Hotel con spa a Tbilisi

Bella hotel, ma pagata due volte ancora in attesa di un rimborso La piscina del labirinto è un bel hotel. Era comodo, e mi piaceva davvero la proprietà stessa. Purtroppo, un doppio pagamento non risolto ha sovrasfondato tutto il mio soggiorno. Sono rimasto dal 22 settembre al 24 settembre, ma la mia prenotazione ha mostrato ottobre 22–24. Ho già pagato USD 94 attraverso Trip.com. Il proprietario, Zaza, mi ha detto che c'era un problema con le date di prenotazione e mi ha chiesto di contattare il supporto per cambiarle. Ho passato circa tre ore a lavorare su supporto e a cercare di risolvere la questione della prenotazione invece di godere del mio soggiorno. Nonostante il mio pagamento esistente, il proprietario ha insistito che paghi di nuovo. Mi sentivo pressionato a trasferire un GEL aggiuntivo 250 a una carta bancaria georgiana circa lo stesso importo del mio pagamento iniziale. Ho completato tutte le richieste di rimborso e seguito tutte le istruzioni fornite Trip.com. Tuttavia non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso da Trip.com, e Zaza non ha nemmeno restituito il pagamento supplementare. Questo è assolutamente inaccettabile: ho pagato due volte per un soggiorno e sto ancora perdendo tempo per cercare i miei soldi, causando difficoltà finanziarie e stress inutile. Chiedo a Trip.com e a Zaza di risolvere questo immediatamente, coordinare con l'altro, e rimborsare il doppio pagamento. Non dovrei continuare a presentare richieste e ripetutamente chiedere il mio denaro. L'hotel stesso è stato eccellente, ma la gestione di questa questione di pagamento e la mancanza di un rimborso sono stati profondamente deludenti. Ritornate il duplicato di pagamento immediatamente e porre fine a questa situazione esauriente.

Che hotel fantastico con la posizione più perfetta. Camera pulita e spaziosa sta lontano dalla vecchia città. Non avrei potuto chiedere niente di meglio. Certamente prenoterò di nuovo la prossima volta che sarò a Tbilisi.

Невероятно красивый отель для киноманов! прекрасное расположение, рядом много заведений, недалеко винзавод, отель Стамба и прочие хитовые места. из окна номера видна красивая филармония. необычный интерьер в ретро стиле. в номере не было утюга, но вместо утюга они просто забирали мои вещи и приносили глаженными) Лифты оформлены в стиле матрицы, один синий, один красный. коридоры увешаны постерами фильмов. из минусов только пастельное белье стишком накрахмалено, хрустит, и подушки неудобные. нет салфеток, каких то средств мелких, только зубная паста и щетка. ароматные шампуни и гели. сервис отличный. завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, ни разу правда не спросили из какого я номера) на -2 этаже спа, бассейн и две финские сауны, немного душно и много красного света, но опять таки все в киношной теме, даже фильм показывают) влюблена в Афишу, хочется вернуться

Bioli Resort is honestly one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and luxurious places I have ever stayed at. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations, and I can confidently say that it will be my first choice every time I visit Georgia. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the views are breathtaking, and the cottages are beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped. Every little detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the appliances and facilities to the overall eco-friendly concept of the resort. The staff are absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, smiling, kind, and helpful. The food is delicious, and I especially loved the connection with nature throughout the property. They even have friendly animals, including llamas and beautiful birds, which makes the whole experience feel even more unique and special. It’s the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, nature, and tranquility. I genuinely cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like. Definitely one of the best resorts I’ve ever experienced, and a place I will keep coming back to whenever I’m in Georgia. 100/10. Absolutely exceptional. 🤍

Ithink the hotel was nice and clean but they didn’t provide all the toiletries every day. For a 5 star hotel I was expecting to get body cream and it didn’t work like that. I had to ask every day

Hotel is good, front seat staff is kind and friendly. But breakfast service is not good and needs a management improvement. First you wait for hostess to be seated while there are lots of free tables, then you wait for cleaning service to clean tables and after all that you have to wait for staff to refill buffet food. But still the overall experience is good. Parking is only outdoors near hotel entrance.

Пишу отзыв с опозданием, была вначале июля и осталась очень довольна! Несмотря на то, что еще частично завершились работы по ремонту, мне это ни капли не помешало. Сотрудники позаботились, чтобы небыло слышно ни звуков ни запахов. Апгрейдили мне номер с террасой. Очень очень вкусные завтраки! Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал 🫶🏽 хочу поблагодарить за гостеприимство!

La posizione è eccellente, ma troppo vicina alla zona degli uffici, e le recenti proteste hanno reso l'accesso all'hotel estremamente scomodo. I prodotti da bagno e l'acqua in bottiglia non sono stati riforniti tempestivamente, il che è sembrato una totale mancanza di servizio. Il cibo era discreto; la colazione non era particolarmente abbondante per un hotel di questa categoria, forse a causa del contesto locale, e non conosco le altre categorie di hotel. Nel complesso, a parte la posizione, il servizio era carente e sono rimasto deluso. ☹️ Sicuramente non sceglierei di nuovo questo hotel.

Понравилось всё! Роскошный завтрак, в номерах чисто, вода, еда очень вкусно! Персонал доброжелательный, напротив отеля отличный новый парк! Профессиональный бассейн и детский бассейн с джакузи!😁 При поездке в Тбилиси-однозначно будем выбирать этот отель

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
