Tutti i membri del personale hanno fatto eccezionali sforzi per essere gentili, utili e generosi nell'offerta di assistenza. Durante il nostro viaggio, il personale ha anticipato le nostre esigenze come famiglia e ha offerto assistenza gentile. Il personale di custodia era particolarmente dolce e gentile nei confronti dei miei figli, e i conducenti di golf facevano buoni amici con noi. La palestra delle signore è eccezionale. La sala polvere è un fantastico evidenziatore. Tutto è stato organizzato con sensibilità alla privacy per le donne modeste. ' Benvenuto al messaggio del Qatar è stato bello. Spero che in futuro ci si riunirà qui la nostra prossima grande riunione familiare.
Una cosa che non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative è stata un benvenuto personalizzato per i bambini; in occasione dell'ultima visita abbiamo trovato messaggi e attività preparati per loro nella stanza al nostro arrivo. Non sono sicuro che l'hotel abbia considerato un benvenuto personalizzato per bambini più anziani o adolescenti, e apprezzerei vedere questo fatto in futuro.
Inoltre, alcuni ospiti sembravano vestiti in biancheria sulla spiaggia privata. Una maggiore attenzione alla modestia sarebbe un buon modo per un hotel iconico in un paese musulmano.

UUtente ospiteIt was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up.
The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk.
The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets.
We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day.
Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly.
Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient.
There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha.
The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops.
MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night.
MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

WWENEEDTWICERaro scriverò un commento all'hotel, e ho davvero bisogno di scriverlo.La posizione dell'hotel è buona. L'aeroporto di Doha è a 15 minuti. È vicino al mercato Waqif. A cinque minuti al Museo di Arte Islamica e al parco Mia. Ci sono molti eccellenti ristoranti leggeri e caffè intorno.
La camera è pulita con il labo 33, offre anche seta di seta, e il colazione è anche delizioso, l'atteggiamento del personale è super buono (l'atteggiamento del servizio in questa città è super buono)
E'un po'prettamente costoso. Se ci sarà la prossima volta a Doha, sceglieremo l'hotel.

TTee__Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere a Doha, nel Qatar, a Chedi Katara, e posso dire con tutta la mia sincerità che questo appartamento è una gemma di lusso e di ospitalità calda. L'atmosfera rilassata mi ha immediatamente alleggerito, e ogni aspetto della mia visita, dall'ambiente immacolato al servizio attento, ha superato le mie aspettative.
La nostra celebrazione era memorabile: avevamo prenotato una camera d'accesso alla spiaggia e una camera doppia, ma grazie ai gesti del personale, siamo stati aggiornati in una villa stupenda. Vorrei esprimere la mia più profonda gratitudine a Amel e Abdusalem per il loro servizio eccezionale e per aver reso ancora più notevole la nostra occasione speciale.
Inoltre, devo congratularmi con Azmal per la fantastica visita a casa, che ha mostrato la splendida progettazione e i dettagli sofisticati della proprietà. Grazie a te, anche Dennis e King, che ci hanno salutati con i loro sorrisi e la loro amichevole demolarità alla porta. Apprezzo anche gli sforzi dei due membri del personale delle auto del club, i cui nomi purtroppo non riesco a ricordare, e a Richard per la sua attenzione per tutta la nostra permanenza e per la meravigliosa conversazione e ospite + tour intorno al villaggio di Katara.
La cucina era altrettanto impressionante: ho avuto l’opportunità di godere di un Iftar durante il Ramadan, che aveva un array apparentemente infinito di delicate pasti, e la colazione era altrettanto sconvolta con molte scelte per adattarsi a ogni palazzo. La casa di spiaggia ha esaltato grandi vibrazioni e ha aggiunto al fascino generale del resort.
In sintesi, non posso esprimere la gratitudine sufficiente all'intera squadra di The Chedi Katara, e consiglierei molto a chiunque voglia un soggiorno memorabile, caratterizzato da un servizio eccezionale, una cucina eccellente e un ambiente davvero rilassante.

