Hotel con spa a Doha

Хороший отель, на твердую пятерку. До уровня лакшери не дотягивает в мелочах (в приветственных фруктах был сгнивший персик, не сразу принесли комплект полотенец и халат для ребенка, на бассейне с чаевыми приносят 2 полотенца, солнцезащитный крем и протирают очки, без чаевых — одно полотенце и то не сразу) 🤪🤣 Не сразу подносят блюда и посуду на завтрак на шведский стол. Мелочи, вроде бы, но из них складывается сервис, которого хочется за эти деньги. В общем, турецко-египетский налет странно было встретить в st Regis, но он был. Дно в море действительно противное, будто ил или глина на дне вместо песка. И еще, пожалуйста, настройте климат-контроль так, чтобы в режиме OF холод таки не дул из всех щелей. Ребенок вернулся с насморком из-за этого. В остальном - без нареканий. Не лакшери, повторюсь, (чего все-таки хочется от st Regis), но уверенные 5*.

All the hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable, especially it’s also child friendly. Their pool staff are very attentive too. Breakfast is great with variety of foods. The staff at breakfast are very attentive to our needs and service is top notch. Kudos to them!

We had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

Quando ho fatto la visita, aspettavo più di un’ora prima che qualcuno mi aiutasse con il bagaglio. Quando sono arrivato in macchina, ho scoperto che alcune delle mie cose erano mancate. Li ho chiesto di controllare, e alla fine li hanno riportati indietro. Se fossi stato in fretta e non avessi notato, avrei perso questi articoli soprattutto perché il sacchetto mancante conteneva telefoni cellulari. L'hotel stesso è bellissimo, e le camere e il ristorante sono eccellenti. Tuttavia, il servizio di manipolazione dei bagagli è molto povero. Esse tendono a nascondere i beni durante il check-out, soprattutto i bagagli piccoli, presumendo che non si noti. Questo è inaccettabile.

We had a great experience at the W Doha. At check-in we received an upgrade room and had the pleasure of staying in a W Suite room. The room was impressive and large with separate bedroom and living room areas. We booked this room mostly to relax and stay in and it worked perfectly for us. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming throughout our stay and we would recommend this if you're looking for a special stay in Doha's West Bay area. The staff checked in on us in person and over the phone during our stay to see if we needed anything for our room. The living room was nicely appointed with a large couch, dining table, hanging chair, desk, coffee/tea station with a Nespresso machine, large TV, Bose surround sound system, a small Bose smart speaker, and a few comfy chairs throughout. There was a bathroom in the main area near the entrance. The floor to ceiling windows in the corner suite offered views of the surrounding towers. The bedroom was awesome with a large comfy bed, plenty of storage and closet space, a large TV and an amazing bathroom. The bathroom had a large bath tub and some premium bath products including lotion and facial cleanser. The highlight here is the shower which had side jets, a large overhead shower and a wand that could all be turned on simultaneously. The melon extract products from Momo and the Nuze hand soap smell very nice. The facilities at the hotel are nice and there is a good pool area with comfy lounge chairs and a well equipped gym. There are changing areas near the pool area but we did not see locker rooms. The location is good with many good hotels and a big shopping mall nearby. There are lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes in this area and it is ok to walk around in the cooler months. It is a short walk to the beach from here. On site they have many good restaurants and the breakfast at Market was excellent but we would recommend trying Coya or Spice Market as well. The business lunch meals are very good here. The DECC metro station is a 15 minute walk away from here but we would recommend using Uber or Karwa to get around Doha if you want to do sightseeing. This is the kind of hotel my wife and I would not leave during our stay. All the amenities and restaurants on site mean you don't have to go far and you can order in everything else. We would consider staying here again and would recommend it for family and friends when visiting.

Questo è l'hotel che ho utilizzato ogni mese durante il mio viaggio d'affari in Qatar nell'ultimo anno. Lo staff è molto amichevole. Ogni volta che invitavo un conoscente locale, mi guidavano gentilmente. Il cibo è eccellente e gli orari di apertura della struttura sono studiati per essere a misura di cliente. Ho intenzione di continuare a usarlo.

Subito dopo il nostro arrivo in questo hotel, ci aspettavamo diversi problemi. Il responsabile del servizio clienti stava cercando di fare del suo meglio per risollevarci l'umore con gesti di cortesia, e dopo il mio reclamo ho visto il miglioramento, ma questo hotel ha ancora bisogno di una formazione adeguata del personale e di miglioramenti nella comunicazione. Non ho ricevuto nemmeno un giorno alcun servizio in camera (spazzolino da denti, kit di cortesia, ecc.), per ogni singola e semplice richiesta. E poi sono molto lenti a eseguire le richieste. Il cibo al ristorante principale era fresco ma insapore, abbiamo provato un ristorante alla carta al piano della hall, ma anche in questo caso il cibo mancava di sapore. Sconsiglio questo hotel a chi è abituato a soggiornare in hotel a cinque stelle, perché vi sentirete esausti nel dover comunicare le vostre esigenze. È un peccato, perché la struttura è bellissima, la spiaggia è bella, il personale è positivo e ha una faccia sorridente. La mancanza totale di gestione non rende le vacanze qui piacevoli.

We enjoyed a staycation at the Westin with a full board option. This is an all in one resort and has many good amenities including a nice pool area, great restaurants, and many other services on site. The hotel has a pleasant smell to it and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room is very big with a large bathroom. The room had a lot of furniture including a comfy couch at the foot of the bed, a desk, a large tea/coffee station closet area, comfy bed and lots of cabinets and countertops to put our things. The bathroom was a standout for sure with a large closet area with lots of drawers, a large shower with excellent pressure, and a bath tub that could get a view of the TV in the bedroom. We appreciated the white tea scented bath products and lotion. The room was showing a bit of wear to the carpet and some of the cabinets but nothing major. We felt the room was good and clean. With the full board we got to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The breakfast was a good buffet filled with western and Asian options and was well stocked each morning. They made hot drinks to order which we enjoyed each day. The lunch was a la carte during our stay and we enjoyed some good steak, chicken and salads during our stay. The sticky toffee pudding at Seasonal Taste was a standout for dessert and we would recommend it. For dinner we were allowed to go to their Iftar tent and it was very good with plenty of options for sushi, pasta, Indian and Thai dishes. The baked fish and Thai curries were really well made for their Ramadan tent. There was also a Baskin Robbins ice cream cart at the iftar. We also enjoyed watching the live entertainment with the swirling dervish and a live band with Arabic instruments. They have some other good restaurants on site including Sabai Thai and Hunter's Grill but those were closed due to Ramadan. We have been at Seasonal Taste around the holidays and they will do special dinners and brunches so it is worth checking out. We had a bit of a mix up on our last day for lunch but the hotel resolved it quickly. The main pool area was closed during our stay but we had access to the indoor pool which was nice and empty when we visited. They have nice and clean locker rooms by the main pool and near the indoor one as well. We used the Heavenly Spa desk to use the squash courts, fitness studio and booked a massage. Staying at the hotel gave us access to the indoor pool and preferred rates for both the squash court and massage. There is not much near this hotel other than other hotels which also have some good restaurants. The metro station is also a bit of a walk from here and there is not too much to do in the area so we would recommend staying in and maximizing your time at the hotel if you are booking here. If you do need to go out we would recommend taking Ubers.

Il grasso di frattura è molto orientato verso una particolare etnia, e non avete altre opzioni se non appartenete a tale etnia. Ma, comunque, è ancora una buona opzione per un soggiorno rapido e conveniente.
