"Hotel si trova sulla ***** di taipa, nella parte sud di Macao.. e’ molto bello, collegato con tutti gli altri hotel della ***** e pieni di negozi e ristoranti. Per raggiungere Macao, si può prendere la nuova linea della metro o con i bus pubblici. Se si arriva con il traghetto da Hong Kong esiste una navetta gratuita che porta direttamente all’hotel.

RRiadyA Macao, questo è il soggiorno più memorabile che abbia mai avuto!! Da l'aeroporto, la nostra auto ci ha lasciati direttamente davanti al lobby (a quanto pare non tutti gli hotel lo fanno). Il dipartimento di front desk Kurt è un uomo meraviglioso, molto utile e sincero.Abbiamo bisogno di camere di connessione per una famiglia che necessita anche di sedie a rotelle, e ha avuto la guida del suo manager Kimon e ci ha tutti sistemati in molto comodamente nelle nostre camere. Il design interno e l'atmosfera tranquilla dell'hotel creano un ritiro equilibrato dalla folla ****** occupata! L'hotel è spazioso, con lussuose strutture, un minibar complimentare (con poche eccezioni), illuminazione perfetta, un mattone spesso, e oh sooo morbido il suo letto Simmons, il piazzato bagno, (il tizio di custodia Delphin-Ivan pulì attentamente le camere!) E la vista vista sull'hotel di Cotai ***** Venetian, ogni dettaglio ha reso il mio soggiorno una fantastica esperienza! Mi piacerebbe tornare indietro (diverso dalla sua tentazione di provare molti altri nuovi hotel nella città) e sicuramente raccomandare questo Nuwa hotel! Inoltre ho provato la palestra, l'apparecchiatura Precor a tutta la gamma, un allenatore spazioso e pulito, buono aspetto, è anche utile. Solo il basso è ore di funzionamento 08:00-20:00 e la piscina all'aperto sembra media, quindi non ho provato. Anche le sue eccellenti opzioni di cena di cui ho provato il 3 stelle Michelin Jade Dragon e BEST Spa (scriverà più su una recensione separata!)

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno.Il personale era eccellente, amichevole, attento e incredibilmente utile nell'arrangiare decorazioni di compleanno che facevano sentire la nostra celebrazione speciale. La nostra camera era spaziosa e confortevole, dando alla nostra famiglia un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi e passare il tempo insieme.
La piscina era un accento pulito, ben mantenuto, e grande per bambini e adulti. Abbiamo anche amato la comodità di avere Donki in hotel per snack e la serata tardiva ‑.
In generale, a very family ‑friendly property with great facilities and thoughtful service. We'd happily stay here again.

YYaoyaoduyaodeyaoPosizione: A solo una fermata di treno leggero dall'aeroporto (si possono acquistare i biglietti al finestrino tramite WeChat Pay o Alipay). Attraversando il City of Dreams dall'hotel, si raggiungono The Londoner, MGM, Wynn Palace e The Venetian, tutti punti di interesse principali.
Ambiente: Le luci della stanza sono calde, l'ambiente è pulito e la disposizione è ben pensata. Ci sono due lavandini, doccia e WC separati, e sono stati forniti anche i sali da bagno.
Servizio: Dal check-in al check-out, il servizio è stato proattivo, cordiale, educato e veloce. Un ringraziamento speciale alle due signorine (i loro nomi sono nelle foto) che hanno gestito il check-in e ci hanno illustrato l'uso delle varie strutture in camera e i percorsi più convenienti per raggiungere i luoghi vicini. L'addetto al check-out ci ha anche proattivamente chiesto se volessimo depositare i bagagli, dove andassimo e quale autobus prendere, facendoci sentire a nostro agio nonostante fossimo appena arrivati.

UUtente ospiteSono tornato in questo hotel dopo sette o otto anni e mi sono sentito a casa come sempre. Anche se è un po' più defilato rispetto ai grandi complessi alberghieri, è facile trovare un taxi e i ristoranti nelle vicinanze sono più alla mano e con prezzi popolari, il che lo rende ancora più autentico. Vale la pena sceglierlo di nuovo!

TTraveling Family from GermanyOverall we had an excellent stay at The Londoner and would gladly come back.
The shuttle transfer from the Hengqin border was a bit confusing at first. The signage was not very clear and seemed to point in the wrong direction, and the employee at the pickup point unfortunately spoke neither Mandarin nor English. After some searching we managed to find the correct shuttle and arrived at the hotel without further problems. Once at the property we were immediately assisted by one of the staff members.
Check-in can take some time since many guests arrive at the same time. If you travel as a group and request rooms on the same floor, the process may take even longer. It almost felt like receptionists had to compete with each other to secure rooms before they were assigned elsewhere. The organization seemed a little unusual, but eventually everything worked out.
We were offered rooms on the same floor, which happened to be a smoking floor. The staff explained that smoke smell should not be noticeable. This turned out to be accurate. The rooms themselves had no smoke smell at all, and only a very faint smell was noticeable in the hallway. For non-smokers it is therefore perfectly manageable to stay on such a floor.
The rooms themselves were excellent. They were spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Amenities included a coffee machine with capsules and creamer, more than enough drinking water, a large comfortable bed and easy-to-use electronic controls. The blackout curtains work perfectly for anyone who prefers complete darkness while sleeping. The bathroom area was also very spacious and featured a large mirror, a very nice shower, a bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet.
One of our rooms was designed for disabled guests and therefore did not include a bathtub, which was perfectly fine. What stood out positively was how well the accessibility features were integrated. The bathroom was beautifully designed and did not feel like a simple retrofit, which is a very thoughtful touch for guests who need these facilities.
The Londoner complex itself is huge and beautifully designed. Staff are present everywhere and are generally friendly and helpful. The complex focuses heavily on shopping and entertainment. Western food and bar options are somewhat limited, but this likely reflects the fact that Macau today caters largely to mainland Chinese visitors. We still easily found options such as the Cheesecake Factory and the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which served our needs well.
One major advantage of the location is connectivity. From The Londoner you can walk via enclosed skybridges to the Four Seasons, The Venetian and The Parisian, and other ****** resorts can be reached either on foot or with a short and inexpensive taxi ride.
If you want to explore the historic Macau Peninsula, reaching the metro system from the ****** complex is not entirely straightforward. However taxis are plentiful and affordable, making the trip very easy. There also appear to be public buses available, although we did not try them ourselves. Overall the hotel complex works very well as a base for visiting the other side of Macau.
One small logistical note for travelers heading to Hong Kong Airport: the reception staff could only point us to bus services going to the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge terminal. Direct transfers from the hotel to Hong Kong Airport were not really available through the hotel, so we ended up arranging a private car ourselves. In practice the hotel can easily get you to the bridge terminal, but from there you will need to organize the onward journey yourself unless you book a private transfer in advance.
Overall it was an incredible stay and a hotel we would happily choose again. Just keep in mind that Macau is not Las Vegas and caters much more to mainland Chinese visitors, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly.

