RRhea KohIl mio ragazzo e io abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza in questo alloggio, e lo consiglierei assolutamente a chiunque cercasse una casa rilassante con una vista incredibile.
In primo luogo, il personale era eccezionale – erano incredibilmente benvenuti e attenti. Sono anche caldi e amichevoli. La signora capo ci ha preso delle foto e ci ha offerto delle bevande ogni notte. Colazione e tè pomeriggio sono stati forniti ogni giorno. Le eventuali preoccupazioni saranno affrontate tramite il nostro gruppo di discussione.
In secondo luogo, la stanza era spaziosa, pulita e ben progettata, ma l'accento deve essere il bagno con vista. Il bagno monolone che guarda il paesaggio è stato il toccato finale di lusso e relax è come avere un spa privato con la natura come il tuo sfondo. La stanza offre una vista splendida sulle montagne e svegliarsi fino alla vista stupenda delle montagne ogni mattina si sentiva surreale. Hotel eccezionale, devo dare 5 stelle. Un hotel con una vista meravigliosa con vasca da bagno. Il servizio del personale dell'hotel si è preso cura di noi alla grande. Le strutture dell'hotel sono complete, degne di un hotel a cinque stelle. La vista dalla nostra camera è la più bella. Si può vedere chiaramente la Jade Dragon Snow Mountain sia al mattino che alla sera. Tutto il personale è disponibile in ogni modo. Ci hanno consigliato buoni ristoranti locali e ci hanno portato lì e nella città vecchia. Ci hanno anche mandato alla stazione ferroviaria. Un altro soggiorno meraviglioso in questo Airbnb. Sebbene questa camera non abbia una vista diretta sul Monte Innevato Yulong, l'esperienza complessiva è stata comunque eccellente. La colazione era deliziosa e preparata con cura, e abbiamo apprezzato molto le bevande gratuite: un tocco davvero gentile e generoso. L'host è stato, come sempre, molto cordiale e attento, rendendo il nostro soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Un ottimo posto dove soggiornare, con una calorosa ospitalità e un ottimo servizio. Altamente raccomandato!

UUtente ospiteWe stayed in Stone Lodge for 3 nights in the middle of December.
Let us talk about the good things first.
1. Snow Mountain View rooms can see 日照金山from bed.
2. Location is good for going to snow mountain. It takes around 20min to reach visitor centre of snow mountain.
3. Service is very good. U can ask for anything and they will provide for example bubble wrap to pack our fragile shopping. There’s also free laundry service.
4. Good for those who like the activities included in the room package. We did the Naxi home visit, horse riding and art and craft diy and enjoyed them very much. We like the afternoon tea provided too. And we can have coffee and fruits as much as we want.
Now some points to note.
1. Room is a bit small for 3 of us. The toilet is like a shower cubicle that opens into the room. We only discovered the ventilation switch im the middle of the stay and was wondering why the cubicle is so stuffy, not to mention the smell. With the ventilation on, the problems are solved. The shower cubicle is opposite with the sink in between them. All open into the room with no partition around the bathroom area. The walls of the toilet and shower cubicles are frosted glass and is acceptable for me and my daughters, all ladies.
2. The village is very small. Not much to see. We went to a cafe popular on internet that can take photo on the roof with the snow mountain in the background. The drinks are ok but the pasta is not nice. Maybe that’s why this restaurant is not in the recommended list of the hotel. We did not explore the village much but from what I see, it’s just 1 short street.
3. Ask for a 3rd floor room. It has a sky roof over the bed and we can see stars when we turn off all the lights in the room.
Overall, we did not regret our decision to stay here in the Stone Lodge. If the activities were not included in the package, we would not have experienced them at all.

