The most wonderful hotel of our trip. The rooms are incredible and comfortable, the bath is so nice after a day visiting the Angkor temples and the private pool perfect for cooling off with the heat of Cambodia! You can relax and rest in an intimate and calm space 🙏 The breakfast is super good and plentiful, the same goes for the restaurant food which is delicious. Finally, special mention for the hotel staff who are so pleasant, helpful and caring. I rarely take time to write detailed reviews but I wanted to share my truly unforgettable experience at The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa. Nestled amidst the vibrant city, the hotel stands out as the epitome of luxury and hospitality. Impeccable service (a special thank you to the manager, John), exquisite, carefully thought out design (you can literally swim from your balcony), and outstanding amenities, I genuinely believe Memoire Palace Resort & Spa has established itself as the premier destination for travelers seeking an unforgettable experience in Siem Reap. Some of my favorite parts about the hotel and experience in general were: Interior & Exterior Architecture: A harmonious blend of traditional Khmer influences and contemporary elegance creates a truly breathtaking atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design, with its lavish furnishings, excellent choice of lighting, and unique artistic touches, elevates the overall experience to new heights. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities. The plush bedding, tranquil ambiance, and panoramic views create an oasis of relaxation. The Exceptional Service: One of the standout features of Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is its commitment to providing exceptional service to its guests and the environment. The staff members are attentive, courteous and go above and beyond to meet every guest's needs. The manager even made an effort to visit me at the gym as he could not greet me at the reception. The hotel's staff is truly dedicated to creating a seamless and memorable stay for each visitor. In addition, the commitment to a plastic-free experience was impressive - there was literally none in all the facilities. They should be commended. Culinary Options: Memoire Palace Resort & Spa boasts an impressive array of dining options, each offering a unique culinary experience. From traditional Khmer delicacies to international flavors. The Stage 1960 had an impressive menu with imported meats I doubt can be found elsewhere; breakfast every morning was beautiful with the freshest local ingredients to create innovative dishes; even the room service, typically an afterthought, was thoughtful with something for everyone. Location: The Royal Family Suite by Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is ideally located. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the magnificent Angkor Wat, allowing guests to easily explore the UNESCO World Heritage site. Additionally, it's only a 2-minute ride to the bustling Old Market and the vibrant Pub Street, providing convenient access to local markets, shops, and lively nightlife. Tuk-tuk drivers are on standby outside the hotel so there is no wait In summary, Memoire Palace Resort & Spa is a beacon of luxury, hospitality, and elegance in Siem Reap. I have yet to find a flaw! Whether you are a business traveler, family, or here for a honeymoon - I highly recommend choosing this resort when booking your accommodation in Siem Reap!

L'hotel è un albergo di lusso con decorazioni europee. Il servizio nella hall è buono. Anche la colazione gratuita è molto ricca. Nell'hotel c'è una piscina e le camere sono molto grandi. Sceglierò di rimanere qui se venissi di nuovo.

Buon hotel. Camere grandi, sia con vasca che con doccia. La nostra stanza aveva nche un comodo balconcino, furbo per mettere fuori la roba ad asciugare. Imprescindibile l’aria condizionata, mai fastidiosa. Comodo al centro, sia per le visite archeologiche che per quelle di divertimento. Sono presenti anche la SPA, ristorante ed altri servizi. Colazione adeguata agli standard. Wi-Fi migliorabile.

Hotel molto centrale si fa tutto a piedi, sulla riva del fiume. lo stile è molto molto di gusto, camera decorata benissimo, letti molto confortevoli. Ci è piaciuto veramente molto lo stile, tutto era bellissimo. È buono però sapere che la struttura è divisa in due blocchi da una strada che si deve attraversare per andare in reception e a fare collazione. La nostra stanza era dal altra parte e dava da una parte sulla piscina e strada e dal altra su delle antenne gigantesche. Ho però scoperto dopo per caso che c’era un altra piscina molto bella dal altra parte, che peccato che il personale al arrivo non dia assolutamente nessuna informazione sulla struttura. Essendo una struttura aperta sul fuori da tutti i lati pure se molto bella e molto rumorosa perciò per chi vuole chiudersi nel silenzio di un resort non lo consiglio. Ma a noi e piaciuto molto la vicinanza alla città e siamo stati molto bene. Abbiamo anche fatto 2 giornate di visite organizzate alla perfezione con l’hotel .

