Hotel 4 stelle a Cebu

Stayed at Holiday Inn Cebu for a short night before an early departure, and it was a pleasant experience. Despite arriving after midnight, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was new, clean, spacious, and very comfortable—especially the pillows, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was good, although a wider variety of options would make it even better. We didn’t get much time to explore the hotel’s facilities as we checked out early the next morning, but we’d definitely love to return and stay here again.

Perfect. Close to ormoc port about 10 to 15 mins drive. Near ayala mall and sto nin̈o church also hotel is clean, friendly stuff n beautifull view they nice pool, n gym we tried🥰. 🫰❤️ highly recomended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort, and overall, it was a beautiful experience. The resort is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by clear blue waters that create a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The tranquil environment made it an ideal choice for a quick getaway. The resort itself is well-maintained, with lovely landscaping and comfortable amenities. The serene setting really enhances the overall experience, making it a great place to unwind for a two-night stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the friendly staff. From the reception to the poolside attendants, everyone was warm and welcoming. The pool guys were particularly nice, adding to the relaxed vibe of the resort. However, I did find that the food needs significant improvement. While the dining options were ample, the quality and variety fell short of expectations. To truly enhance the guest experience, I believe that more attention to the menu and food preparation is necessary. This aspect would play a crucial role in my decision to return. Another area that requires attention is the communication regarding trips and activities. Unfortunately, we often found ourselves headed to the wrong locations, only to be redirected to another part of the island. Clearer information about where to go for excursions would be greatly beneficial for guests. In summary, Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort is a beautiful destination with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. However, improvements in food quality and clearer communication regarding activities are essential for a more satisfying experience. With these adjustments, I could see myself returning, as the stunning views and peaceful environment are truly commendable.

È un luogo meraviglioso di relax per rimanere dopo un lungo giorno di giornata esauriente, offrendo un'atmosfera tranquilla e tranquilla che vi permette di riposare. Amo questo posto perché è una grande proprietà con molte parti e cose diverse da fare. Ci sono davvero molte piscine, un parco aquatico, un'isola infiammabile su una grande piscina, una sala da gioco, un bar, un ristorante, un negozio di souvenir (che vende anche medicinali di base e i servizi igienici), bagni, un giardino, la spiaggia davanti. Se siete una famiglia con figli di diverse età e anche se avete nonni in arrivo, sarebbe perfetto. Non sono sgualdrine con sedie da letto e in una piscina, si può giocare a volleyball. Le loro camere sono di buona dimensione e sono dotate di un piccolo rif, asciugacapelli, una caramella e un tè e caffè gratis. Il loro buffet di colazione è fantastico con tanti cibi e bevande da scegliere. C'è una macchina per il contante BDO e il loro personale è molto utile e gentile. Prendere cibo non è consentito per consegnare al lobby, possono solo farlo alla porta della proprietà e mentre non è lontano da camminare lì, si può chiedere di trasportare gratuitamente per portare la vostra ordinazione e poi tornare al lobby. Essi prendono anche carte di credito e stazioni idriche in ogni piano dove si può riempire le bottiglie d'acqua. Ci sono 2 grandi bottiglie d'acqua in ogni stanza. Credo che l'unica questione che ho è che ho percepito questo resort come familiare a causa delle molte attività per diverse età, ma le nostre camere sono state dotate di bagni con parete di vetro dove una persona fuori dal bagno può tirare i ciechi. Quando ho prenotato le camere, non si diceva che la camera sarebbe stata simile. Vorrei che fossero distinte durante la prenotazione, in modo che le persone che non vogliono che le camere siano simili possano evitarlo.

