- Housekeeping deserves huge praise! They arranged a shower chair for my elderly mom during turndown service – no fuss, just pure kindness. ❤️
- Gym Attendant Arnold went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us!

We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action!

At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. It wasn’t just about fixing a mistake; it was about valuing us as guests.

EeyanwongIl mio soggiorno nella città di Dream Morpheus Macau, appena aperta, è stato impressionante in molti modi. Il design futuristico dell'hotel è impressionante, con un grande lobby che si sente come un occhio al futuro. Le camere spaziali sono un stand, dotate di un sistema tecnologico avanzato che ti permette di controllare la luce, il clima e le ombre della finestra senza sforzo, aumentando in modo reale l'esperienza degli ospiti.
Il servizio è stato eccezionale, con personale attento che ci ha portati personalmente nella nostra stanza, rendendoci benvenuti e apprezzati. Il loro professionalismo e il loro calore erano di prima qualità.
Tuttavia, mi è stato deluso constatare che la sala non era aperta per 24 ore. Per un hotel con tali servizi di taglio, questo si sentiva come una sorprendente sorpresa, soprattutto per gli ospiti con programmi vari.
In generale, la città di Dream Morpheus Macau offre una miscela di design innovativo, comfort di alta tecnologia e eccellente ospite, ma le ore di ginnastica limitate sono state un declino. Ancora una grande scelta per un soggiorno moderno e memorabile, anche se spero che possano ampliare l'accesso al giochi da ginnastica in futuro.

BbeebiezI had a not so good experience staying at this hotel. I arrived around 3:15pm and the room was still not ready. Front desk staff told us that we still need to wait another 45 minutes or so, and offered us free welcome drinks at the lounge beside, well that’s the least they could do when check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I requested higher floors and they only gave me a room on the 17th floor, and there are like 30+ floors. They told me that’s the only room available, I’m disappointed in that as I have booked my room a few days ago and waited so long at checkin.
I requested a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room there was a pungent smell of cigarette smoking. I immediately contact front desk and requested a room change but they refused and told me that’s the only room they have available (would that be possible in such a big hotel?). The hotel just brought an air purifier, which only kill germs but does not deodorize, and we had to face with the smell of cigarettes during our stay.
In general the room was spacious and had modern design, just not too practical. The bathroom is large but the shower and the bathtub is very far separated, which is very inconvenient after a bath to walk all the way to the shower when you’re all wet. They also have an electric toilet, but the toilet board itself is very small, I wonder how a tall foreigner can sit on it?
One thing I would like to compliment is that the welcome fruits are very fresh and there are many snacks to choose from.
The indoor pools is not up to standard as it is relatively small in size, only good for children to play, and also they only had a few chairs for swimmers to use.
The hotel is far from the main area of the studio city centre, we had walk quite a bit to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are.
The entrance is “enclosed” but building besides, so feeling much isolated when entering from the front entrance.

UUtente ospiteIl Lobdoner Grand è un vero hotel a cinque stelle con un servizio eccezionale. Il personale è sempre stato estremamente accogliente e utile e vi dà un sorriso sincero. Le camere sono molto spaziose come dovrebbe essere per un hotel in questa categoria. Le camere sono completamente automatizzate con elettricità. Tutte possono essere accessibili con un pannello e con pulsanti.
2 osservazioni: Non c'era alcun cavo di carico per telefoni cellulari nella stanza e in generale l'hotel dovrebbe essere più consapevole ambientalmente: l'uso di Nespresso capsule è bello, ma cattivo per l'ambiente. Anche il consumo di acqua del doccia è molto alto e l'aria condizionata e le luci devono essere automaticamente switchati quando nessuno è nella stanza.
Tutti insieme, naturalmente, ancora una grande 5 stelle snd un luogo molto raccomandato, elegante per soggiornare a Macao.

YYizu Huang (Philip)We are pleasantly surprised by this stay at MO Macau. Prior to this visit we have been to MO in Bangkok and HK and thought these 2 are already the best MO therefore we didn't have too high expectation. However upon arrival, we were greeted with warm welcome and thoughtful services, like a welcoming tea at checkin, and friendly staff etc. The turndown services was marvelous that provided us with a relaxing roller and proprietary tea bag that helps with sleep. The swimming pool area was ok, not the biggest and most luxurious one, but once again the staff here are wonderful; breakfast quite good. Location-wise it's attached to MGM's shopping mall so going to their ****** is like 5min walk. overall, it's not like they have the newest and most luxurious facility in the world, but the attention to details and thoughtful services make it a quite quality choice for hotel in Macau. The service quality here in MO Macau is something that the MO in HK should learn from.

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful stay at Parisian Macao and wish we could stay another night. We did not give 5 stars for amenities because the swimming pools are too far away for us staying in the south wing. By the time we got time to try them they were closed. That place look great though from atop Eiffel Tower. Every staff we spoke to were super nice and helpful. We were especially thankful to Miss Wong at check-in and Jin Hsieh at Information counter.

LLuxy88It was a disappointing experience at W Macau. I booked the Spectacular Room for 2 nights which should be 51sqm-59sqm in size. However, the first room they gave me was a small Wonderful room around 37 sqm I knew instantly they gave me the wrong room so I called the front desk to have it changed to the Spectacular room. The second room they gave me was slightly bigger with a view of Cotai *****. It still felt a bit smaller than their official size of 51sqm-59sqm but I trusted the staff would assign the correct room so I didn’t ask again. During the stay the room felt really crammed because every time I walk to the bed I would hit the furniture as there is a large table and lounge chair placed next to the bed. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the room was smaller than advertised. At checkout I thought I would ask the staff the type of room I had in which he confirmed that it was the Wonderful room. I was really shocked and felt deceived since I already asked for the Spectacular room and they still gave me the wrong room again! Also the pillow had this strange smell that didn’t go away even after they changed the sheets and pillow case. The tap water had this weird sewerage smell and taste from the pipes and was there the whole time. The bath robes had this sweaty smell like it’s not been washed or changed for a long time. It was really disappointing given it’s a 5 star hotel. I’ve stayed at many 5 star hotels in Macau and never had these issues. W hotel please improve the cleanliness of your rooms like pillows and bath robes. I don’t appreciate being deceived about the rooms. If you don’t have the bigger Spectacular room just tell me don’t need to hide it. I didn’t end up sleeping well because the whole time I was wondering why the room was so small compared to what I booked. The manager Hilda did offer me an upgrade for my next stay at the hotel but I saw other customer reviews and they always give upgrades for free. I didn’t expect an upgrade but just give me the room I booked and don’t deceive me.