SSBA JohnNous avons voyagé dans cet hôtel en famille pour quatre jours dans un premier temps, puis c’était tellement bien que nous avons prolongé encore cinq jours donc nous y sommes restés au total un peu moins de 10 jours.  Nous avons tout apprécié dans cet hôtel. Les chambres et les espaces communs sont extrêmement propres. Les équipements sont récents et de qualité. La décoration de l’hôtel est spectaculaire, même si vous n’y logez pas, vous devriez le visiter, ne serait-ce que pour la décoration. Le personnel est aux petits soins, ils nous ont même offert des muffins et biscuits lorsque nous avons prolongé. L’hôtel dispose de plusieurs restaurants et d’un bar et d’une boîte de nuit ainsi que d’un spa et d’une piscine qui est absolument magnifique. Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est succulent. Vous y trouverez différentes cuisines , comme indienne, locale et américaine et française.
L’hôtel se trouve à côté d’un centre commercial. Donc c’est idéal si vous avez besoin d’acheter les premières nécessités. En terme de localisation, l’hôtel est très bien situé, il se trouve à une dizaine de minutes des attractions comme Katara village, the Pearl, Katara towers. Le reste des attractions touristiques comme le Souq Waqif, Mina district et les musées sont à 20 minutes en voiture. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné au Mondrian et nous reviendrons assurément.

UUtente anonimoChecked in to this hotel without much expectation but both my friend and I are impressed with our room. We were welcomed with a cooling room where the aircon was already switched on. We appreciated this as the external temp was 37-38c. Room is clean, huge and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy and sheet is smooth.
Staff were also kind enough to allow us to stay past the check out time as our flight was pretty late.
If I must nitpick, the shower screen door cannot be closed properly hence water flowes out while showering. And also, we were given with a small bottle of shower gel so we had to ration our usage.

Location is amazing, few mins aways from everywhere you need to go. Have Chinese restaurant on 24 floor. Great view from hotel . Our son loved the pool, great that it was tented and we could enjoy it even through the hit.
Only one thing which should be improved I think it’s the main restaurant. Hotel is selling breakfast + pool daily access so it’s super crowded and chaotic at main restaurant like a train station , the second day we were looking for table for 5 mins , which was not pleasant . Just having breakfast at main restaurant was tiring and stressful. I would suggest to don’t book breakfast and go to JW or Rotana hotel, which are like 100 m away.
But besides that everything was perfect, it’s a great value for the money. Thank you so much .

SSINGHFAMILYWe the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Al Sadd Hotel in Doha, for 4 nights, during a recent multi country trip family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience.
The front security officers (eg. Moses, Jacob) were always happy, respectful and courteous in doing their jobs.
The front desk staff (including Houssem, Krishna, Job, to name a few), were welcoming, efficient and helpful, and always called out or waved, and stopped for friendly chat.
It was a great pleasure to actually meet with Renata who had been very proactive in answering all of my email questions prior to our booking with the hotel and assuring me that our pure vegetarian food requirements (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or dishes containing any of these items) for breakfast items would be fully met by the restaurant team.
The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Mitzie welcomed us every morning into the restaurant for breakfast and always checked to ensure everything was ok, etc. Rony especially took care of all our dietary needs and always went above and beyond his role, and surprised us with at least one new item each morning, such as special healthy fruit power-shot or fruit juice or special dishes made to order and served us tea the way we like it. Chef’s Karan and Yousef made time to come and speak with us and offer other dishes. Basanta, Rhea and Nisha also looked after us very well and always stopped to offer advice on places to visit etc and discuss our plans for the day.
Housekeeping staff (including Saibu, Jamuna, Horace, Sanjeev) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra. Horace and Sanjeev surprised us several times with amazing art work of a lotus flower and pair of swans made from rolled towels - absolutely brilliant!
So many special memories of this hotel and staff members, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO AMAZING AND MEMORABLE.
Another positive is that the hotel is very conveniently located for transport modes - taxi and metro station, and local shopping facilities and restaurants. We found a fabulous pure vegetarian Indian restaurant called Bhojan as well as a Tofu House only one street away - 5 minutes walk from the hotel..
So definitely 5 stars plus for this hotel, staff and its convenient location.