Frequento il Costabella da quasi 20 anni e l'ho sempre considerato un hotel piacevole e ben tenuto. Anzi, mi sono persino sposato qui! Tuttavia, durante il mio ultimo soggiorno, l'esperienza è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. Avevamo prenotato una camera con vista piscina e, dopo il check-in, sono rimasto sinceramente sorpreso di scoprire che la camera si trovava al terzo piano. In base alle mie numerose esperienze precedenti, avevo sempre pensato che le camere con vista piscina fossero quelle adiacenti alla piscina al piano terra. Se prenotate una camera con vista piscina, tenete presente che potrebbe non essere così e che le vostre aspettative dovrebbero essere ridimensionate di conseguenza. La camera in sé era un po' datata, ma pulita, confortevole e ben tenuta. Il servizio di pulizia è stato costante per tutta la durata del soggiorno, il che ha contribuito a compensare l'arredamento un po' datato. L'area della piscina è relativamente piccola ma generalmente ben tenuta. Purtroppo, era estremamente affollata durante il giorno a causa del gran numero di visitatori con il pass giornaliero. Di conseguenza, per la maggior parte della giornata non c'erano lettini o sdraio disponibili per gli ospiti dell'hotel, il che è stato deludente. Nota positiva: la spiaggia era pulita e piacevole. La delusione principale è stata il cibo. La colazione a buffet non meriterebbe più di 4 su 10. Gran parte del cibo non era stato rifornito, compresi i distributori di succhi e caffè vuoti, e ciò che rimaneva era freddo e poco invitante. Tuttavia, la situazione era migliore il secondo giorno. Anche la cena è stata altrettanto deludente. Diverse portate principali sono state servite fredde e hanno dovuto essere rimandate in cucina due volte. Alla fine, abbiamo annullato due piatti di pesce, poiché il riscaldamento ha sollevato dubbi sulla qualità e la sicurezza alimentare. La bistecca, che un tempo era uno dei punti di forza del Costabella per me, era estremamente dura e ben al di sotto degli standard a cui ero abituato. Nel complesso, il Costabella conserva ancora molti aspetti positivi, ma questo soggiorno non ha rispecchiato gli standard a cui ero abituato e sarà la mia ultima visita. A meno che la qualità del cibo e la gestione della capacità ricettiva non migliorino, trovo difficile consigliare il Costabella sulla base di questa recente esperienza.

Location is good - walkable to restaurants a lot of them are Korean-owned which reflects higher prices except for Filipino-themed cuisine. Hotel rates are higher so I expected a higher level of service however, I was deeply shocked that when I asked for a bucket of ice, they said they charge P100. I am a traveler from the US and my job exposes me to travel usually 3 to 5 star hotels this hotel pretends to be a four-star hotel but the shocking charge of 100 pesos which is less than two dollars. It’s just so ridiculous. It leaves a bad memory of this hotel for me. I think they are monetizing every little thing and that does not make them classy. We were in a group of four, and we also went to the dinner at patio Gavino rooftop and took the Buffet for 1000 pesos per person, but the selection was limited. It was just a good place to experience being on the rooftop however I have been eating out literally every day in my five weeks trip to the Philippines so I can compare prices the 1000 pesos was not justified maybe more appropriate for 600 pesos per person because there was nothing great about the food selection. I also went in the pool and it was a great four hours of swimming, but considering that they catered to a lot of tourist they should extend their full hours to at least until 10 PM because it is super hot in the Philippines. I can’t understand why they have short pool hours when that is really the main attraction of the hotel. What is great though is there bathroom which is air-conditioned and pretty clean to take showers the breakfast is also pretty good and we had complementary breakfast for two days. The staff were great, but I cannot forget the 100 peso charge for ice this hotel should install ice machines in each floor since that is a big necessity considering how hot it is so for the owners I wish you would reconsider your business way of doing things and trying not to charge every little thing. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I do not want or believe I need to go back to your hotel.

Location wise, this is pefect. You can just take any public transport and you are there when you get off. The staff are very well trained, very nice and very polite. Everything looked very clean and even if the hotel is not that big, they had a badminton/volleball courts. There is enough beach front to walk around. For a Lapu-lapu beach, their beach is clean enough as well. They had plenty of covered lounge couches to enjoy beach front even under the sun. The pool is small but it feels clean. We paid an extra ₱ 500 to get the ”upgrade” for the ocean view and it was our biggest mistake causing us to lose sleep. Apparently, the room assigned to us was part of an adjoining room and the sound insulation was terrible. We can hear everything happening in the other room and unfortunately the couple in the other room were going at it very loudly (the girl was shouting) until around 5 in the morning. We don't recommend the breakfast buffet as well especially if you are paying the extra ₱1,100 for another person. Very few choices, very salty meat dishes and we don't know exactly what caused it but we had a stomachache after breakfast.

The hotel is so grand, everything looks fancy, aesthetic and expensive . The staff wears uniforms, everyone looks tidy and sharp. Staff are polite and easy to approach. The view from room 1535 is spectacular. I can see the sea, a small community, another building and part of the city. The room is well maintained, clean and tidy. Everything is inside. Free coffee, shampoo, body wash, soap, 2 towels, 1 small towel, 2 bottled water, hot water, tv, CR, bathroom, safety deposit box, very big window . My family was very happy during their overnight staycation.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico per la quarta volta. Il posto era fantastico, le persone erano così gentili e c'erano molte cose da fare nel resort. Abbiamo adorato il ristorante, soprattutto il cibo era delizioso e conveniente. È un posto perfetto per rilassarci con la mia famiglia.
