Con la tessera della camera si può uscire nel cortile e raggiungere il Ristorante 1913, arredato con grande stile, menzionato nella Guida Michelin. Il cibo è squisito e dalla finestra si può ammirare la splendida vista del Lago dell'Ovest e del Ponte Bai. La colazione offre specialità da tutte le regioni dello Zhejiang, realizzando il concetto di 'cento contee, mille ciotole'. Uscendo dal cortile per una passeggiata, a destra si può raggiungere la tomba di Su Xiaoxiao e assistere allo spettacolo 'Impressione West Lake'; a sinistra si trovano il Museo dell'Esposizione del Lago dell'Ovest del 1929 e la Galleria d'Arte dell'Accademia di Pittura Cinese di Hangzhou. Fuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

Overall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

Il soggiorno a Banyan Tree Hangzhou si sente meno come un hotel urbano e più come la scomparsa in un villaggio privato d'acqua. Il resort si trova all'interno della fama riserva naturale Xixi Wetlands, circondata da canali, bambù, giardini, ponti e misty greeneryyet’s still’s relatively close to central Hangzhou and West Lake. L'architettura si basa sul tradizionale stile acqua-città Jiangnan: pareti lavate bianche, legno scuro, tetti involucri, schermi tagliati, cortile e sentieri di pietra. E' particolarmente bello in tempesta mattina o dopo la pioggia, quando le terre umide si sentono cinematiche. Le camere sono insolite e anche le categorie di accesso sono grandi suite, mentre le villa aggiungeno zone di soffitto all'aperto, giardini privati o piscina a seconda della categoria. Interiori miscela classica design cinese tocca con comfort di lusso, pavimenti riscaldati, bagni profondi, bagni generosi e letti di merda. - E' fantastico!

The Hilton hotel is a spacious and family friendly hotel. It is clean and well maintained with friendly staff. When you first arrive you feel welcomed and treated warmly by staff members. They are patient and offer to carry your things and help you navigate the very design of the hotel. This is not to any detriment to the hotel itself but merely a result of the many offerings it has such as a hall for hosting private functions and events, 2 restaurants and the recreational area. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean with a nice shower and toilet. Our room was graciously upgraded and it came with a bath tub and lake view. The two restaurants are Taste (Asian cuisine) and Eatzy café and bistro. The meals in Taste are generally delicious and packed full of flavour. We ate there twice and while it was excellent I would say it was a bit pricey. The portion sizes are decent but there are some inconsistencies with the quality. That I believe was either due to them being very busy when we revisited. The venue and decor are quite beautiful. The staff at the restaurant are very accommodating and friendly always willing to help. There is a sauna and steam room available in the men and women's locker room for the pool area. Only the indoor pool was available at the time and it was fine though I wished the outdoor pool and bar was open. Sadly it was closed indefinitely. The hotel has some comfortable areas outside to relax around and enjoy. I also noticed little things like extra towels not available in the change room and within the 40 minutes of using the sauna, I wasn't able to ask for a new towel to shower. There is a little beach volleyball area with white sand and shaded cabana like areas for your family and friends to sit and enjoy. Just below the hotel is a Waterpark which has many activities like wakeboarding, paddle and electric boats and more. I felt that it was far too pricey per person. As hotel guest, there should have been a discount. It seems at every turn there is a charge for little things around the hotel that makes it a bit disheartening at times.

Here’s a polished review you can post: I recently stayed at VOCO Hotel at Thousand Island Lake over the weekend, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located with amazing scenery around the lake. The rooms were spotless, the staff were warm and professional, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was also one of the highlights — a great variety of food and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. However, there were a few things I found disappointing. Trip advertises several “free gift coupons,” but in reality they mostly feel like a strategy to encourage you to spend more money rather than actual complimentary benefits. It was a bit misleading. Another thing that felt excessive was the hotel photo service. They give you only 3 free pictures, and if you want additional ones, they charge ¥80 per extra photo, which I honestly find quite exorbitant for simple pictures. Aside from these issues, the hotel experience itself was wonderful, and I would still recommend it for the cleanliness, location, service, and overall comfort.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno qui. L'appartamento è leggero, spazioso e ariato. Il letto è enorme e molto comodo e la doccia e il bagno sono anche bellissimi. Avendo una cucina con utensili, forno e microonde, potremmo cucinare le notti, che è un enorme plus. Il colazione è stato incluso nel nostro soggiorno e è stato vario e delizioso con alcune opzioni occidentali, noodle fresche e omelete, frutta fresca e salate, pane, formaggio, pasticceria e fantastici caffè e succhi freschi. Abbiamo usato la piscina diverse volte (Ricorda i capsule di nuoto!) ed è stato grande e molto bello per una nuoto. La posizione è grande, è vicino alla zona del lago occidentale. Ci siamo camminati lì e indietro, che era circa 45 minuti ogni volta, ma è anche molto facile saltare in un Didi per andare avanti per vedere le Tiger Springs o Nine Creeks e Misty Forest aree davvero bellissime. Il personale era molto utile, siamo arrivati un po’ presto, ci hanno controllati immediatamente e hanno risposto tutte le mie domande, abbiamo chiesto un check-out tardivo e siamo stati generosi, che era un bonus aggiuntivo. Oh - e anche il lobby e l'hotel puzzano fantasticamente! Rimarremo qui al 100% quando torneremo a Hanghzhou e lo consiglieremo fortemente ad altri viaggiatori se vi piacesse un po' di lusso accanto alle comodità a casa.

Il mio miglior soggiorno a Hangzhou, il colazione era finesse~ da succo fresco, ordine di fare soppa di wonton, feci rosse del nido di uccello, strutture in camera erano di alta qualità di notte, amare i set di assotti di toletta e vestito di legno comodo , Il bagno in camera ha un flusso rapido e costante di acqua riscaldata, a differenza di altri hotel che possono avere interrotto il riscaldamento idrico fino a quando il tubo è pieno.

I enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale very much. Dan at the reception was very friendly and did the check in quick and smooth. She arranged a higher floor room for me which I really appreciate. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel has also self service washing machines for guests in the basement floor, very convenient!
