Hotel a Da Lat con piscina

Tụi mình ở ks Imperial hotel. - Ngày đầu tiên nhận phòng điện thoại trong phòng ko kết nối khách sạn có lịch phát chuông cảnh báo cháy nổ lúc nhận phòng tụi mình không đc báo thông tin này. Khi báo cháy lên mình vội vã chạy xuống sảnh và đc nhân viên báo lại là đã gọi lên mà không thấy bắt máy trong khi tụi mình không hề nghe 1 cuộc gọi nào. Nhân viên có lên kiểm tra và báo là cho người lên sửa chữa điện thoại nhưng trong ngày hôm đó vẫn không thấy người lên sữa. Qua ngày hôm sau khi máy hút mùi không hoạt động tụi mình yêu cầu sữa chữa thì mới có nhân viên lên sữa chữa và mình có hỏi thì bạn báo là hôm nay mới biết đc thông tin sữa thì bạn lên liền hôm qa thì không nghe thông báo gì. vậy là sao nhỉ ?? -máy hút mùi trong toilet của khách sạn không hoạt động tốt dù đã có người lên sữa. Chuyến đi nghĩ dưỡng mà không thoải mái ko hài lòng với dịch vụ ở đây. Mình chưa bao giờ ở ks 5 sao mà ko tốt như thế này.

While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

The place was quiet and relaxing, and the staff were all friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was great as well! The villa offers some activities to try for couples and groups. Located a little bit further away from the city center but it's easy to get a grab for transport. If you don't mind that at all, I'd definitely recommend this place for your time in Dalat 😃

L'hotel era molto carino.stopato quasi nel centro per crociera a casa dieci minuti prima del mercato notturno quindici.L'hotel stesso amava molto che venisse da un'aura del vecchio buon hotel di lusso.Naturalmente un po'sovrappeso, ma non lo stress per questo denaro è un ottimo hotel.Buona colazione.

E'stata una grande esperienza di stare al resort. Tutti i dipendenti erano amici e di aiuto. La vista del resort che lo circonda è spettacolare. Solo preoccupati per la loro nuoto non così pulita. Pieno di bug, poop e sporchi. Nessuno nuota coz di esso. Ma ho fatto huhu. Suggerimenti sulla vista della camera, se si desidera una bella vista di montagna, opt per la vista del Golf Course coz l'opzione reale di vista di montagna non ti dà davvero una bella vista di montagna. Se siete un viaggiatore musulmano dovete informare l'hotel prima di arrivare, così possono provare e accogliere la vostra richiesta di pasto a sala per colazione buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attrages if you’re a player like me! La distribuzione del colazione è molto buona. Varietà e molte scelte da scegliere. Si raccomandano di venire in occasioni speciali come NYE, Xmas e Lavoro/giorno di liberazione. Per coloro che viaggiano solo come me e non vogliono viaggiare in autobus per 7-8 ore a Da Lat, aspettate fino a dopo settembre 2026 per arrivare coz, quindi l'aeroporto è già stato ristrutturato. Ma si DEVE venire a visitare Da Lat e se si sta cercando un tranquillo e tranquillo resort lontano dal buzz della città, Questo è il resort che si deve scegliere. Inoltre forniscono servizi di navetta quotidianamente per aiutare gli ospiti a mandare al centro della città di Da Lat secondo il calendario, in modo che tu possa pianificare le tue attività quotidianamente. Smettila per una notte. Se c'erano più tempo a Dalata, rimarrebbero più. Questa è la stanza più pulita in Vietnam che ho incontrato in 2 anni. Nlve piombo e attrezzature. Piatti molto belli e tutto per gli ospiti. L'ospite è un uomo piacevole, fa tutto per renderti felice. Sono d'accordo con altre recensioni sulla piscina e la sauna - un concetto simile a Dalata non esiste più. Chieda di fermarsi e di avere un buon tempo! Poche foto, nuotiamo, nuotiamo, abbiamo visto la partita in TV gigante.

Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!

Nessun aria condizionata è molto triste. Quando si stanotte si riscalda. Anche se c'è un vecchio stile, non può migliorare la situazione del calore. Il giardino paesaggio aereo del settimo piano è molto consigliato. È fantastico bere un caffè per godere di un bel paesaggio! Il colazione è molto buono, ci sono piatti in alto

Situazione decente dell'hotel. La piscina è ben dimensionata ma era piena di studenti a diversi momenti del giorno. Opzioni di colazione limitata, ma abbastanza per coprire le basi. Parcheggio per più auto disponibili.

Bella sistemazione, pulito, stile francese, buon servizio, c'è anche un noleggio di moto. Mi piace di più è che il letto è molto morbido ma non c'è cibo. E' ok andare a mangiare cibo locale invece. È vicino alla città, ma non è occupato, conveniente per viaggiare, ma l'ingresso sarà confuso.
