"È oltre le aspettative e soddisfacente. L'hardware dell'hotel è lussuoso e raffinato, pulito e igienico. I servizi software sono ancora più soddisfacenti e il sistema di servizio maggiordomo è particolarmente premuroso. Dal momento del check-in, c'era un maggiordomo che ci ha fornito un servizio attento in qualsiasi momento, ha aggiunto i suoi dati di contatto prima del check-in, ci ha dato un letto extra come richiesto e ci ha regalato moltissimi bouquet offerti per darci il benvenuto sono stati anche molto piacevoli. Grazie al maggiordomo Ken Zhang per il suo servizio attento e attento e al maggiordomo Lucas Lu per la sua entusiasta compagnia, ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che verrò a Macao."

"Il mio soggiorno in questo hotel è stato assolutamente fantastico, e devo fare un enorme grido al personale che lo ha reso così memorabile! Grazie a Katrina, il supervisore del front office, e Colin, sono stati a piedi tutto il tempo, prendendo cura di ogni dettaglio da check-in a qualsiasi richiesta che avevo durante il mio soggiorno. Sono sempre stati responsabili, professionali e incredibilmente attenti, facendomi sentire davvero apprezzato come ospite. Quello che mi ha reso ancora più speciale è stato la sorpresa del compleanno pensante: Colin, insieme alla sua meravigliosa squadra, mi ha personalmente consegnato una deliziosa torta di compleanno, un gesto dolce che mi ha fatto caldo il cuore. Il professionalismo, l'atteggiamento positivo e la dedizione alla soddisfazione degli ospiti di Colin hanno davvero sollevato la mia esperienza in albergo. E ringrazio Olive Tam e Cindy per la bella carta di saluto scritta a mano. Inoltre, non posso aiutare ma cantare lodi per il servizio impeccabile a The Residence per tutta la colazione, il tè pomeriggio e l'ora del cocktail. La dedizione del team sopra al grande servizio è incompatibile, e non posso aspettare di tornare!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Morpheus. The hotel is visually stunning, both inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they made our stay feel extra special because it was my husband's birthday and our (belated) wedding anniversary as well. I actually made a note about my husband's birthday on my hotel booking (via Trip.com) 2 months prior, I was thinking I'll just make the note and maybe the hotel can do something about it closer to the time, or not at all... So I was surprised that the hotel directly responded to that note within a couple of hours of my booking. When we checked in, they presented us with a glass of warm tea for each of us. Then they gave us a key card with our names and 'Happy Anniversary' printed on it, and another key card with 'Happy Birthday (husband's name)' - which we could keep after check out. We were escorted to our room by Samuel who kindly showed us how to operate all the tech in our room and what was chargeable and complimentary in the minibar. They decorated our room with birthday balloons, a bouquet of fresh flowers, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. There was also a handwritten card from the hotel manager (Donna Lee). Room service staff came shortly after with a complimentary birthday cake. House Keeping staff also came in the early evening for turndown service and gifted us with 2 small bottles of room fragrance. In the evening we had a nice light snack and drinks at the hotel restaurant/bar L'Attitude. And then in the morning we ordered breakfast in our room and the kind Room service staff had set up our table for us in fine dining restaurant style within minutes. Our only negative comment is that the gym doesn't open until 10am, which is pretty late for a hotel gym especially when the hotel check out time is 11am. But the staff were still able to let my husband in to use the gym earlier, it's just unfortunate that the sauna and steam room wasn't operating yet at that hour so he couldn't enjoy the full facilities. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world and I have probably only ever written a few online reviews. But I was compelled to leave a review for the Morpheus because it was truly impressive in many aspects and I highly recommend it. In hindsight, everything that I have mentioned should be expected from a 5 star hotel, but it's the hotel staff that pays attention to the small details and exceeds your expectations that sets them above and apart from the other hotels. We will no doubt stay there again in the future and we will be looking forward to it =)"

"Banyan Tree was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel's amenities, including the spa, exceeded my expectations. I can't recommend the Banyan Tree enough - it's the perfect choice for a relaxing and indulgent getaway."

"Ho scelto il pacchetto con biglietti del traghetto gratuiti ed è un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo! Potenzialmente ogni biglietto del traghetto a persona costa circa 27 dollari di Singapore per un viaggio di andata e ritorno. Solo che non includeva la colazione, ma non è un problema, perché ci sono tutti i ristoranti, i negozi e un sacco di divertimenti proprio sotto l'hotel :) È come un sogno che si avvera! Consiglio anche di raggiungere a piedi il Londoner e il Parisian per ammirare le splendide architetture."

