Il nostro soggiorno a Casa Nguluko è stato eccellente in ogni modo, con l'associazione di lusso con autentica cultura locale. La nostra esperienza è stata eccezionale, ma ha preso tempo per guidarci personalmente a piedi intorno al villaggio e ha condiviso le sue profonde conoscenze della cultura naxi, rendendo il nostro viaggio molto più significativo. L'hotel ha anche un collegamento unico con la sua casa familiare, che ci ha dato la rara occasione di incontrare i familiari e di collegare autenticamente con la vita del villaggio. Il cibo qui era eccellente, soprattutto la colazione era un'accento.Il personale era sempre attento, amichevole e pronto a aiutare con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Grazie per i buoni ricordi.La mia zia e zio che sono rimasti qui nel loro primo viaggio in Cina parlano ancora di questo posto. Molto consiglio!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience at this accommodation. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with incredible views. First of all, the staff were exceptional – they were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They are also warm and friendly. The lady boss took photos for us and offered us drinks every night. Breakfast and afternoon tea was provided everyday. Any concerns will be attended to via our wechat group. Secondly, The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, but the highlight has to be the bathtub with a view. The standalone bathtub overlooking the landscape was the ultimate touch of luxury and relaxation — it’s like having a private spa with nature as your backdrop. The room offered a breathtaking view of the mountains, and waking up to the stunning mountain view every morning felt surreal. Besides that, the surrounding area is peaceful and quiet – perfect for unwinding. I would totally recommend it and will be returning for sure!

Stunning Views, Beautiful Design & Warm Hospitality A fantastic stay at Rishine Golden Sunrise Vista. The room has a really thoughtful design layout — stylish, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the standout features was the sunken bathtub in the room, a lovely touch that added to the whole experience. The real showstopper is the view, we had an unobstructed look at Jade Snow Mountain from our room, absolutely breathtaking. The location is ideal too, just a short taxi ride to Baisha Ancient Town. The staff were excellent throughout, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special, peaceful stay near Lijiang with a view you won't forget.

Il loro spazio comune ha sezioni diverse, dandovi scelte su dove e cosa si desidera vivere. Il suo interno sta scritto lusso in ogni angolo. Anche hanno un posto incendio che è in realtà un umidificatore - molto importante per un posto freddo. 2. In secondo luogo, come il suo nome, è la vacanza più imprudente che abbiamo avuto, dove tutto è ben preparato e ben pianificato. 3. Infine, ma non meno importante, l'ospitalità. I suoi proprietari sono sempre intorno. Abbiamo molte conversazioni accanto al fuoco (un fuoco legittimo) e quando partimo, le parole più toccanti sono state detto: ”Chiamaci se c'è qualcosa come siamo persone locali, possiamo aiutarti”. I genuinely loved my stay at Yulong Mujianshan Homestay, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable accommodations of my Yunnan trip. What really stood out from the start was the level of service. The team goes above and beyond in the smallest details — from helping with transport arrangements to proactively checking in on your plans. Communication is seamless if you add them on WeChat, which makes coordinating things like pick-ups, recommendations, or even last-minute requests incredibly convenient. Location-wise, it’s important to note that the homestay is not in Lijiang Old Town, but instead located in Baisha Ancient Town — and honestly, that’s part of its charm. The area is much quieter, more laid-back, and far less commercialised. It’s perfect if you’re looking to slow down and enjoy a more peaceful side of Lijiang, while still being just a short walk from Baisha Old Town for a relaxed stroll or casual exploration. One of the highlights of the stay is definitely the viewing deck. On clear days, you’ll get stunning views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and if you’re lucky, even catch the famous “golden mountain” sunrise. It’s the kind of view that makes you want to slow down and just take it all in. The homestay also makes it easy to explore beyond the immediate area. They can recommend e-bike rentals, which is honestly one of the best ways to explore the outskirts of Baisha at your own pace, especially given how scenic and less crowded the surroundings are. Food-wise, the experience was consistently enjoyable. Breakfast is simple but well done, and it’s a nice way to start the day before heading out. Another big plus is their transport support. They can help arrange pick-up and drop-off services, which is extremely useful given the more remote location. Just make sure to communicate your requirements in advance, such as the number of passengers or luggage size, as they are very accommodating when informed early. Overall, this stay strikes a really nice balance between comfort, scenery, and personalised service. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed, the environment is peaceful, and the hospitality genuinely makes you feel taken care of. It’s the kind of place that’s not just a base for your trip, but part of the experience itself. Would definitely come back again.

