Hotel con balcone a Doha

L'hotel è assolutamente stupendo, e il servizio è di alto livello. L'unico punto di sfondo è l'acqua dolce e il sedimento al fondo del mare, ma questo non è certamente la colpa dell'hotel.

Questo hotel è certamente uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai avuto. Abbiamo solo amato questo hotel così tanto che volevamo potremmo rimanere un po' più. 🤣🤣 Lobby Hotel ha una vista così stupenda. Il servizio era anche di lusso. Il personale era super amichevole. Non parlare del loro colazione, di una vasta gamma di scelte e tutto è stato delizioso! Non posso integrare più questo hotel! Sicuramente consiglia a tutti di rimanere in questo hotel!

Sono rimasto qui durante la guerra contro l'Iran, mi sentivo al sicuro, Il personale è stato molto utile, e durante il periodo di attacco missilistico, Tutti gli ospiti sono stati riuniti nella sala da ballo sotterranea . Rifrescamento servito.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

Subito dopo il nostro arrivo in questo hotel, ci aspettavamo diversi problemi. Il responsabile del servizio clienti stava cercando di fare del suo meglio per risollevarci l'umore con gesti di cortesia, e dopo il mio reclamo ho visto il miglioramento, ma questo hotel ha ancora bisogno di una formazione adeguata del personale e di miglioramenti nella comunicazione. Non ho ricevuto nemmeno un giorno alcun servizio in camera (spazzolino da denti, kit di cortesia, ecc.), per ogni singola e semplice richiesta. E poi sono molto lenti a eseguire le richieste. Il cibo al ristorante principale era fresco ma insapore, abbiamo provato un ristorante alla carta al piano della hall, ma anche in questo caso il cibo mancava di sapore. Sconsiglio questo hotel a chi è abituato a soggiornare in hotel a cinque stelle, perché vi sentirete esausti nel dover comunicare le vostre esigenze. È un peccato, perché la struttura è bellissima, la spiaggia è bella, il personale è positivo e ha una faccia sorridente. La mancanza totale di gestione non rende le vacanze qui piacevoli.

L'hotel è fantastico, lo consiglio vivamente! 1. All'ingresso c'è un controllo di sicurezza e, quando abbiamo chiesto il motivo, ci è stato detto che si tratta di un hotel governativo e che deve garantire il 100% di sicurezza. 2. Si trova a un minuto a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, proprio di fronte all'hotel, attraversando una piccola strada. 3. Il parcheggio è gratuito. Se arrivate in auto, consegnate le chiavi al ragazzo all'ingresso e, quando ve ne andate, ritirate la tessera per riavere le chiavi e vi apriranno la porta per uscire. 4. Nella hall c'è caffè gratuito, da provare assolutamente con un dattero, molto caratteristico arabo. 5. Si trova a circa 300 metri dal Souq Waqif, comodissimo per mangiare e fare shopping. 6. È anche molto vicino all'aeroporto, circa venti minuti di metropolitana, basta cambiare una linea. 7. La sicurezza è ottima; abbiamo provato: se la porta è chiusa a chiave dall'interno, la chiave magnetica non la aprirà dall'esterno. La reception è stata molto accogliente; quando ci hanno visti fare foto mentre partivamo, si sono offerti di aiutarci a scattare una foto di famiglia. Anche se è un po' più costoso di una catena come l'Hilton Hampton, considerando tutti gli aspetti, ne vale la pena!

Esteticamente è un hotel assolutamente gorgeous! Super pulito, custodia casa sono splendidi! Alloggio e servizio è eccezionale! Ci siamo stati un ottimo soggiorno. C'è un centro commerciale chiamato Lagoona Mall, vicino alla porta dell'hotel, che porta marchi di alta ende come Chanel. Grazie speciali alla signora Aya e alla signora Wejdan al suo ufficio frontale. Sono fantastiche e estremamente utili. Wejdan ha preparato una sorpresa meravigliosa per l'occasione di mia figlia un gesto molto dolce e memorabile, e la signora Aya era molto cortese di estendere il check-out per ospitare il nostro volo tardivo. Mia figlia ha stilato i capelli fuori dall'hotel, e in 20 minuti abbiamo ricreato i capelli all'hotel Mondrian e il Stylist libanese ha fatto un ottimo lavoro guardare foto! Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Abdullah che mi ha aiutato a organizzare una macchina Uber e ha avuto la cortesia di aiutarla a pagare quando non avevo una moneta locale. Tutto in questo hotel era sorprendente! Colazione di alta qualità cucina. Josh era creativo con le uova, tutti i colazione Team erano attenti alle nostre richieste e ci salutarono con il benvenuto ogni mattina. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana, hanno effettivamente memorizzato il nostro modello e preparato la nostra tavola in anticipo siamo stati molto appassionati di questo gesto personale, Grazie! Siamo sicuramente tornati, grazie a tutti i dipendenti e alla meravigliosa sorpresa che ci ha accolto nella nostra stanza la nostra prima notte. Vi apprezziamo davvero tutti per questa esperienza molto memorabile della Doha Mondrian. Non si fa meglio della Doha Mondrian che prometto guardare le nostre foto personali!! Doha Mondrian è solo diverso! Sono in AMO con questo hotel! La bellezza non lo fa Giustizia!

I’m honestly lost for words when it comes to the service provided by the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. They went above and beyond anything I expected and as tourists travelling for our honeymoon, they truly left a lasting impression on our experience. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. The way they approached and spoke to guests made us feel valued and at home. They may not realise it but those small interactions make such a big difference to someone’s stay and create memories that last long after the trip is over. I’d also like to give a special mention to the gentleman at reception who checked us in. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. We mentioned that we were visiting Doha for our honeymoon, and the following day, when we returned to our room, we found it beautifully decorated. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt surprise, and that small gesture meant so much to us. Because of the exceptional hospitality we received, whenever we return to Doha, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. It will always be DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town.
