Hotel con colazione a Tbilisi

Ho avuto un soggiorno incredibile al Shota@Rustaveli Boutique Hotel come un lavoro e un tempo libero di miscelazione da solo. La posizione è perfettamente situata a Tbilisi, a pochi passi dalla Tbilisi Opera e Ballet Theatre e dal Museo Nazionale Georgiano, rendendolo ideale per esplorare la città. La stanza era ben attrezzata con un comodo ufficio perfetto per il lavoro. Il servizio era eccellente, con personale attento e amichevole che mi facevano sentire a casa. Questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo, e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque visita Tbilisi!

We spent two nights at this hotel, and I primarily chose it because of its excellent location. It’s right in the city centre and within walking distance of the Old Town. The rest of the hotel was just okay. The staff were very helpful in assisting us with installing the parking app and finding a suitable parking lot where we could leave our car for two days.

Hotel looks good as new one . Positive points: room was very convenient with 2 toilets and separate rooms , was very practical for us with small baby. View from window on photo, very nice. Back yard very beautiful landscape. Breakfast was simple , but enough for us. Stuff mostly speaking English. Negative points: In The room was small black ants on sofa and in one toilet room. In bath room don't work dispenser with shower gel. After I ask to fix this problem , stuff didn't anything . They don't have concierge service . We arrived with baby and 4 pcs baggage and nobody even try to help us. I think we don't will stay again this hotel.

在巴統玩了兩天後，回到第比利斯，還是入住了這家酒店。酒店早餐豐富，品種多樣。前台服務員也很熱情。房間不太大，但酒店位置很好，city walk 很方便。包車司機pickup 也好停車。

The hotel is generally well located; however, access by car is not very convenient. Vehicles cannot approach the entrance directly, so guests are dropped off nearby and have to walk to the hotel with their luggage. Overall, the staff leave a positive impression — the team works in a coordinated manner, and there is clear involvement from both the front desk and management. Unfortunately, this applies to a lesser extent to the restaurant and room service. Restaurant service could be improved: service is not always prompt, and tables are cleared with delays. At the same time, the food quality is good — breakfasts are tasty, and hot dishes are prepared well and replenished on time. I would also note that during breakfast, waiters leave the dining area several times to smoke, exiting directly from the restaurant. As a result, the door is frequently opened and cold air enters the room, which is uncomfortable during the winter season. I would also note that communication with room service was inappropriate — the order was taken in a rather rude manner, which does not meet expectations for a hotel of this level. The rooms are very compact. Once a suitcase is opened or a chair is moved away from the desk, it becomes difficult to move around the room. All beds in the hotel are made of two joined beds; there are no king-size beds. This information was confirmed at the front desk when I attempted to upgrade my room. Room lighting is insufficient, and the windows face neighboring buildings. The organization of drinking water also raises questions. Despite the hotel’s four-star rating, water is not delivered to the rooms. Guests are expected to fill their own bottles from a water dispenser on the floor, where queues sometimes form, creating the impression of staying in a student campus. Housekeeping is carried out regularly, though not always thoroughly. At the same time, I would like to note a positive point: due to low occupancy, I was provided with a complimentary room upgrade, which had a positive impact on my overall impression of the stay. Overall, the hotel leaves a mixed impression: strong work from the front desk and management and decent food quality are combined with noticeable shortcomings in restaurant service, room comfort, and basic guest amenities.

Le letti erano molto pulite e la vista era sorprendente dal decimo piano. La nostra stanza era sempre pulita ogni volta che tornavamo quotidianamente. La pulizia dei bagni e la doccia erano sorprendenti e di buona qualità. Il personale era molto bello e tutti parlavano inglese, dandoci una comoda e piacevole esperienza all'Hilton Hotel.

It was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi. 1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name 2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****. 3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive). 4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

Отель находиться в 40 минутах ходьбы от достопримечательностей. Вначале дали номер на третьем этаже, вход с балкона. Номер стандартный, срез цена-комфорт. Дверь на входе пластиковая, при закрытии на ключ остается щель через которую задувает воздух. Мебель подзатертая. Обратились к администратору, с просьбой сменить номер. Переехали в номер на первом этаже рядом с стойкой регистрации. Номер лучше, больше пространства, есть входная зона. Более опрятный. В ванной отсутствует стенка душевой, и шторки тоже нет. Если купаешься брызгает во все стороны. Готовьтесь к тому что будете плавать. Напор в душе по ощущением как кожу режет. Струя воды не прямо, а в разные стороны. Уборки в номере не ждите, но мы и были там 2 суток Завтраки сносные, из разряда домашнее холодное. Каждый день колбаса, огурец/помидор варенные яйца булочки, ну и пару блюд которые меняются. Приходить на завтрак лучше сначала, если рассчитываете на выбор и на горячую еду В среднем можно остановиться в отеле если не хотите переплачивать за проживание.

Appartamenti per il noleggio. La posizione è conveniente, e il letto è pulito. Il piano del bagno è freddo, che rende incomodo camminare a piedi bassi in inverno. Check-in e check-out sono veloce, che è molto conveniente se si sta soggiornando per un breve periodo.
