UUtente ospiteIt was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up.
The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk.
The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets.
We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day.
Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly.
Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient.
There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha.
The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops.
MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night.
MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

HHajar A.Questo è un hotel molto bello. Molto gentile personale e alloggio. Mio marito e io abbiamo goduto del nostro soggiorno. Tutto è di alta qualità, buon servizio! Il cibo è sorprendente. Il colazione, il pranzo li abbiamo provati e non si disapprovano mai! Torneremo a questo hotel sperando e veramente, vale la pena! A Khai, che ha organizzato la sorpresa di compleanno per mio marito, grazie! 🩵

PPaparazyL'ospitalità dell'Hotel St Regis a Doha è il secondo a nessuno, dalla ricezione alla stanza era così pulita e la vista dalla stanza era meravigliosa, il cibo nel ristorante cinese, Il colazione e la risposta rapida del personale erano molto ospite, anche il trasporto complementare all'interno dell'hotel con il vettore è in mente.
Non dimenticare l'acqua e il tovagliolo complementari sul lato della spiaggia e anche sul lato della piscina era ubriaco e raffreddato alla mente considerando il tempo.
Vorrei tornare un giorno.

UUtente ospiteOttimo hotel con un servizio impeccabile, personale qualificato e ottimi servizi. Sono arrivato la mattina presto e i signori alla reception sono stati così gentili da farmi il check-in anticipato, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Tutto era perfetto, l'unico piccolo problema è la posizione e la distanza dalle stazioni della metropolitana. Non ci sono stazioni nelle vicinanze e l'unica opzione per spostarsi saranno taxi e Uber.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at Al Najada for 7 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisted us in every way we needed. Early check-in was not possible (we arrived at around 11am), but it didn’t sour our spirits. We booked a deluxe room, it was very spacious and came with a balcony, all amenities were included. Room was cleaned almost daily, at some point staff took one of the bathrobes and didn’t bring a clean one. Breakfast could’ve been better, in my opinion, food options were a bit limited, but, overall, still quite okay. You will not walk away hungry. The location is top notch! It’s right next to Souq Waqif, which is a traditional local market, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops there. There are 2 metro stations within the walking distance. Msheireb district (short walk away) was my personal favorite. Definitely will book this hotel next time I’m in Doha.

WWENEEDTWICERaro scriverò un commento all'hotel, e ho davvero bisogno di scriverlo.La posizione dell'hotel è buona. L'aeroporto di Doha è a 15 minuti. È vicino al mercato Waqif. A cinque minuti al Museo di Arte Islamica e al parco Mia. Ci sono molti eccellenti ristoranti leggeri e caffè intorno.
La camera è pulita con il labo 33, offre anche seta di seta, e il colazione è anche delizioso, l'atteggiamento del personale è super buono (l'atteggiamento del servizio in questa città è super buono)
E'un po'prettamente costoso. Se ci sarà la prossima volta a Doha, sceglieremo l'hotel.

SSafiZSubito dopo il nostro arrivo in questo hotel, ci aspettavamo diversi problemi. Il responsabile del servizio clienti stava cercando di fare del suo meglio per risollevarci l'umore con gesti di cortesia, e dopo il mio reclamo ho visto il miglioramento, ma questo hotel ha ancora bisogno di una formazione adeguata del personale e di miglioramenti nella comunicazione. Non ho ricevuto nemmeno un giorno alcun servizio in camera (spazzolino da denti, kit di cortesia, ecc.), per ogni singola e semplice richiesta. E poi sono molto lenti a eseguire le richieste. Il cibo al ristorante principale era fresco ma insapore, abbiamo provato un ristorante alla carta al piano della hall, ma anche in questo caso il cibo mancava di sapore. Sconsiglio questo hotel a chi è abituato a soggiornare in hotel a cinque stelle, perché vi sentirete esausti nel dover comunicare le vostre esigenze. È un peccato, perché la struttura è bellissima, la spiaggia è bella, il personale è positivo e ha una faccia sorridente. La mancanza totale di gestione non rende le vacanze qui piacevoli.

SSINGHFAMILYWe the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Al Sadd Hotel in Doha, for 4 nights, during a recent multi country trip family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience.
The front security officers (eg. Moses, Jacob) were always happy, respectful and courteous in doing their jobs.
The front desk staff (including Houssem, Krishna, Job, to name a few), were welcoming, efficient and helpful, and always called out or waved, and stopped for friendly chat.
It was a great pleasure to actually meet with Renata who had been very proactive in answering all of my email questions prior to our booking with the hotel and assuring me that our pure vegetarian food requirements (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or dishes containing any of these items) for breakfast items would be fully met by the restaurant team.
The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Mitzie welcomed us every morning into the restaurant for breakfast and always checked to ensure everything was ok, etc. Rony especially took care of all our dietary needs and always went above and beyond his role, and surprised us with at least one new item each morning, such as special healthy fruit power-shot or fruit juice or special dishes made to order and served us tea the way we like it. Chef’s Karan and Yousef made time to come and speak with us and offer other dishes. Basanta, Rhea and Nisha also looked after us very well and always stopped to offer advice on places to visit etc and discuss our plans for the day.
Housekeeping staff (including Saibu, Jamuna, Horace, Sanjeev) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra. Horace and Sanjeev surprised us several times with amazing art work of a lotus flower and pair of swans made from rolled towels - absolutely brilliant!
So many special memories of this hotel and staff members, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO AMAZING AND MEMORABLE.
Another positive is that the hotel is very conveniently located for transport modes - taxi and metro station, and local shopping facilities and restaurants. We found a fabulous pure vegetarian Indian restaurant called Bhojan as well as a Tofu House only one street away - 5 minutes walk from the hotel..
So definitely 5 stars plus for this hotel, staff and its convenient location.

UUtente anonimoIl branding del Ramada non era all'altezza dei nostri standard. La discrepanza tra il personale del turno di notte e quello del mattino richiede un sacco di lavoro! Sentirsi dire che è possibile effettuare il check-in anticipato alle 14:00 (all'arrivo in hotel alle 8:00) e aspettare solo altri 30 minuti per la camera alle 14:30 è ALTAMENTE inaccettabile! E altri ospiti che aspettavano sul divano sono arrivati in camera prima di noi. Non è un'esperienza che si vorrebbe dopo un volo notturno. Ci sono altri hotel nelle vicinanze che accolgono gli ospiti almeno prima delle 13:00 se vengono informati dei dettagli del volo. Il personale di sicurezza, d'altra parte, era sempre pronto ad assisterci! Le camere sono solo accettabili... Datate e necessitano di ulteriori lavori di ristrutturazione. Ci tornerei? Purtroppo no... Spero che miglioriate la comunicazione. Fa parte di un buon servizio!
