Ho prenotato per un soggiorno di 21 ore a Macao in transito. Anche se è collegato direttamente all'aeroporto, per qualche motivo siamo finiti sulla strada e abbiamo fatto una lunga deviazione per arrivare in circa 20 minuti. All'aeroporto non sono riuscito a trovare alcuna informazione e l'insegna dell'hotel era solo in kanji, senza segnaletica in inglese, quindi sono passato. Insieme alla mia mancanza di senso dell'orientamento, mi sono perso abbastanza. Per me è al secondo piano, ma quando ho chiesto informazioni alla persona, mi hanno detto che era al primo piano. A Macao è al piano terra, al 1° piano e al 2° piano... quindi è anche per questo che ero confuso. La camera era pulita e proprio di fronte alla pista. Era molto silenzioso anche se potevo vedere chiaramente gli aerei. C'era anche molta acqua in bottiglia di plastica. Ho trascorso una notte confortevole.

Quite good hotel with strategic location, free shuttle bus to 關閘, easy access to macau-china border. A lot of famous and instagrammable restaurants nearby, a few supermarkets nearby, within walking distance.

The location is superb! There's a super famous dessert store right beneath. I had a not so good experience staying at this hotel. I arrived around 3:15pm and the room was still not ready. Front desk staff told us that we still need to wait another 45 minutes or so, and offered us free welcome drinks at the lounge beside, well that’s the least they could do when check-in time was supposed to be at 3:00pm. I immediately contact front desk and requested a room change but they refused and told me that’s the only room they have available (would that be possible in such a big hotel?). The hotel just brought an air purifier, which only kill germs but does not deodorize, and we had to face with the smell of cigarettes during our stay. In general the room was spacious and had modern design, just not too practical. The bathroom is large but the shower and the bathtub is very far separated, which is very inconvenient after a bath to walk all the way to the shower when you’re all wet. They also have an electric toilet, but the toilet board itself is very small, I wonder how a tall foreigner can sit on it? One thing I would like to compliment is that the welcome fruits are very fresh and there are many snacks to choose from. The indoor pools is not up to standard as it is relatively small in size, only good for children to play, and also they only had a few chairs for swimmers to use. The hotel is far from the main area of the studio city centre, we had walk quite a bit to the main area where all the shops and restaurants are.