As part of a tour, we spent four nights at the Sokha Palace Hotel, which was overall a nice place to stay. Pros: The complex is quite large, with a very nice pool (not that we spent any time in it). The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed (including a couch, desk, mini-fridge and bathrobes). Many rooms (including ours) have a balcony, but it was too hot to actually spend any time on it. The dining room was huge, with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The breakfast buffet was expansive (and sometimes even had cheese, a rarity in Cambodia) and offered made-to-order eggs (including omelets). One night, we had dinner at the hotel (which is also offered as room service). The restaurant on our side of the complex offers only expensive Western food; the restaurant at the other side of the complex offers Asian dishes (at reasonable prices, but with a 25-45 min wait). The latter was tasty, with large portions Initially, our AC wasn't working very well, but they fixed it the first day while we were out, and it worked great after that. The staff were all very friendly. Considering the large size of the complex, we were shocked that the hotel manager greeted us by name several times as we passed by reception over the course of our stay. Drawbacks: For us, the biggest drawback was the remote location. The remoteness did mean that Sokha Palace was generally quiet and peaceful, which was nice (with the exception of the breakfast buffet, which was sometimes filled with large, loud tour groups). And if your only interest is Angkor Archeological Park, then the location is good because the temples are pretty close. But Sokha Palace is far from other popular places in Siem Reap like Pub Street (with its many restaurants), the night market, Phare Circus, 7-11, etc. and nothing is within walking distance. So, on top of paying for transport to/from Angkor Park, you also end up hiring additional tuk-tuks or taxis to get to/from other places in Siem Reap (and spend 15-20 minutes on the rides each way). Another drawback is that while there is theoretically a concierge desk, no one actually staffs it, so you're on your own. (When we asked for advice to hire a driver for a day to see additional sights, the hotel staff had no suggestions other than to book one of the organized tours in a brochure they display.) Unlike the bathroom photos provided by management, our bathroom (see photo) was an awkward layout (with the toilet tucked in an alcove behind the door) and had low lighting at the mirror (making it challenging to apply make-up or put in contact lenses). There was some mold growing in the shower crevices, and twice we found mosquitos in the bathroom (making us wonder if they were breeding in the standing water in the drains). For a tip on rooms, it's best not to be on the ground floor, especially in the hallways leading from reception to stairwells/elevators, as other guests often talked loudly in the hallways (at all hours because some like

I would like to thank the hotel for making such an effort to rectify the problems I had with the standard rooms. The efforts were most appreciated and I would like to personally thank Phearom Morn the Front Office Manager for the upgrade and massage. Visal, Samok, Nora and Chiva were extremely helpful and friendly. The young lady with whom I had the massage, amazing! Magic hands. The spa is stunning. The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are arranged in blocks around the gardens. The tropical garden landscape has incorporated water features, lawn area with daybeds and hammocks as well as a very large well designed swimming pool. My room in the main block was stunning and I was impressed with the level of service. As mentioned, I had a number of issues and these were quickly resolved. This impressed me greatly. Having been in the hospitality industry I am aware how important it is to feel listened to as a guest. I would highly recommend a visit to Lotus Blanc resort and Siem Reap!

The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

Questo hotel è un piccolo paradiso. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Sono sempre lì per accoglierti e aiutarti con ogni tipo di richiesta. La posizione di questo hotel è fantastica. È situato in una zona tranquilla ma anche vicino alla famosa Pub Street. Dopo una lunga giornata di viaggio ai templi, puoi rimanere in hotel gustando la loro cena deliziosa (penso che sia più deliziosa del ristorante in Pub Street) e un massaggio super rilassante. Mi sono divertito molto durante il mio soggiorno lì.
