Hotel a 3 stelle in Saarland, Germania

Spotless clean. Breakfast ingredients were of the cheapest kind each (eggs, gouda) but selection was solid.

Good Facilities, But Service Was Incredibly Disappointing The living conditions and amenities are good, but the service I received was a major disappointment and completely disrupted my plans. This is why I feel my spending of time and money was a waste, which is reflected in my low rating. My problems started with the check-in. I completed the online check-in successfully, but I could not get my access code. I was forced to wait for over an hour at the train station while trying to resolve this. I was stuck in a frustrating loop with a chatbot that kept insisting the code was in my booking details (it was not). Only after I finally managed to reach a real person was the access code sent to me. To make matters worse, I was then informed that a serviceman would need to enter my room for repairs the next day between 10 AM and 2 PM. I was shocked by this, especially since I had an important work video call scheduled for that exact time. This forced me to find a quiet café to work from, leading to additional expenses. My rating for service and confidentiality is very low. The lack of communication and respect for a guest's privacy and schedule is unacceptable.

La stanza dell'hotel è molto grande, si può dire il più grande hotel in questa piccola città.La stanza è molto calda. La mia stanza è piena di microonde, ascensore, frigorifero.La colazione è regolata, tranne che il patate e le uova di salsa sono mangiati caldi, il resto è mangiato freddo. Le sorelle della reception parleranno inglese e non c'è problema di comunicare.Il personale pulito parlerà tedesco.Mi piace molto la finestra dell'hotel, è il tipo di tipica Germania per aprire grandi finestre e ventilazione.E'ancora conveniente intorno, ci sono alcuni negozi e piccoli negozi a sinistra. Oltre a un po'monotonicamente al colazione, è buono.

Super amichevole personale. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi e in buone condizioni. Tutto sembrava lussuoso. Anche era un LGBTQIA+ Friendly Hotel :). Io posso solo consigliarlo

I recently stayed at this simple, functional hotel. The location was its biggest strength. It is just a short distance from the French border and convenient for getting into the Saarland. The hotel itself is exactly what you'd expect from a basic spot. The room is clean and comfortable with great bed. One minor element is the busy noisy road.

Benvenuto - fatto per sentirsi comodo. Camera senza spot con balcone: spazio sufficiente.  La cosa più vicina a un negro è che preferisco una matrigna dura, ma mi rendo conto che sono in minoranza... Belle colazione - come ho mai goduto.

L'appartamento a stile hotel, la stanza non è grande, le strutture di decorazione sono vecchie, l'isolamento sonoro non è molto buono, l'igiene della stanza non è pulita ogni giorno, può essere detto al cameriere quando è necessario.Ma la posizione è buona, nel centro della città, al ristorante vicino, al supermercato e alle attrazioni sono molto conveniente. Ci sono piccoli oggetti di cucina e di cucina, adatto per gli ospiti che non vogliono uscire a cena e cucinare nell'appartamento.Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono.

Per un soggiorno completamente Ok camere/doccia sono state ristrutturate qualche tempo fa, ma prima si dovrebbe avere qualcosa da mangiare e da bere, altrimenti non c'è niente nel villaggio. C'è un hotel vicino a circa 700m, ma si paga qualcosa di più (classe elevata). Familia Maier

L'hotel dispone di camere molto pulite e relativamente nuove in cui si sente direttamente bene. Il personale è estremamente utile e amichevole. La colazione era in ordine con una buona selezione. La posizione centrale è particolarmente pratica – Il centro è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti a piedi. Una soggiorno complessiva piacevole, che si può consigliare.

Perfect modern hotel voor overnachting, vlak naast de snelweg.  Geen restaurant voor diner, maar wel in de directe omgeving, ofwel overkant van de weg het Brauhaus, met vnl. eetcafé gerechten en o.a. zelfgebrouwen bier.  Een prima ontbijtbuffet in het hotel.
