Hotel con balcone a Doha

We had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

The staff made us feel truly special. Breakfast was another highlight — a wide selection of fresh, high-quality options served in a stunning setting. The pool and spa area offer a peaceful escape, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Doha. This is a hotel that goes beyond expectations. If you love design, luxury, and exceptional service, Mondrian Doha is an absolute must. We can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay in Mandarin Oriental Doha in our recent family trip during Chinese New Year holidays.  The room is spacious for my family of four with 2 young children.  All the staff are friendly, especially the servers in Mosaic who could address me by name in the second morning without telling them my room number.  We also ordered room service once and the staff Faroh is extremely helpful.

До уровня лакшери не дотягивает в мелочах (в приветственных фруктах был сгнивший персик, не сразу принесли комплект полотенец и халат для ребенка, на бассейне с чаевыми приносят 2 полотенца, солнцезащитный крем и протирают очки, без чаевых — одно полотенце и то не сразу) 🤪🤣 Не сразу подносят блюда и посуду на завтрак на шведский стол. Мелочи, вроде бы, но из них складывается сервис, которого хочется за эти деньги. В общем, турецко-египетский налет странно было встретить в st Regis, но он был. Дно в море действительно противное, будто ил или глина на дне вместо песка. И еще, пожалуйста, настройте климат-контроль так, чтобы в режиме OF холод таки не дул из всех щелей. Ребенок вернулся с насморком из-за этого. В остальном - без нареканий. Не лакшери, повторюсь, (чего все-таки хочется от st Regis), но уверенные 5*.

Ci siamo divertiti moltissimo in hotel. Il personale è stato meraviglioso e ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti. Siamo arrivati ​​presto e la receptionist ci ha fatto il check-in subito. Abbiamo ricevuto un upgrade gratuito alla camera Seaview al 10° piano con una vista mozzafiato. La colazione era deliziosa, con buffet continentale e colazione calda disponibile da ordinare al tavolo. La cena offriva un'ampia scelta, incluso il sushi. Lo chef era a conoscenza delle mie allergie ai crostacei e si è assicurato che ogni sera mi preparassi un piatto speciale. La piscina e la spiaggia sono spaziose, con numerosi lettini tra cui scegliere, un refrigeratore d'acqua in bottiglia rifornito e asciugamani freddi per il viso forniti. Siamo rimasti davvero colpiti dall'arredamento tradizionale e dai dettagli personalizzati, come il cesto di frutta all'arrivo.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo scelto di soggiornare qui ad Al Messila, un ambiente molto piacevole e un luogo accogliente in cui rilassarsi. 🤍

L'hotel è vicino a un grande centro commerciale, dove si trovano diversi tipi di ristoranti, raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi. Il servizio è eccellente, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. C'è una palestra e una piscina. Credo che la palestra sia aperta 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, e le strutture della palestra sono accettabili per un hotel. La piscina non è grande, ma è abbastanza buona per rilassarsi. La colazione non è eccezionale, non c'è molta scelta, ma è servita fino alle 10:30, quindi è piacevole anche svegliarsi tardi. A volte andavo al centro commerciale per altri piatti da consumare a colazione.

My first trip was so much better in terms of service. It could have been because of EID. But phones were not being answered, bags took forever to come to the room. When we checked out the bost back was behind schedule almost 40 mins and to get car from valet took another 20 mins. Just much slower than our first trip. I still stand behind that they should have a mini mart or a place to purchase things like snacks, gum, cookies such things that the kids would love and even adults.

We had a beautiful stay at the hotel. The staff were very respectful and helpful. The complex is well looked after. Everything from the room to the restaurants, pools, and landscapes are prestine. The view is amazing from anywhere in the island.

Ho dimenticato i miei bicchieri in un ristorante in un'altra zona, l'ho semplicemente segnalato al servizio di portineria e un'ora dopo i bicchieri erano già da me. Eravamo seduti fuori con la nostra famiglia e volevamo bere un cocktail qui, non al bar. Il direttore organizzò tutto, anche se lì le cose non andarono tanto lisce a causa del divieto di consumare alcolici. Abbiamo cambiato categoria di camera, scegliendo quella con vista mare. Tutto è gratuito. Questo è davvero un servizio a 5 stelle. Prima vivevamo a Fairmont e tutto era diverso.
