Never have i ever stayed in this kind of classy and beautiful hotel. I remember the day I have entered to the lobby on my arrival to Hotel, I had a nice shock. First of all because of the interior and later on the music playing there was my favourite. I loved the Japanese cuisine they have in Lounge and the terrace with burgers, spaghetti, enchiladas and those kind of food. The room i stayed in was called Associo and I would say it's the most beautiful room i have been to in hotels. Overall i really loved the place and recommend it to everyone!

I booked ' Deluxe King Room' and the first night I realised that I was not sleeping on a single king size mattress as in the middle of the bed it was not flat. In the morning and for the benefit of the doubt, I removed matress cover & bedsheet and I found out that my matress was not single but two twin beds zipped together. Next morning I asked politely reception whether my booking was for deluxe king room and they confirmed that it was indeed. When I showed them a photo evidence with the twin beds the answer was ' Oh you felt it?'. When I asked whether they gave me a twin bed instead of king bed the answer was ' Oh the designer made it like this for convenience'. Obviously I did not buy what reception answered to me as an excuse and I was deeply disappointed. I felt mislead also because while I was walking in the corridor I glimpsed into the room next to mine - the door was open and cleaning lady was in. The room was much bigger than mine ( my deluxe room was 23 m2 but i doubt it) and I'm pretty sure that the bed was not two matresses zipped together. In a addition to my story I will agree with b) carpet is full of stains/dirty which is unacceptable for a new hotel c ) reception is not really welcoming for a 5 star hotel ( as advertised) d) There is no Smeg fridge as shown in the booking pictures. I was expecting much better treatment, provided I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights!!! 2 Stars for the positive attitude of breakfast room staff and for its convenient location. Next time in Tbilisi somewhere nicer and friendlier!

Questo hotel ha alcuni problemi, le camere sono a cinque stelle, ma il servizio e il cibo sono decisamente carenti a un prezzo di oltre 100 dollari. Le temperature dei cibi a buffet della colazione non sono corrette. Quando sono tornato a casa il primo giorno dopo le mie avventure alle 18:00. la mia camera non è stata pulita. Ero davvero infastidito. Web giù dice loro di pulire la mia stanza e ho aspettato nella hall per fare qualcosa che è già stato fatto. .la politica degli hotel che dicono a causa del covid è di non pulire la tua stanza! Sono stato in vacanza negli ultimi 45 giorni e questo è l'unico hotel in tre continenti che non ha pulito la mia camera ogni giorno. Inoltre hanno una piscina ma sembrava così poco invitante. Non c'è un portiere e il personale non conosce le risposte alle domande di base sulle compagnie aeree o su dove mangiare. Questo hotel vale $75 a notte massimo non oltre $100 a notte. Mi chiedo sempre se ci tornerei. La risposta è no. L'hotel non è all'altezza del servizio se è il periodo del prezzo le camere sono molto belle però?

Credo che ci sia un problema di bagno, lo spazio tra doccia e toaletta è troppo oetit, non posso tornare a casa. Sono grande di 1m90. Ci sono compiti sulle lampade, strisce sulle porte. Letto molto confortevole, illuminazione funziona molto bene. Mancava le spazzole a denti e dipinto! Housekeeping dovrebbe controllare le camere prima dei clienti. La piscina è molto buona, buona installazione! Colazione molto buona. Direi che gli standard di un hotel a 5 stelle non sono presenti, anche a livello di servizio di accoglienza resta molto fondamentale, ma senza più, mi aspettavo un servizio migliore comunque. Il pasto all'ATI era molto buono, ma la cameriera è molto giovane e molto gentile deve approfondire queste conoscenze in F&B. Il capo è venuto a spiegarci il suo piatto, molto professionale.

Bel palazzo accogliente e curato. Personale molto gentile e professionale. Posizione eccellente, proprio nella piazza principale tra la Città vecchia e la nuova. Comodissimo quindi per muoversi a piedi. Se vi fate assegnare una camera sul davanti potrete godere di una vista magnifica. Le camere sono ampie, bello il bagno. Gradevolissima la piscina coperta. Ottima e varia la colazione...c'è anche l'acqua Borjomi! Prezzo adeguato. Molto consigliato.

Questo è per noi il miglior posto per soggiornare a Tbilisi sulla base del suo prezzo ragionevole, standard delle camere e posizione. È molto vicino alla Piazza della Libertà, e l'hotel è nascosto dalla piazza principale occupata dietro una strada. Il personale che ci ha partecipato, Kato, è stato molto informativo, efficiente, utile e gentile. Siamo un gruppo di 6 amici che avevano prenotato 3 ”appartamenti”. Tutti siamo molto felici della condizione delle nostre camere e delle strutture fornite. Le camere sono come appartamenti di studio, che vengono completi con cucina, ma non abbiamo usato nessuno dei sono stati forniti servizi, mentre noi restiamo solo per una notte. Erano puliti, ma molto spaziosi. Possiamo immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio al loro magazzino prima e dopo l'uscita, e la sicurezza per questo impianto era molto rigorosa e rigorosa. Non esitamo a raccomandare questo luogo meraviglioso a chi visita la città, e certamente rimarremo lì quando torneremo per un'altra visita!

Un piccolo hotel a 3 stelle con personale molto accogliente ... fa sentire il posto a casa. Le camere sono piccole ma molto pulite. È a pochi passi dal negozio di vendite di risparmi, ristoranti, baccheria, negozi di souvenir, negozio di scambio di denaro e la piazza della libertà. La distanza passeggiabile dal centro commerciale, dal parco Rike e dal ponte di pace. C'era una notte che sembrava che ascoltiamo un concerto, perché c'era un ristorante che ha un gigo nella loro zona di seggiolino. Quello che amo più è il colazione. Mi ha fatto sentire come fosse cucinato per una famiglia.

A new hotel that is less than a year old, with a modern, minimal and practical design located in a quiet street a few minutes' walk from Freedom Square. The breakfast is located on the basement floor and there is a variety of food to choose from. The room was spacious with a large window (302) and a great shower and nicely furnished. The hotel staff was very friendly and patient and tried to help in any situation that was needed. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach the Freedom Square or other interesting points in the city such as the Peace Bridge and more. Great value for the price and recommend this hotel

The location is very convenient, close to Liberty Square and to the old city. The double room I had was very nice, well furnished and equipped. Same for the bathroom. Maybe a bit tiny for two people with lot of luggage. The room and the bathroom were made up and cleaned every day. All the hotel looked clean. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of food, the quality was good and the food I had was tasty and fresh. The staff was kind. A special thank to the one of the guys at the front desk who helped me with a lot of patience to deal with a local call center.
