Tutti i membri del personale hanno fatto eccezionali sforzi per essere gentili, utili e generosi nell'offerta di assistenza. Durante il nostro viaggio, il personale ha anticipato le nostre esigenze come famiglia e ha offerto assistenza gentile. Il personale di custodia era particolarmente dolce e gentile nei confronti dei miei figli, e i conducenti di golf facevano buoni amici con noi. La palestra delle signore è eccezionale. La sala polvere è un fantastico evidenziatore. Tutto è stato organizzato con sensibilità alla privacy per le donne modeste. ' Benvenuto al messaggio del Qatar è stato bello. Spero che in futuro ci si riunirà qui la nostra prossima grande riunione familiare.
Una cosa che non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative è stata un benvenuto personalizzato per i bambini; in occasione dell'ultima visita abbiamo trovato messaggi e attività preparati per loro nella stanza al nostro arrivo. Non sono sicuro che l'hotel abbia considerato un benvenuto personalizzato per bambini più anziani o adolescenti, e apprezzerei vedere questo fatto in futuro.
Inoltre, alcuni ospiti sembravano vestiti in biancheria sulla spiaggia privata. Una maggiore attenzione alla modestia sarebbe un buon modo per un hotel iconico in un paese musulmano.

UUtente ospiteIt was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up.
The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk.
The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets.
We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day.
Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly.
Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient.
There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha.
The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops.
MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night.
MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

HHankin WangHo soggiornato di recente al Park Hyatt Doha e ho avuto un'esperienza eccezionale.
Innanzitutto, la posizione dell'hotel è perfetta: comoda, con facile accesso a negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Fin dal mio arrivo, il servizio di accoglienza è stato di prim'ordine. Il personale è stato professionale, cordiale e si è prodigato per assicurarsi che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Il check-in è stato semplice e l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel è elegante e accogliente.
La camera era spaziosa, impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di comfort moderni. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, garantendo un sonno ristoratore. Il bagno era lussuoso, con articoli da toeletta di alta qualità e una fantastica doccia a pioggia.
Uno dei punti forti del mio soggiorno è stata l'offerta gastronomica dell'hotel. La colazione a buffet era molto varia, per tutti i gusti, e la qualità del cibo era eccezionale. Ho apprezzato anche la spa e il centro fitness dell'hotel, che hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Nel complesso, la mia esperienza al Park Hyatt Doha è stata fantastica e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno lussuoso e rilassante a Doha. Ci tornerò sicuramente in futuro!

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

UUtente anonimoChecked in to this hotel without much expectation but both my friend and I are impressed with our room. We were welcomed with a cooling room where the aircon was already switched on. We appreciated this as the external temp was 37-38c. Room is clean, huge and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy and sheet is smooth.
Staff were also kind enough to allow us to stay past the check out time as our flight was pretty late.
If I must nitpick, the shower screen door cannot be closed properly hence water flowes out while showering. And also, we were given with a small bottle of shower gel so we had to ration our usage.

Tuttavia questa volta ho avuto un problema con il bus navetta: stavamo aspettando con un altro cliente dalle 23:50 alle 00:10 alla fermata dell'autobus all'aeroporto, ma l'autobus non si è presentato. Abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi. Il mio consiglio sarebbe di mettere un ”nome dell'hotel” molto più grande sull'autobus, altrimenti è un disastro.

SSINGHFAMILYWe the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Al Sadd Hotel in Doha, for 4 nights, during a recent multi country trip family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience.
The front security officers (eg. Moses, Jacob) were always happy, respectful and courteous in doing their jobs.
The front desk staff (including Houssem, Krishna, Job, to name a few), were welcoming, efficient and helpful, and always called out or waved, and stopped for friendly chat.
It was a great pleasure to actually meet with Renata who had been very proactive in answering all of my email questions prior to our booking with the hotel and assuring me that our pure vegetarian food requirements (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or dishes containing any of these items) for breakfast items would be fully met by the restaurant team.
The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Mitzie welcomed us every morning into the restaurant for breakfast and always checked to ensure everything was ok, etc. Rony especially took care of all our dietary needs and always went above and beyond his role, and surprised us with at least one new item each morning, such as special healthy fruit power-shot or fruit juice or special dishes made to order and served us tea the way we like it. Chef’s Karan and Yousef made time to come and speak with us and offer other dishes. Basanta, Rhea and Nisha also looked after us very well and always stopped to offer advice on places to visit etc and discuss our plans for the day.
Housekeeping staff (including Saibu, Jamuna, Horace, Sanjeev) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra. Horace and Sanjeev surprised us several times with amazing art work of a lotus flower and pair of swans made from rolled towels - absolutely brilliant!
So many special memories of this hotel and staff members, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO AMAZING AND MEMORABLE.
Another positive is that the hotel is very conveniently located for transport modes - taxi and metro station, and local shopping facilities and restaurants. We found a fabulous pure vegetarian Indian restaurant called Bhojan as well as a Tofu House only one street away - 5 minutes walk from the hotel..
So definitely 5 stars plus for this hotel, staff and its convenient location.

AAdrian LemaHo un problema con il mio volo e sono arrivato un giorno dopo e si possono ottenere la stanza e non cancellare la prenotazione.
Non è una cattiva scelta, ma non c'è vista dalle stanze. E mi sono trovato particolarmente in un problema, quando sono tornato all'hotel il primo giorno dopo la vista, la porta della mia stanza è stata aperta... Non sapevo perché, e anche il segno di non disturbo è stato affamato sul manico. Ho chiamato la ricezione e hanno detto che nessuno è entrato nella stanza.
Dovevo assicurarmi che tutti i miei articoli fossero in ordine!
Sono stato a Doha molte volte, ma sempre in un altro hotel, e questo non è mai successo.

MM37538****Non male, solo che la colazione è un po' cara, non c'è una bevanda calda per la cena, l'aria condizionata nel ristorante è bassa e non ci sono pantofole in camera, tutto il resto è buono e nel complesso adatto per soggiornare. C'è una grande vasca da bagno nella stanza che supera le aspettative.La posizione è comoda, la posizione è buona, vale la pena acquistarla