"Hotel si trova sulla ***** di taipa, nella parte sud di Macao.. e’ molto bello, collegato con tutti gli altri hotel della ***** e pieni di negozi e ristoranti. Per raggiungere Macao, si può prendere la nuova linea della metro o con i bus pubblici. Se si arriva con il traghetto da Hong Kong esiste una navetta gratuita che porta direttamente all’hotel. La camera è pulita e ordinata, c’è una piscina all’aperto e un health club per fare yoga. In tutte le hall degli hotel ci sono i tavoli da gioco e le slot machine."

"L'hotel con il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo a Macao, a patto di non scegliere i fine settimana. Ci sono cibo, bevande, intrattenimento e spettacoli, un parco divertimenti e una ruota panoramica. Mondo acquatico. Puoi portare i tuoi bambini per un giorno. Puoi ottenere uno sconto del 12% scaricando l'app Melco e ordinando cibo. C'è anche un supermercato DONKI DONKI. Se vuoi risparmiare, puoi andare al supermercato e comprare cibo che può essere riscaldato felice finché vuoi."

"Ottimo hotel, la posizione è conveniente - 2 minuti a Grand Lisboa. L'edificio è molto nuovo e ha tutto il centro commerciale sotto. Non è ancora completamente aperto ma hanno alcuni ristoranti, caffè, piccole cose, farmacia. Voglio dire che hanno bisogno di una non disturbare la carta - hanno solo pulito il pulsante della mia stanza ora. E guardate i turisti cinesi che possono richiedere molto tempo per passare attraverso la reception Il colazione è grande, non c'è niente da dire. Il personale parla inglese, che è grande. Sono comprese le foto della mia stanza con grande Lisbona e una dall'altra parte dell'hotel"

"Overall we had an excellent stay at The Londoner and would gladly come back. The shuttle transfer from the Hengqin border was a bit confusing at first. The signage was not very clear and seemed to point in the wrong direction, and the employee at the pickup point unfortunately spoke neither Mandarin nor English. After some searching we managed to find the correct shuttle and arrived at the hotel without further problems. Once at the property we were immediately assisted by one of the staff members. Check-in can take some time since many guests arrive at the same time. If you travel as a group and request rooms on the same floor, the process may take even longer. It almost felt like receptionists had to compete with each other to secure rooms before they were assigned elsewhere. The organization seemed a little unusual, but eventually everything worked out. We were offered rooms on the same floor, which happened to be a smoking floor. The staff explained that smoke smell should not be noticeable. This turned out to be accurate. The rooms themselves had no smoke smell at all, and only a very faint smell was noticeable in the hallway. For non-smokers it is therefore perfectly manageable to stay on such a floor. The rooms themselves were excellent. They were spotless, spacious and very well equipped. Amenities included a coffee machine with capsules and creamer, more than enough drinking water, a large comfortable bed and easy-to-use electronic controls. The blackout curtains work perfectly for anyone who prefers complete darkness while sleeping. The bathroom area was also very spacious and featured a large mirror, a very nice shower, a bathtub and a Japanese-style toilet. One of our rooms was designed for disabled guests and therefore did not include a bathtub, which was perfectly fine. What stood out positively was how well the accessibility features were integrated. The bathroom was beautifully designed and did not feel like a simple retrofit, which is a very thoughtful touch for guests who need these facilities. The Londoner complex itself is huge and beautifully designed. Staff are present everywhere and are generally friendly and helpful. The complex focuses heavily on shopping and entertainment. Western food and bar options are somewhat limited, but this likely reflects the fact that Macau today caters largely to mainland Chinese visitors. We still easily found options such as the Cheesecake Factory and the Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, which served our needs well. One major advantage of the location is connectivity. From The Londoner you can walk via enclosed skybridges to the Four Seasons, The Venetian and The Parisian, and other ****** resorts can be reached either on foot or with a short and inexpensive taxi ride. If you want to explore the historic Macau Peninsula, reaching the metro system from the ****** complex is not entirely straightforward. However taxis are plentiful and affordable, making the trip very easy. There also appear to be public buses available, although we did not try them ourselves. Overall the hotel complex works very well as a base for visiting the other side of Macau. One small logistical note for travelers heading to Hong Kong Airport: the reception staff could only point us to bus services going to the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge terminal. Direct transfers from the hotel to Hong Kong Airport were not really available through the hotel, so we ended up arranging a private car ourselves. In practice the hotel can easily get you to the bridge terminal, but from there you will need to organize the onward journey yourself unless you book a private transfer in advance. Overall it was an incredible stay and a hotel we would happily choose again. Just keep in mind that Macau is not Las Vegas and caters much more to mainland Chinese visitors, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly."

"Incredibile!! 💕💕 Questo hotel è una storia di Alice in Wonderland con un servizio di alta qualità. Mi piaceva tanto che mi ha prolungato il soggiorno per altri 2 giorni (e mi sono perso il volo, cuz 4 giorni non era sufficiente per vivere in quell'hotel). C'è un grande cortile alimentare, quindi basicamente hai tutto quello che hai bisogno in edificio.Amalo! ❤️"
