Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved. The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Good places nearby pub street, easy access to anywhere. Room is clean, bathroom is clean. Staff is friendly and down to earth. They asked me and served me to the point that I’m like in my mind “okay you guys are doing such a good job but you’re too friendly now. I need some boundaries. 😂” the decoration and the view is so amazing filled with historical statues and some famous legendary Cambodia portraits on the wall as a reminder of their influence to the country. Overall, I love it.

Questo ostello è davvero, davvero, davvero fantastico! Non ho mai visto un dormitorio così grande e spazioso! I letti a castello superiori hanno dei gradini! Sì, dei gradini, non una scaletta! È davvero ottimo! Anche il bagno è abbastanza spazioso. Al piano di sotto c'è il ristorante e il bar della piscina, il menu è piuttosto vario, con molte opzioni di cibo. Il personale è eccezionale, tutti molto gentili. Sono arrivato a mezzogiorno, ben prima delle due, e mi hanno fatto il check-in immediatamente. Un'altra volta, avevo prenotato un'attività altrove e l'autista non è venuto a prendermi; non riuscivo a chiamare e avevo difficoltà con la lingua, così ho chiesto alla reception di chiamare l'agenzia di viaggi per me e mi hanno aiutato con grande disponibilità! Il mio inglese non è ottimo e ho dovuto usare Google Translate per aiutarmi a comunicare, ma il personale non è mai stato impaziente. La posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte c'è un supermercato, non un minimarket, ma un vero supermercato, anche se non molto grande. Ha frutta, insalate, pane, latte e tutti i beni di prima necessità; è aperto dalle 6:00 alle 23:00. Accanto al supermercato c'è una caffetteria che accetta Alipay! Ci sono tantissimi ristoranti nei dintorni, non riuscirete a provarli tutti, e non è lontano dalla via dei bar e dal fiume. Accanto c'è una stazione di servizio, molto comoda se noleggiate uno scooter. Di fronte c'è una lavanderia (1 dollaro per 1 kg) e un negozio per il noleggio di scooter. Qui non ci sono solo dormitori, ma anche molte camere che sembrano normali camere d'albergo. È davvero un ottimo posto, tornerò a soggiornarci!

⭐Professional & Warm I had a wonderful stay at The Palace Indochine Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The swimming pool was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. It’s a great place for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great place with excellent service! Really enjoyed my stay and was able to meet some good people. Really enjoyed the sauna and pool. The breakfast was nice and simple just like I like. The drinks were good and they were really great at setting up tours to Angkor Wat with a guide. Only thing the gym equipment is a bit old. Overall really enjoyed my stay.

We were welcomed with complimentary juice and snacks upon arriving at the hotel. They had a scent reminiscent of Cambodia and were delicious. The room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel offered a variety of tours, which could be booked at the front desk by the day before, making it very convenient. We joined two tours arranged by the hotel, and both were fantastic. The price was also reasonable. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the services and the cost.
