Always a great getaway place to go to. Very peaceful and stress free. Facilities are what you would expect from a country hotel and the newly completed bathrooms are a bonus. Unrestored and charming hotel with great artwork everywhere. Excellent meals in the evening and a very good diy breakfast provided in the dining room.

Il personale è molto amichevole!Ma se ci sono più bagagli, non è conveniente vivere qui. Prima di arrivare attraverso una scala in basso.Non c'è ascensore nel soggiorno e c'è bisogno di scalare le scale.Il personale è buono, mi ha aiutato a aprire l'entrata del personale per non dover più spostare il bagaglio in basso.
L'apparecchiatura è semplice e vecchia, ma pulita.
Una piccola vibrazione della parte superiore e inferiore sarà molto morbosa, quindi la pressione è alta quando dorme.

Great stay, easy access to the city. Hostel was clean and had nice facilities, especially the sunroom. Everything is done digitally (access to doorways or rooms on a QR code) which is not that convenient but you don’t risk losing a loose room key.

The owner was extremely kind, responded quickly to my messages before and after check-in, and often checked in with me during my stay to make sure everything was okay.
The shared spaces such as the kitchen and bathroom were kept very clean, so it was comfortable even for a longer stay. Part of the property is like a share house, and the other guests were also very friendly, greeting me and chatting with me, which created a very warm atmosphere.
It is located in a quiet residential area, so I could relax and sleep well at night. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and friendly homestay experience in Brisbane.
This was one of my favorite stays in Brisbane.

Ho soggiornato nella pensione Civic prima di avere una stanza a Townsville.
Mi sentivo un posto davvero buono per gestire.
Utilizzavo una camera da quattro persone, ma non era molto incomoda perché ci erano diversi bagni e bagni condivisi, e il personale era tutto amico ㅎㅎㅎ
Voglio presentarvi ai miei amici.

UUtente ospiteActually Myself and my colleague booked two family cabins for three nights. That is for work and we were the only guests. As per advertised on trip.com we paid for including buffet breakfast. Following day morning when we went for the restaurant we were told they have not been provided our names and we need to pay for breakfast.. So I had to bring my booking print out and show the restaurant staff breakfast was included. Even though they let us eat there they were not convinced and were suspicious I guess.
So that day my colleague went to see the manager of the accommodation and he said to me she was not convinced about breakfast was included. My colleague said it was very unpleasant and embarrassing. She told him I need to come down too. But later when I went to see her she said everything is sorted out and problem was they didn't know anything about Trip.com and trip.com send the booking through ******* and wrongly mentioned each of our booking included three adults and the extra payment is for additional adults as they understood. So the third day morning we didn't have issue at the breakfast as our names passed on. But unfortunately last day morning restaurant staff asked us to pay for breakfast because our name was not on the list. Luckily the chef remembered us and he was very politely let us eat. Even though we paid for breakfast we were at mercy of good people. Whole experience was very inconvenient and embarrassing. I think main bungle was done by Trip.com. But management did not bother to completely sort it out.
This was my first time with Trip.com and Aaok Moondarra Accommodation Village. My colleague said he did not have issues previously with Trip.com but all those occasions were without breakfast. Other than that accommodation was really good. It had got good Wi-Fi, YouTube and Netflix.
My advise is if you book through Trip.com for an accommodation with breakfast make sure with the accommodation that it has been correctly passed on to them.

II Love Travel Alone距離Surfers Paradise不遠，步行可到，公車705站牌就在門口不遠處，輕軌站Cavill Ave在往Surfers Paradise一半的路程即可到達
喜歡床位有自己的窗簾，床架上也有獨立的燈和獨立充電的插座，有3個「大房間」（應該是大空間😂）每一間的床位非常的多，這次被安排在Room2，浴室和廁所在這個區域，但剛好被安排在離浴室和廁所蠻近的床位，所以經過的人很多～有點吵雜。水量充足且熱水持續供應，也有毛巾（在床上）和洗髮精.沐浴乳和潤絲精（在淋浴間內）我訂的時候是有供應早餐和晚餐的，但都是簡單的食物，除了噪音的部分，其他都很不錯

UUtente ospiteI’ve stayed in other backpackers before, and I’m really surprised by how clean and organized this place is. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely impressive. I stayed for 4 days, and for 3 of them everything was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need — I even used the mini oven to make homemade pizza. There’s also a pool, laundry, and tables and chairs outside where you can study or relax during summer.
The 6-bed female room had its own fridge and a locker for each person. The room was very clean, and they provided a towel and a blanket. I was lucky to share the room with very tidy girls during my first three days, so it stayed just as clean as when we arrived.
The staff were also really nice and calm. Overall, considering the price and that it’s a backpacker hostel, it’s excellent — 10/10!

JJerseyOFWIl mio soggiorno non era molto buono! La struttura è convenientemente situata molto vicino alla spiaggia, rendendo facile godere del sole e del surf. Uno dei punti di vista è stato l’atmosfera amichevole tra gli ospiti, molti passati tempo dalla piscina, chattare e condividere le storie tra loro, e avere accesso alla cucina permetteva di preparare i propri pasti, aggiungendo al comfort del mio soggiorno.
La signora Mary, la proprietaria, è incredibilmente accogliente e sempre pronta ad assistere con qualsiasi richiesta. La sua calda ospitezza ha reso la mia visita ancora più piacevole.
Raccomando vivamente di prendere in considerazione Palms a Parmer per il prossimo viaggio. Se avete la possibilità, certamente ritornerò!

Il pulsante del vento è rotto, non posso fermarlo, un po'freddo, ma ho sudato e sono arrivato dietro. La stanza è condizionata, è un paradiso.

JJochen SchleissAfter a long day of driving, i arrived at the place because i just needing a place to sleep for the night. It’s basic, as expected, but at least it was clean. The room was small and plain, with just the essentials—a bed, a desk, with shared bathroom.
It wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the amenities were minimal, but it served its purpose as a quick stopover. The staff was polite enough, and while it’s not somewhere we’d stay for more than one night, it worked for what we needed: a budget-friendly, no-frills place to rest before hitting the road again.
