Each room bore discrete charm with its tasteful decoration, seamlessly blending traditional and contemporary elements. The authentic Khmer old houses are full of charm, yet modern and well preserved. The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration. Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay. Un hotel assolutamente meraviglioso! Le camere sono spaziose, comode, senza spot e accoglienti. Il colazione è stata deliziosa con una grande varietà. Ma il servizio eccezionale è il servizio, che sia all'ufficio del fronte che al ristorante, il personale ci ha salutati con un vero sorriso. Un ringraziamento speciale per aver provato Sokneng al di fuori del desk e le altre belle signore i cui nomi non ho catturato, abbiamo ricevuto una cura incredibile e aiuto dal nostro primo giorno fino al nostro partenza il quinto giorno. Tornando all'hotel, e ricevendo i saluti con asciugamani freddi e bevande gelati, ci fai immediatamente dimenticare il calore a 39°C. Questo ostello è davvero, davvero, davvero fantastico! Non ho mai visto un dormitorio così grande e spazioso! I letti a castello superiori hanno dei gradini! Sì, dei gradini, non una scaletta! È davvero ottimo! Anche il bagno è abbastanza spazioso. Al piano di sotto c'è il ristorante e il bar della piscina, il menu è piuttosto vario, con molte opzioni di cibo. Il personale è eccezionale, tutti molto gentili. Sono arrivato a mezzogiorno, ben prima delle due, e mi hanno fatto il check-in immediatamente. Un'altra volta, avevo prenotato un'attività altrove e l'autista non è venuto a prendermi; non riuscivo a chiamare e avevo difficoltà con la lingua, così ho chiesto alla reception di chiamare l'agenzia di viaggi per me e mi hanno aiutato con grande disponibilità! Il mio inglese non è ottimo e ho dovuto usare Google Translate per aiutarmi a comunicare, ma il personale non è mai stato impaziente. La posizione è ottima, proprio di fronte c'è un supermercato, non un minimarket, ma un vero supermercato, anche se non molto grande. Ha frutta, insalate, pane, latte e tutti i beni di prima necessità; è aperto dalle 6:00 alle 23:00. Accanto al supermercato c'è una caffetteria che accetta Alipay! Ci sono tantissimi ristoranti nei dintorni, non riuscirete a provarli tutti, e non è lontano dalla via dei bar e dal fiume. Accanto c'è una stazione di servizio, molto comoda se noleggiate uno scooter. Di fronte c'è una lavanderia (1 dollaro per 1 kg) e un negozio per il noleggio di scooter. Qui non ci sono solo dormitori, ma anche molte camere che sembrano normali camere d'albergo. È davvero un ottimo posto, tornerò a soggiornarci!

We were welcomed with complimentary juice and snacks upon arriving at the hotel. They had a scent reminiscent of Cambodia and were delicious. The room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel offered a variety of tours, which could be booked at the front desk by the day before, making it very convenient. We joined two tours arranged by the hotel, and both were fantastic. The price was also reasonable. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the services and the cost.

Прекрасный отель, душевный персонал, там себя чувствуешь почетным гостем, внимательный , заботливый персонал, всегда готов помочь с любым вопросом, номера чистые аккуратные , ежедневная уборка, в номере есть все необходимое , прекрасные завтраки и ребята в кафе очень внимательные и обходительные , мы прекрасно провели там время, и расположение очень удобное , по пути в храмы 👌

Perfetto, da A a Z. Il tipo di hotel che si consiglia a chiunque e il tipo di hotel che si ritornerà senza esitazione. Oltre alla grande infrastruttura, il personale è solo così professionale e così gentile. Il ristorante (siamo stati coltivati per colazione e cena) è delizioso. Tutto è fatto a casa (sorbetto, sorbito,...), delizioso, ben sperimentato. Raramente, non siamo riusciti a trovare alcuna debolezza. Infine, ma non meno importante, il prezzo è ragionevole per questo livello di comfort e di servizio. In un nutshell, si consiglia molto questo boutique hotel di lusso (solo 25+ camere), un vero gioiello nascosto.

Hotel molto buono con un servizio eccellente, un ampio colazione e una piscina accogliente.

The room was exactly as show on the photos; spacious clean and bright. I could order breakfast to my room which was great. The first day breakfast was 15 minutes late, but luckily I wasn’t heading for the airport or anything. At the time of my stay there were offering 2 choices for breakfast, which were both delicious. The room came fully stocked with snacks as well as al pullover and Jon alcoholic drinks for cheap. Everything was around a dollar to a dollar twenty five. There is no elevator at this hotel. I was on the third floor and only had a carry-on luggage. Staff were pleasant and answered questions patiently.
