"È un ottimo hotel con vista. Come tutti gli altri hotel nelle vicinanze, è enorme. Camminare all'interno dell'hotel a volte può essere faticoso. È collegato tramite un ponte pedonale agli hotel parigini e londinesi. Ci sono molti negozi di lusso. A mio parere, sono un po' troppi. Un problema di questo hotel è l'insonorizzazione. Si sentono gli altri ospiti nella stanza. Sebbene non ci sia odore di sigaretta in camera, lo sento negli ascensori, lasciato dal respiro degli ospiti. Non credo che nessuno fumi davvero in ascensore. Per il resto, il personale è molto disponibile. A proposito, l'offerta per la Torre Eiffel non è niente di speciale. La visita alla piattaforma panoramica al settimo piano è gratuita per tutti. L'accesso alla cima non è incluso. I trasferimenti in autobus tra i porti dei traghetti e i confini sono gratuiti per tutti, non solo per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Tutti gli hotel della zona offrono lo stesso servizio."

Per raggiungere Macao, si può prendere la nuova linea della metro o con i bus pubblici. Se si arriva con il traghetto da Hong Kong esiste una navetta gratuita che porta direttamente all’hotel. La camera è pulita e ordinata, c’è una piscina all’aperto e un health club per fare yoga. In tutte le hall degli hotel ci sono i tavoli da gioco e le slot machine."
