Il popolo di stupendo villaggio di Huhu Lake nascosto nella montagna di neve di Zhulong 🏔️, è confortevole come tornare a casa. Dall'auto a un parcheggio vicino al giardino di pescatori, tre amministratori hanno aspettato lungo la strada. Sono stati in grado di aiutarmi e portare i bagagli con i miei amici. My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at this accommodation. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible views. First of all, the staff were exceptional – they were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They are also warm and friendly. The lady boss took photos for us and offered us drinks every night. Breakfast and afternoon tea was provided everyday. Any concerns will be attended to via our wechat group. Secondly, The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, but the highlight has to be the bathtub with a view. The standalone bathtub overlooking the landscape was the ultimate touch of luxury and relaxation — it’s like having a private spa with nature as your backdrop. The room offered a breathtaking view of the mountains, and waking up to the stunning mountain view every morning felt surreal. Besides that, the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet – perfect for unwinding. I would totally recommend it and will be returning for sure!

Stunning Views, Beautiful Design & Warm Hospitality A fantastic stay at Rishine Golden Sunrise Vista. The room has a really thoughtful design layout — stylish, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the standout features was the sunken bathtub in the room, a lovely touch that added to the whole experience. The real showstopper is the view, we had an unobstructed look at Jade Snow Mountain from our room, absolutely breathtaking. The location is ideal too, just a short taxi ride to Baisha Ancient Town. The staff were excellent throughout, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special, peaceful stay near Lijiang with a view you won't forget.

Viaggiato con i miei genitori del 50 e mezzo e entrambi l'amore assoluto. Niente, tranne lode per questo hotel, saremo sicuramente di nuovo! Anche noi amavamo il mixian e dimsum!!!! Ho anche il pane di noccioline intero oggi e era così buono

Il nostro soggiorno in questa bella ranch montagna a Lijiang non era altro che eccezionale. Da quando siamo arrivati, mia moglie e io siamo stati molto accolti con favore da un personale incredibilmente attento e amichevole, che andava oltre e sopra per rendere veramente memorabile la nostra esperienza. Il servizio era impeccabile in tutto il tempo, tutti i dettagli erano stati presi cura di, e la vera ospitità del team ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Se ci aiutava a organizzare o semplicemente a controllare per assicurarci che ci fosse comodo, la loro dedizione era davvero fuori luogo. Il fatto che il soggiorno fosse ancora più magico è stato l'incredibile vista delle montagne coperte di neve. È stato un'esperienza inoltrabile e facile svegliare un paesaggio così sereno e majestoso ogni mattina, e una delle nostre evidenze. Non potevamo chiedere un migliore percorso, ma molto consigliato per chiunque cercasse di rilassarsi, ricarrirsi e godere di un servizio eccellente in un ambiente stupendo.

Very pretty room with scenic Yulong Snow Mountain view. Very nice and helpful hosts who attend to all our requests promptly. Quiet and peaceful location and close walking distance to Bai Sha Ancient City. Would stay again!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff provided truly outstanding service — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They offered complimentary massage, tea time, and breakfast, all of which were wonderful. The free shuttle service was also very convenient. They even upgraded my room, which was such a lovely surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was how thoughtful the staff were. When I had a fall, they immediately offered to send me to the hospital and even prepared spray for my wound. Their care and concern really made a difference. And not to forget the three adorable dogs — they completely won my heart and made me want to come back again! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Baisha.

4.5 stars. Almost perfect . I wish I could give it 5 stars but have some disappointments and rough around the edges. A unique resort. The places is beautiful and harmony with nature. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights and didn't feel the need to leave the resort at all. Picturesque scenery. You come here to relax, wall and enjoy the fresh air, and take a million photos. Tea break at their stunning cliff side cafe is inclusive. Also singing and drinking after dinner was a warm experience. Food was delicious, although more variety would be appreciated for long stay guests. The pet dogs and cats deserve their own 5 stars! Super friendly and tame - our kids loved playing with them. The staff treated and trained the animals really well. Horses for riding (extra fee) was a great experience. Next time will take lessons. Service was warm and sincere. Always with a smile. The staff was genuine, friendly, polite, helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. They really tried to give their best to meet our needs. I felt really at home and we were treated very well. The negatives. Things are inconsistent. We had a beautiful skylight to see stars but it was so dirty that we can hardly see through. Cleaning apparently was difficult and couldn't be done, so what's the use ? Our safe was locked by the previous guest and they did not have the ability to reset and open. So we couldn't use it. Our rooms was not cleaned on day 3 and 4. On day 4. they just replenished items. Didn't clean or throw away rubbish. Toilets at the cliffside cafe is terrible state, nobody wash? One dinner, waited for our vegetables for 30 mins. When we asked ”why is it taking long?”, they say ”sorry out of stock'. So had to cancel. Coffee machine had problems , milk tube or valve clogged? could not make milk drinks (e.g cappuccino, latte) during last 2 days. Archery had many broken arrows , less than half can be used. They also offered cup noodles for free! Ask us if we wanted. Very nice gesture, but then they say ”sorry no more cup noodles”. Did not replenish during our trip. Overall an excellent experience, would come again. Could be perfect, but given the price , I would not expect to encounter these negatives mentioned.
