Monograph Freedom Square

Tutto è buono tranne il servizio di colazione è lento, tutto è OK?

Некогда наш любимый отель в центре. Останавливались здесь ни первый раз. Расположение отличное! Забронировали улучшенный номер (по фотографиям тот, в котором обычно жили) , но на ресепшн оказалось, что фото не соответствуют номеру, так как на фото более высокая категория номера по ошибке. Сейчас отель выглядит «подуставшим». Грязные (в пятнах) ковры на полу, стены тоже в черных полосках от чемоданов. Персонал постарался нам помочь и дать комнату с большей площадью и комфортом. Но там те же перечисленные выше проблемы. Завтраки между тем вкусные. Решили следующий раз поискать альтернативу.

Customer support is very weak, Friday evening (16.02.2024) at 5 floor a concert took place, it was so noisy, I could not sleep until 5 o'clock in the morning; no excuse spoken, there is no bellman , I had to carry my heavy suitcase from the elevator to the room (307) myself, although I asked for help; it was my 5.stay in this house, but surely, my last .

We visited the Monograph roof terrace for a dinner. It has a magnificent view over the Freedom Square and the mountains surrounding Tbilisi. The menu is a mixture of Italian and some Mexican dishes, whatever we tried both starters and mains were delicious. They have a good selection of cocktails and they were delicious. The service was courteous. Nice place for a dinner or drinks if you want to dress up and enjoy the beautiful view .

I traveled to Tbilisi from New York in August. Stayed in this perfect hotel for 2 days and went to their terrace and lounge. I would say, that the hotel has a great location with views of Tbilisi. The food, atmosphere, and rooms are amazing, the only thing I would recommend them to improve is their coffee, it's a bit bitter. I totally recommend Monograph:)))

I have stayed 1 night in this hotel, it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed, rooms are spacious, super clean beautiful yet luxurious, the amenities are more than what you can expect, you will feel the generosity of the place, free bottles of water, capsule coffe machine with variety of coffe options, variety of high quality tea options, variety of drinks options in mini bar, towels, bath robs, slippers, and much more. It worth every peny you spend and not exaggerating if I mention you get even more than what spent. Staffs are the best I have ever met, so friendly yet professional and fast in responding, they went the extra mile to make me feel warm and very welcomed. I will return back to Georgia and stay only at this hotel. Not to forget to mention about the roof top terrace with the beautiful view of Tbilisi and freedom square. And also the staff their were so sweet and helpful too. Location wise it is center of everything, 15 minutes walk to peace bridge and the teleferic that takes you to Mother of Georgia where you can see the Tbilisi from the top. From Airport to Freedom Square (where this hotel located) by taxi is arround 20 minutes, and if you download Yandex App (same what I use in Armenia) will cost you not more than 25 Lari. The only thing is communicating in English might be bit challenging but it was always manageable as the people will do everything to help you and feel you welcomed, however in the hotel you will not find it challenging as all the staff we easy to communicate with them in English. Don't hesitate to book this hotel.

Lovely stay. We were given an upgrade to a room facing the city centre, which was a nice gesture. Breakfast is nice, with one of the best coffee we have had in our whole stay in Georgia. Recommended!

The hotel location is perfect and rooms looks new However the bds were twin beds attached to each other not comfortable as single queen or king bed

Very modern luxury hotel in the center of Tbilisi, close to restaurants, old town and museums. Excellent service, great beds, very quiet rooms. Stuff is friendly and helpful. We loved our stay there! Would recommend it to other travelers!
