Dall'auto a un parcheggio vicino al giardino di pescatori, tre amministratori hanno aspettato lungo la strada. Sono stati in grado di aiutarmi e portare i bagagli con i miei amici. My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at this accommodation. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible views. First of all, the staff were exceptional – they were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They are also warm and friendly. The lady boss took photos for us and offered us drinks every night. Breakfast and afternoon tea was provided everyday. Any concerns will be attended to via our wechat group. Secondly, The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, but the highlight has to be the bathtub with a view. The standalone bathtub overlooking the landscape was the ultimate touch of luxury and relaxation — it’s like having a private spa with nature as your backdrop. The room offered a breathtaking view of the mountains, and waking up to the stunning mountain view every morning felt surreal. Besides that, the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet – perfect for unwinding. I would totally recommend it and will be returning for sure!

Viaggiato con i miei genitori del 50 e mezzo e entrambi l'amore assoluto. Niente, tranne lode per questo hotel, saremo sicuramente di nuovo! Anche noi amavamo il mixian e dimsum!!!! Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. I genuinely loved my stay at Yulong Mujianshan Homestay, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable accommodations of my Yunnan trip. What really stood out from the start was the level of service. The team goes above and beyond in the smallest details — from helping with transport arrangements to proactively checking in on your plans. Communication is seamless if you add them on WeChat, which makes coordinating things like pick-ups, recommendations, or even last-minute requests incredibly convenient. Location-wise, it’s important to note that the homestay is not in Lijiang Old Town, but instead located in Baisha Ancient Town — and honestly, that’s part of its charm. The area is much quieter, more laid-back, and far less commercialised. It’s perfect if you’re looking to slow down and enjoy a more peaceful side of Lijiang, while still being just a short walk from Baisha Old Town for a relaxed stroll or casual exploration. One of the highlights of the stay is definitely the viewing deck. On clear days, you’ll get stunning views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and if you’re lucky, even catch the famous “golden mountain” sunrise. It’s the kind of view that makes you want to slow down and just take it all in. The homestay also makes it easy to explore beyond the immediate area. They can recommend e-bike rentals, which is honestly one of the best ways to explore the outskirts of Baisha at your own pace, especially given how scenic and less crowded the surroundings are. Food-wise, the experience was consistently enjoyable. Breakfast is simple but well done, and it’s a nice way to start the day before heading out. Another big plus is their transport support. They can help arrange pick-up and drop-off services, which is extremely useful given the more remote location. Just make sure to communicate your requirements in advance, such as the number of passengers or luggage size, as they are very accommodating when informed early. Overall, this stay strikes a really nice balance between comfort, scenery, and personalised service. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed, the environment is peaceful, and the hospitality genuinely makes you feel taken care of. It’s the kind of place that’s not just a base for your trip, but part of the experience itself. Would definitely come back again.

Very pretty room with scenic Yulong Snow Mountain view. Very nice and helpful hosts who attend to all our requests promptly. Quiet and peaceful location and close walking distance to Bai Sha Ancient City. Would stay again!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff provided truly outstanding service — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They offered complimentary massage, tea time, and breakfast, all of which were wonderful. The free shuttle service was also very convenient. They even upgraded my room, which was such a lovely surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable. What impressed me most was how thoughtful the staff were. When I had a fall, they immediately offered to send me to the hospital and even prepared spray for my wound. Their care and concern really made a difference. And not to forget the three adorable dogs — they completely won my heart and made me want to come back again! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Baisha.

Il personale è il più importante che si trova in questo posto.Jason, il direttore, parla eccellente inglese e ha fatto molte raccomandazioni e ha fatto in modo che ci fosse tutto quello che ci serviva. Quando accidentalmente abbiamo lasciato il telefono in un Didi, uno dei nostri team ci ha aiutato a tracciarlo e siamo stati così sollevati e grati. Poche cose come il gruppo WeChat per la comunicazione, ricordano il tempo di colazione, e anche offrire un sacchetto di colazione per le partite precoce mostrano quanto tutti sono pensati e attenti. La posizione è anche perfetta, a 10-minute passeggiata dalla città antica, ma tranquilla e tranquilla di notte. L'unica piccola suggerimento che avrei fatto è un piccolo basket di frutta benvenuto o una bevanda al momento dell'arrivo, qualcosa che altri ospiti locali fanno e è sempre un caldo toccamento. 4.5 stars. Almost perfect . I wish I could give it 5 stars but have some disappointments and rough around the edges. A unique resort. The places is beautiful and harmony with nature. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights and didn't feel the need to leave the resort at all. Picturesque scenery. You come here to relax, wall and enjoy the fresh air, and take a million photos. Tea break at their stunning cliff side cafe is inclusive. Also singing and drinking after dinner was a warm experience. Food was delicious, although more variety would be appreciated for long stay guests. The pet dogs and cats deserve their own 5 stars! Super friendly and tame - our kids loved playing with them. The staff treated and trained the animals really well. Horses for riding (extra fee) was a great experience. Next time will take lessons. Service was warm and sincere. Always with a smile. The staff was genuine, friendly, polite, helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. They really tried to give their best to meet our needs. I felt really at home and we were treated very well. The negatives. Things are inconsistent. We had a beautiful skylight to see stars but it was so dirty that we can hardly see through. Cleaning apparently was difficult and couldn't be done, so what's the use ? Our safe was locked by the previous guest and they did not have the ability to reset and open. So we couldn't use it. Our rooms was not cleaned on day 3 and 4. On day 4. they just replenished items. Didn't clean or throw away rubbish. Toilets at the cliffside cafe is terrible state, nobody wash? One dinner, waited for our vegetables for 30 mins. When we asked ”why is it taking long?”, they say ”sorry out of stock'. So had to cancel. Coffee machine had problems , milk tube or valve clogged? could not make milk drinks (e.g cappuccino, latte) during last 2 days. Archery had many broken arrows , less than half can be used. They also offered cup noodles for free! Ask us if we wanted. Very nice gesture, but then they say ”sorry no more cup noodles”. Did not replenish during our trip. Overall an excellent experience, would come again. Could be perfect, but given the price , I would not expect to encounter these negatives mentioned.
