Fantastica scoperta! Proprio nel cuore della vita e dei ristoranti locali. Personale molto disponibile e cordiale. Camera spaziosa e deliziosa: fate attenzione perché il pavimento in legno trasmette rumori molesti, quindi se avete vicini rumorosi, li sentirete. Possibilità di deposito bagagli e distributore d'acqua alla reception.

Trust me for solo traveler with an affordable budget it’s best.  -Close to bus stop Ponte 16 -Sendao Square walking distance -7/11 is in 350 mtr, though other convenience store just in  2 min walk -Nice quite surroundings  -Very helpful stuffs -Top notch cleanliness & beautiful spacious room more than enough for one person  -Daily toiletries provide  What else you want! Next time if I visit Macau again definitely this hotel will be my first choice

here for Macau Tower Race and I was here in Macau alone for the first time. There are plenty of walking to do after alighting from the bus. It was not easy to locate and need the help of local to bring me to the actual premise. There are three hotel of this properties all in the same area so need to be very careful for future booking

The location of this hotel is superb. Just across Largo Do Senado and with all the shops and restaurants nearby. For a budget hotel, I wouldn’t be expecting that much, the room was not big but just perfect for solo travelers or couples. The bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket covers were made of paper which felt quite weird. The towels were disposal paper ones too. They were generous though giving me 4 packs of towels for a 3-day-stay. The only bad thing about the room was the sound proof. I guess the doors are paper thin or either the gaps were too big. I could literally see the lights from the corridor from my room. Some tourist from China were very loud during mid night I had to open the door and shhhh them. The worst thing is the smell of cigarettes coming from other rooms. No matter what time, there was cigarette smell, even when I’m sleeping. It’s like sleeping in a club or a bar, and it feels terrible. Unless they fix the door problem (I guess the smell is from the huge gaps from the door), I won’t be staying here again.

The experience of staying in the place is great! It is convenient for those who needed a place to stay temporarily. Also to include the place’s destination, wherein it is close to the tourists spots that we wanted to visit and take pictures. Overall, the place is good and convenient for everyone.

La luce del bagno e la ventilazione sono sullo stesso pulsante e devono essere accese contemporaneamente. Se vuoi ventilare di notte, devi accenderle la luce È un po' stupida. La posizione del condizionatore d'aria è la più ostile, non importa come lo regoli, è rivolto verso il letto. La testa può essere soffiata con precisione sia nella posizione del vento su che in quella del basso. Di notte c'erano punture di insetti sulla trapunta e al mattino venivano trovati piccoli ragni per terra; l'acqua non scorreva nella zona asciutta del bagno; Il rumore delle motociclette per strada di notte è accettabile, ma la cosa peggiore è che il personale delle pulizie al mattino è davvero rumoroso. La telefonata mattutina è in realtà abbastanza premurosa. Se non ne hai bisogno, devi dirlo alla reception in anticipo.

As well to senado square to ******’s it is at the back of Lisbon ****** Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is speaking English, Sono Filipino anche il desk front cinese può parlare inglese hanno WiFi e un po'di acqua complimentare, puoi fare il caffè che forniscono caldaia elettrica in ogni stanza, che mi piace davvero è l'ascensore, può aspettare molto tempo anche con premere il pulsante, più il personale o il forno Desk molto gentile e approccioso, il desk front Signore Filipino ci aiuta ad arrivare un taxi fuori,quando ritorniamo all’aeroporto di Macao, controlliamo presto e lasciamo il bagaglio al desk front durante il nostro ultimo giorno,dal momento che il nostro volo è 19: Sono tornati alle 15:00, consiglio questo hotel a coloro che vogliono hotel più economico, più potere all'Hotel Familia Feliz spero che possiamo tornare presto.Portero'la mia famiglia.

Il personale è stato disponibile. Nonostante la preoccupazione iniziale, è stato facile prendere un taxi da qui anche la mattina presto. Per il prezzo, questo posto è accettabile, a patto che si riesca a sopportare il rumore del traffico e del marciapiede. La cosa peggiore è stato l'odore di sigaretta che si diffondeva attraverso la ventilazione del bagno dalle altre stanze durante il giorno, quando eravamo fuori, e persino nel cuore della notte. Tutta la stanza era invasa da un odore di sigaretta terribile. Bisognerebbe tenere la ventola (la luce del bagno) sempre accesa.

Upon my arrival, I met a tenant that was wearing pajamas and she seems to have an annoyed expression because probably I arrived at around 1 a.m. to check in at that time. And there's one document that she asked me to give her that has some sort of QR code and I'm not sure what it is. Luckily she let it slid by and led to my room. There was no elevator so you have to walk by stairs and unfortunately my floor is at the highest floor and the corridor around it is so dark. The room itself seems clean. However, the walls had no color so it gave me an eerie vibe as well as the bathroom. They gave no water bottles so you have to get the glass cup to get water outside the door because the dispenser is outside. Overall, the room is ok but eerie at the same time. Will I come back? Probably not

Abbiamo prenotato una camera con finestra, ma siamo stati registrati in una stanza senza finestra, non ho esitato a chiedere, ma l'altra persona non ha chiesto e sarebbe rimasta dove ha effettuato il check-in.