MMichelle liewI would give this property more stars, if I could.., just for how every staff member I’ve met made me feel welcome, cared for and important.
From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, Tim (a very handsome young man) welcomed us and took care of our luggage’s, walked us up to the check in counter and warmly introduced us to Ryan.
Ryan helped us with the check in and immediately made us feel like friends, not just guests. He found us a lovely room (1615 has amazing view) albeit before check in time, helped us orientate around the hotel and Cotai *****, invited us to the champagne ceremony at 6pm and happy hour at The St Regis bar, recommended a lovely restaurant for Macanese food at Taipa Village and of course, walked us to the lift. Behind the scene, he has arranged for Tim to get our luggage sent to the room. It’s a nice gesture to have our luggage’s nicely set up before we got in.
Later in the evening, we met Douglas, Hotel GM who hosted us to many different cocktails and mocktails creations at The St Regis Bar. Again, he made us feel like friends, engaging in light conversation while enjoying the relaxed ambience with delicious snacks and drinks. I must recommend cotton club - with the honey comb. Credit goes to Douglas, who led his team to make a difference with every interaction across the hotel.
After lunch, we returned to our room to a pleasant surprise. An introduction card and fruit platter from The Butler. Nice touch. I would have requested for a butler drawn bath if we have more time
At dinner, Jonathan and his team, Pat and Niles made it just delightful. Every detail was thoughtfully executed - the food (go for beef cheek), ambience and service came together beautifully. We also appreciated the nice gesture of a welcome back dessert and printed photo to bring home at the end of the meal.
The next day, seamless check out. Tim assisted us with the taxi and luggages. And as we waited for the taxi, Tim excused himself for a short while and came back with the box of almond cookies (Macao’s specialty) for us to bring home!
St Regis really aced at making us feel at home and among friends. We’ll definitely be back soon.

BBuyi LQuesta è stata un'esperienza unica nella vita, un vero piacere per me. Il personale sembra avere molta esperienza nel servire i propri ospiti e alcuni più esperti di altri ti fanno sentire più benvenuto. Ci sono così tante cose fantastiche da fare all'interno del resort, dalla Jacuzzi, allo yoga, alla passeggiata sulla spiaggia, al mangiare del buon cibo o semplicemente sedersi fuori e prendere una tazza di tè ascoltando della bella musica. Hanno anche un servizio navetta gratuito per Coloane *****, il che è bello. Questo resort è una fuga ideale dal nostro stile di vita frenetico, puoi rilassarti mentre mangi del buon cibo. Ho potuto scattare delle foto davvero belle quando ero qui. Consiglierei questo resort ai miei amici e prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo in futuro.❤️

YyramegevLocation is great if you’re planning to visit popular tourist spots. Cleanliness was well maintained too — the toilet was spotless.
However, the check-in experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.
========== (TL;DR) Imagine you had to experience this after a 4 hours flight ==========
The young female receptionist I encountered on arrival handled things very poorly. She kept insisting she couldn’t find my booking, smiling the entire time as if it were a joke. Instead of checking properly herself, she kept handing me random printed bookings, one after another, asking me if any of them were mine. It honestly felt like I was doing her job.
If the names were even slightly similar to mine, I would understand. But she passed me almost every booking she had in her hands, including ones with clearly Japanese or ********* names that were nowhere close to mine. I even asked her, “So does that mean I’m supposed to sleep on the streets tonight?” Yet she still giggled, with zero sense of apology or urgency. It made me wonder if she had ever been trained in basic customer service or professional ethics.
Eventually, she finally handed me the correct booking with my name. But even then, after I confirmed it was mine, she said, “I gave you this earlier and you said it wasn’t yours.”
Like… excuse me? You’ve been passing me completely unrelated bookings the whole time?!
I initially wanted to rate the service 1 star, but I added one more because the hotel cleaner left a good impression, the cleaner auntie was polite and attentive.

Facilities:
The TV in my room was broken, so I’m guessing it was just for decoration. Ventilation also seemed poorly designed. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was woken up early in the morning by cigarette smoke seeping in from outside my door. Not recommended for light sleepers either, as the soundproofing is weak. I could clearly hear people talking outside, though I’m not sure if they were in the corridor or inside another room.
