viene qui, sicuramente consiglio questo hotel!

It was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi. 1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name 2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****. 3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive). 4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

Le camere sono dotate di te' e caffè e di frigo, se avete i vostri oggetti.Il personale di custodia è attento e amichevole e fa un ottimo lavoro per mantenere la vostra stanza pulita e completamente arredata. Infine, questo hotel offre un colazione a buffet, così come, ancora una volta, mi consiglio molto con una vasta gamma di cibi e frutta e pasticceria a disposizione e cibo cotto tutti di alta qualità. È un piacere mangiare colazione in una zona di ristorante affascinante con un sacco di tè, caffè e succo di frutta.Il personale è molto utile e rende la vostra colazione un buon inizio per la vostra giornata. Consigliavo molto questo hotel e resterò lì di nuovo a dicembre per un breve viaggio di Natale. È sempre un piacere e triste lasciare quando il viaggio è finito.

Hotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning: 1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands. 2. Service: The day I checked out my gold bracelet went missing after the cleaning that morning (my friend stayed an extra day). I dug through trash outside after a long battle for them to take me there. We searched the whole room, I spoke to cleaning and more. As I left (15) I spoke to front desk. On 16&17th I emailed. On 18&19th I called. On the 19th I was finally helped and told that he will finally ask around and email me back. It took 5 attempts for them to start bothering and it has ruined the experience for me. If you go really take care of your belongings, but the location is great and so is the pool.

L'apertura dell'hotel è pulita, il personale della reception è bello, e ci hanno aiutato con la serratura, erano molto bello, la vista della stanza era dolce, il ristorante era delizioso, e anche il colazione era dolce, il personale del ristorante era rispettato, il La ragazza e il ragazzo una volta servivano, erano dolci, sorridenti, carini, in piedi in loro, e non toccati. Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
