The most wonderful hotel of our trip. The rooms are incredible and comfortable, the bath is so nice after a day visiting the Angkor temples and the private pool perfect for cooling off with the heat of Cambodia! You can relax and rest in an intimate and calm space 🙏 The breakfast is super good and plentiful, the same goes for the restaurant food which is delicious. Finally, special mention for the hotel staff who are so pleasant, helpful and caring. Thank you Mr. Key, Mr. Leap, Ms. Morning Star and everyone else who made our stay perfect 🫶 we come back with pleasure ! Laura

Nestled amidst the vibrant city, the hotel stands out as the epitome of luxury and hospitality. Impeccable service (a special thank you to the manager, John), exquisite, carefully thought out design (you can literally swim from your balcony), and outstanding amenities, I genuinely believe Memoire Palace Resort & Spa has established itself as the premier destination for travelers seeking an unforgettable experience in Siem Reap. Some of my favorite parts about the hotel and experience in general were: Interior & Exterior Architecture: A harmonious blend of traditional Khmer influences and contemporary elegance creates a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. The hotel's staff is truly dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable stay for each visitor. In addition, the commitment to a plastic-free experience was impressive - there was literally none in all the facilities. They should be commended. Culinary Options: Memoire Palace Resort & Spa boasts an impressive array of dining options, each offering a unique culinary experience. From traditional Khmer delicacies to international flavors. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! Whether you are a business traveler, family, or here for a honeymoon - I highly recommend choosing this resort when booking your accommodation in Siem Reap!

L'hotel è un albergo di lusso con decorazioni europee. Il servizio nella hall è buono. Anche la colazione gratuita è molto ricca. Nell'hotel c'è una piscina e le camere sono molto grandi. Sceglierò di rimanere qui se venissi di nuovo.

Tranquillo nel rumoroso, buon servizio e soddisfazione generale. I dettagli della camera sono molto buoni e il design delle decorazioni è quasi un po' relativo al rapporto prezzo/prestazioni.

bellissimo hotel stile coloniale con ampie camere e bagni e mobili molto eleganti, servizio eccellente, colazioni adeguate , non comunque tutto funzionante anche perche' riaperto da poco dopo la pandemia quindi molto ambienti ancora polverosi!

The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

In visita ai templi di Angkor Wat abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti in questo hotel, e la nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva, a cominciare dal nostro driver che ci ha accompagnato ovunque col suo tuk tuk ma che soprattutto ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso per la gentilezza e la cordialità, vale a dire Mr. Chhin. Ci ha prelevato gratuitamente dall’aeroporto e poi ci ha portato dove volevamo concordando prima il prezzo, è sempre stato disponibile, gentile e pronto ad aiutarci (un pomeriggio pioveva forte e lui è venuto a cercarci per i templi portandoci gli ombrelli), e in più parlava un ottimo inglese. L’hotel è in ottima posizione, vicino a Pub Street e a molti locali e ristoranti, oltre ad essere molto pulito, attrezzato e con una bella piscina sul tetto.

Ottimo esperienza passata con amici,hotel molto accogliente peccato non aver usufruito della piscina che era molto stupenda, cibo ottimo colazione internazionale piacevole soprattutto vicino alla piscina.Ottimo servizio per la mini crociera lungo al canale del tempio Angkor.

Ho apprezzato molto l'appartamento per la sua posizione e soprattutto per la qualità del servizio, ma mi dispiace constatare che il colazione è abbastanza ordinario e che lo spazio verde della piscina è limitato. Cordiale Brice Heng

I would like to thank the hotel for making such an effort to rectify the problems I had with the standard rooms. The efforts were most appreciated and I would like to personally thank Phearom Morn the Front Office Manager for the upgrade and massage. Visal, Samok, Nora and Chiva were extremely helpful and friendly. The young lady with whom I had the massage, amazing! Magic hands. The spa is stunning. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are arranged in blocks around the gardens. The tropical garden landscape has incorporated water features, lawn area with daybeds and hammocks as well as a very large well designed swimming pool. My room in the main block was stunning and I was impressed with the level of service. As mentioned, I had a number of issues and these were quickly resolved. This impressed me greatly. Having been in the hospitality industry I am aware how important it is to feel listened to as a guest. I would highly recommend a visit to Lotus Blanc resort and Siem Reap!