UUtente ospiteIl nostro soggiorno a Casa Nguluko è stato eccellente in ogni modo, con l'associazione di lusso con autentica cultura locale.
La nostra esperienza è stata eccezionale, ma ha preso tempo per guidarci personalmente a piedi intorno al villaggio e ha condiviso le sue profonde conoscenze della cultura naxi, rendendo il nostro viaggio molto più significativo. L'hotel ha anche un collegamento unico con la sua casa familiare, che ci ha dato la rara occasione di incontrare i familiari e di collegare autenticamente con la vita del villaggio.
Il cibo qui era eccellente, soprattutto la colazione era un'accento.Il personale era sempre attento, amichevole e pronto a aiutare con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno.
Grazie per i buoni ricordi.La mia zia e zio che sono rimasti qui nel loro primo viaggio in Cina parlano ancora di questo posto. Molto consiglio!

The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement.
It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others.
Location:
Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience.
Customer Service & Staff:
The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs.
The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay.

CChoo1234.5 stars. Almost perfect . I wish I could give it 5 stars but have some disappointments and rough around the edges.
A unique resort. The places is beautiful and harmony with nature. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights and didn't feel the need to leave the resort at all.
Picturesque scenery. You come here to relax, wall and enjoy the fresh air, and take a million photos. Tea break at their stunning cliff side cafe is inclusive. Also singing and drinking after dinner was a warm experience.
Food was delicious, although more variety would be appreciated for long stay guests.
The pet dogs and cats deserve their own 5 stars! Super friendly and tame - our kids loved playing with them. The staff treated and trained the animals really well. Horses for riding (extra fee) was a great experience. Next time will take lessons.
Service was warm and sincere. Always with a smile. The staff was genuine, friendly, polite, helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them.
They really tried to give their best to meet our needs. I felt really at home and we were treated very well.
The negatives.
Things are inconsistent. We had a beautiful skylight to see stars but it was so dirty that we can hardly see through. Cleaning apparently was difficult and couldn't be done, so what's the use ? Our safe was locked by the previous guest and they did not have the ability to reset and open. So we couldn't use it.
Our rooms was not cleaned on day 3 and 4. On day 4. they just replenished items. Didn't clean or throw away rubbish.
Toilets at the cliffside cafe is terrible state, nobody wash? One dinner, waited for our vegetables for 30 mins. When we asked ”why is it taking long?”, they say ”sorry out of stock'. So had to cancel. Coffee machine had problems , milk tube or valve clogged? could not make milk drinks (e.g cappuccino, latte) during last 2 days.
Archery had many broken arrows , less than half can be used.
They also offered cup noodles for free! Ask us if we wanted. Very nice gesture, but then they say ”sorry no more cup noodles”. Did not replenish during our trip.
Overall an excellent experience, would come again. Could be perfect, but given the price , I would not expect to encounter these negatives mentioned.

DDanyAprillaLa cabina stessa è stupenda: elegante, calda e concepito con pensiero. Le finestre di terra-to-soffitto si inquadrano sulla montagna come un quadro vivente. Tutto si sentiva nuovo, pulito e incredibilmente confortevole. Ma onestamente? La vera bellezza di questo posto non era nell'interno o nella vista, era nella gente.
L'ospitalità che abbiamo ricevuto era diversa da qualsiasi cosa che abbia mai vissuto. Da quando siamo arrivati, non siamo stati trattati come ospiti. Gli ospiti erano così caldi, così profondamente attenti, che mi chiedo: sono tutti i Yunnan di questo genere?
Il momento più dolce è venuto ogni mattina al colazione.Una bella nonna dalla cucina apparirebbe con una tazza di noodles domestiche, le noodles più deliziose e calde che abbia mai provato. Non parlava molto, ma il suo sorriso diceva tutto. Potresti sentire che li ha fatti innamorati, solo per noi, e mi ricordava il colazione a casa mia nonna.
Ci controllarono senza essere intrusi, si accertarono di avere tutto quello che avevamo bisogno, e ogni piccolo gesto veniva direttamente dal cuore.
Non mi aspettavo del popolo di Yunnan, ma mi lasciai con profonda convinzione che la gente qui abbia alcuni dei cuori più caldi che abbia mai conosciuto. CChitrlada HarnWhen my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
