"È oltre le aspettative e soddisfacente. L'hardware dell'hotel è lussuoso e raffinato, pulito e igienico. I servizi software sono ancora più soddisfacenti e il sistema di servizio maggiordomo è particolarmente premuroso. Dal momento del check-in, c'era un maggiordomo che ci ha fornito un servizio attento in qualsiasi momento, ha aggiunto i suoi dati di contatto prima del check-in, ci ha dato un letto extra come richiesto e ci ha regalato moltissimi bouquet offerti per darci il benvenuto sono stati anche molto piacevoli. Grazie al maggiordomo Ken Zhang per il suo servizio attento e attento e al maggiordomo Lucas Lu per la sua entusiasta compagnia, ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che verrò a Macao."

"Stavo una notte con la mamma il suo compleanno e sicuramente è un'esperienza 5-star (5/5) al Londoner. Il team di relazioni degli ospiti mi ha contattato 2 giorni prima e mi ha messaggiato su WhatsApp per condividere tutti i dettagli di cui ho bisogno e ogni volta che ho bisogno di aiuto durante il mio soggiorno, li ho anche messaggi e sono superresponsivi e di aiuto. La stanza è ben progettata con un minibar completamente arredate e tutte le attrezzature di cui hai bisogno. Uno dei punti di vista è certamente il massaggiatore di piedi in camera - ho passato un'ora lì per rilassarmi i piedi dopo la lunga passeggiata il primo giorno e non dimenticare di provare il bagno, è il migliore che abbia mai provato! In generale, io e mamma abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno con grandi offerte di F&B e servizi straordinari."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking. When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance. In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes. Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)"

"It was wonderful experience to stay in Ritz Carlton Macau. Living at the Ritz is absolutely guaranteed, whether it's the service, attitude, food, cleanliness, and so on, while other hotels were so crowded packed with tours. The pool at Ritz is quiet and clean, and guests can also access wave pool and lazy river at Galaxy hotel, which is wonderful for families and kids. The only thing I wanna say is the location. Ritz is the furthest away from the Galaxy hotel bus shuttle stop and the huge mall at Venetian Hotel, while both are walking distance though."

"Having a great stay at the Macau Banyan Tree hotel. The room service was looking so fantastic, with suite provided the amenities of in-room offspring/bathtub which is a key highlight for this hotel. Also, the price was reasonable. The staff was very nice and serve our needs with caring heart. I definitely will come to stay again next time."

"Ho scelto il pacchetto con biglietti del traghetto gratuiti ed è un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Potenzialmente ogni biglietto del traghetto a persona costa circa 27 dollari di Singapore per un viaggio di andata e ritorno. Solo che non includeva la colazione, ma non è un problema, perché ci sono tutti i ristoranti, i negozi e un sacco di divertimenti proprio sotto l'hotel :) È come un sogno che si avvera! Consiglio anche di raggiungere a piedi il Londoner e il Parisian per ammirare le splendide architetture."

"Hotel si trova sulla ***** di taipa, nella parte sud di Macao.. e’ molto bello, collegato con tutti gli altri hotel della ***** e pieni di negozi e ristoranti. Per raggiungere Macao, si può prendere la nuova linea della metro o con i bus pubblici. Se si arriva con il traghetto da Hong Kong esiste una navetta gratuita che porta direttamente all’hotel. La camera è pulita e ordinata, c’è una piscina all’aperto e un health club per fare yoga. In tutte le hall degli hotel ci sono i tavoli da gioco e le slot machine."

"L'hotel con il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo a Macao, a patto di non scegliere i fine settimana. Ci sono cibo, bevande, intrattenimento e spettacoli, un parco divertimenti e una ruota panoramica. Mondo acquatico. Puoi portare i tuoi bambini per un giorno. Puoi ottenere uno sconto del 12% scaricando l'app Melco e ordinando cibo. C'è anche un supermercato DONKI DONKI. Se vuoi risparmiare, puoi andare al supermercato e comprare cibo che può essere riscaldato felice finché vuoi."

"Il mio soggiorno ha iniziato con un'ottima aggiornamento gratuito in una suite e una bella interazione con la receptionista. Anche se sono rimasto solo al Londoner Grand per una notte, sono tornato regolarmente a cena nei ristoranti - soprattutto Three Bottles in The Conservatory. Tutto quello che mangio in un po' di tempo alla Londra, comprese le frutta e i dolci che portavano nella mia stanza, era fenomenale e ben preparata. Esso è stato dotato di un sacco di attrezzature e di elettronica, ha una bella vista su Cotai *** e la Torre Eiffel a The Parisian. E mi è piaciuto soprattutto la sedia di massaggio della stanza dopo un lungo primo giorno di cammino e esplorazione! La comodità della posizione e la bellezza dell'interno dell'hotel e l'architettura dell'esterno parlano per se stessi. Si può dire molto di più sul servizio, sulle attrezzature e sull'esperienza generale che fornisce il Londoner, ma devo risparmiarlo per la mia prossima revisione quando spero di poter visitare di nuovo!"
