Hotel a 2 stelle in Santa Catarina, Brasile

I had requested for 9 am check in and 9 pm check out because I had traveled by night bus to reach in the morning and again night bus to travel back. I had a business meeting. The young lady at the reception was not able to speak English but with the help of a translator she helped a lot. For some reason the coffee vending and cold drink vending machine was out of order on 11th Feb 2026. But the reception lady guided me to a nearby coffee shop. The room was clean and the common bathroom and toilets were clean. Overall happy. I will come back again.

Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi. The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

Great place, great location, right on the beach, good breakfast. It's an old hotel obviously built on the beach first a long time ago but you get the views and short distance.

La struttura è molto confortevole, le camere sono molto confortevoli, il posto tranquillo, il personale è bello, il buon colazione e molti servizi sono inclusi per un buon soggiorno.

Immacolatamente pulito, spazioso con letti nuovi, generosi strutture, ma la vista dal dormello femminile e balcone, sensazionale!!!

Il bagno era sporco, capisci chiaramente che non puliscono i bagni, c'erano i capelli per la piazza, il crema umano nella scatola del bagno, il crema per le pareti .

Il meglio è la pulizia e la cortesia del personale in generale. La posizione è buona, ma l'ambiente è molto rumoroso. Il sistema di riconoscimento facciale necessario per avviare l'ascensore è piuttosto scomodo, soprattutto se utilizzato da più persone allo stesso tempo. Non è un hotel indipendente. È situato in una specie di centro commerciale e per colazione devi fare un lungo viaggio fino a una caffetteria che c'è all'ingresso del centro. La colazione non è molto diversa. Puoi prepararla tu molto meglio se vuoi usare la cucina condivisa che c'è nell'ultima pianta. Per me quella cucina è stata la migliore dell'hotel.

Hotel molto buono, eccellente assistenza e tutto molto pulito. Le camere sono piccole ma è eccellente per chi è in viaggio di business.