Un hotel meraviglioso, che si trova vicino alla città antica di Baisha, può sembrare inaspettabile all'inizio, ma si è sentito come una fata quando si è entrato nell'hotel. Ogni parte del soggiorno era perfetta - dal servizio di butler 24h, caffè/succhi d'arancia gratis tutto il giorno (con una vista sorprendente, non meno), cena bbq giornaliera e dessert buonanotte, display di fireworks e sparkler e anche libero esperienza di colore adesivo. Viaggiato con i miei genitori del 50 e mezzo e entrambi l'amore assoluto. Niente, tranne lode per questo hotel, saremo sicuramente di nuovo! Anche noi amavamo il mixian e dimsum!!!! Ho anche il pane di noccioline intero oggi e era così buono

My stay at Wan Chuan Xu in Lijiang was truly marvellous and exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt less like a guest and more like a member of the family. The hospitality here is exceptional! Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever possible. The location is fantastic. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Baisha Ancient Town (Bai Sha Gu Zhen), making it extremely convenient while still being peaceful and relaxing. Despite its tranquil setting, transportation is well taken care of, with a complimentary pick-up and drop-off service to the train station, which is about 30 minutes away, an absolute lifesaver. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with cleanliness clearly being a top priority. The hotel also offers thoughtful amenities such as free washing and drying machines, which is incredibly helpful for longer stays. One of the highlights is the complimentary massage service, one free massage per day during your stay, which was a wonderful surprise and added to the overall sense of relaxation. Breakfast is also provided, and the staff generously shares recommendations on places to visit, helping us plan our itinerary with ease. To top it all off, the hotel has three big, adorable dogs who are incredibly cute and friendly, adding even more warmth and charm to the experience. Overall, Wan Chuan Xu offers outstanding service, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lijiang. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this Mountain Spring in Yunnan! The place was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and we especially loved being surrounded by the animals around the property. They added so much charm and joy to our stay. The peaceful atmosphere truly made this place feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Yulong Snow Mountain) right from our room. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. What made the experience even more special was how much our kids enjoyed their time there. They were able to feed the animals, interact and play with them freely, and even pick fresh vegetables and fruits from the farm. It was a wonderful hands-on experience that allowed them to connect with nature and learn where food comes from. The owner was incredibly friendly and passionate about what he does. He personally took us around his plantations, shared his knowledge about farming, and patiently explained how different fruits and vegetables are grown. We learned so much during our stay and truly appreciated his generosity in sharing his experience with us. The farm stay also has a lovely café where guests can relax and enjoy afternoon tea while taking in the beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the farm and the stunning mountain views. Another huge bonus is that there is a ranch right next to the property with even more animals. Our kids absolutely loved it! They had plenty of space to run around, interact with the animals, and feed them. It added another layer of fun and adventure to the trip, making it an unforgettable experience for the whole family. They’ve in house professional photographer provided by the farm stay. It was fantastic because we get to dress up in their traditional costume which was also inclusive!! We were pleasantly surprised that complimentary photos were included for guests staying there. Photos were awesome because the Yulong snow mountain is right outside our resort. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yunnan, especially families with children. If you’re looking for a cozy, authentic, educational, and memorable experience, this is definitely the place to stay. We left with wonderful memories, beautiful photos, and a much deeper appreciation for farm life and nature. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back again!

4.5 stars. Almost perfect . I wish I could give it 5 stars but have some disappointments and rough around the edges. A unique resort. The places is beautiful and harmony with nature. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights and didn't feel the need to leave the resort at all. Picturesque scenery. You come here to relax, wall and enjoy the fresh air, and take a million photos. Tea break at their stunning cliff side cafe is inclusive. Also singing and drinking after dinner was a warm experience. Food was delicious, although more variety would be appreciated for long stay guests. The pet dogs and cats deserve their own 5 stars! Super friendly and tame - our kids loved playing with them. The staff treated and trained the animals really well. Horses for riding (extra fee) was a great experience. Next time will take lessons. Service was warm and sincere. Always with a smile. The staff was genuine, friendly, polite, helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. They really tried to give their best to meet our needs. I felt really at home and we were treated very well. The negatives. Things are inconsistent. We had a beautiful skylight to see stars but it was so dirty that we can hardly see through. Cleaning apparently was difficult and couldn't be done, so what's the use ? Our safe was locked by the previous guest and they did not have the ability to reset and open. So we couldn't use it. Our rooms was not cleaned on day 3 and 4. On day 4. they just replenished items. Didn't clean or throw away rubbish. Toilets at the cliffside cafe is terrible state, nobody wash? One dinner, waited for our vegetables for 30 mins. When we asked ”why is it taking long?”, they say ”sorry out of stock'. So had to cancel. Coffee machine had problems , milk tube or valve clogged? could not make milk drinks (e.g cappuccino, latte) during last 2 days. Archery had many broken arrows , less than half can be used. They also offered cup noodles for free! Ask us if we wanted. Very nice gesture, but then they say ”sorry no more cup noodles”. Did not replenish during our trip. Overall an excellent experience, would come again. Could be perfect, but given the price , I would not expect to encounter these negatives mentioned.
