Hotel 3 stelle a Yulong

We spent 10 days in Yunnan and I confidently say that 37 Courtyard is the best guesthouse that we had throughout the trip. It’s located in a quiet alley way in Baisha Ancient Town, 3 minutes walk to all the actions. The room is clean, spacious with plenty functional storage and sitting spaces. I love the shower. It’s clean, with consistent hot/warm water. The owner supplied quality bathroom products and even the mug feels luxury. I believe it’s also has partial heated floor. The guesthouse lobby is tastefully decorated with classical music should you just wanna relax and sip some drinks (like I did!). It indeed feels relaxing after busy outing. The owner, Don, speaks fluent English. You also have Lion, who speak mandarin and look after day to day needs. She is helpful and will tend your needs straightforward. The breakfast is simple but tasty, served only when you ready to have it. You can choose between western or Chinese. I need to mention that coffee or tea is complimentary during breakfast. It’s a proper coffee! I’m a coffee enthusiast and I enjoyed my morning coffee. The rooftop is just a rooftop where you can hang your laundry. The view is fabulous tho. You can view the Jade Dragon mountain without crowds or pay for it. I enjoyed the sunrise or the late evening. Both times are beautiful and serene. The dining can be a bit uncomfortably to sit in because it’s also served as a lounge sofa/table. But that’s a really minor thing compared to everything else. I’d like to thank Don as well for dropping us to the station in the early morning. I highly recommend his place and Baisha village for anyone who visited Lijiang (I did stay in Lijiang ancient town and honestly I felt overwhelmed). I wish I stay more than 2 nights in 37 guesthouse.

Strutture: Le strutture sono complete e ben tenute. C'è anche una grande vasca da bagno, ma non ho osato fare il bagno dopo aver scalato la montagna innevata per paura del mal di montagna. Non l'ho usato. Igiene: articoli da toeletta monouso molto puliti Ambiente: All'interno dell'antica città, mangiare, bere e giocare è possibile in pochi minuti. Dista 30 minuti di taxi dalla Montagna innevata del Drago di Giada Servizio: Per portarvi fino alla porta del B&B vi verrà utilizzato un triciclo, così non dovrete trasportare i bagagli. Al momento della partenza verranno ritirati anche i bagagli. Ritiro bagagli all'incrocio della città antica

La guesthouse è stata eccellente; ho soggiornato tre notti. 1. Posizione: situata nel centro di Baisha, comoda per esplorare Baisha, trovare ristoranti e chiamare un taxi. 2. Design della guesthouse: ambiente fantastico, bellissimo, e un tetto con vista (purtroppo, il tempo non era abbastanza buono per vedere le montagne innevate). 3. Camere: spaziose (ho dimenticato di scattare foto), pulite e ordinate, con una disposizione ben organizzata. Il balcone offre una vista sulle montagne innevate (uno scorcio del loro profilo) e l'aria condizionata era molto potente. 4. Servizio: eccellente. Tutti sono stati molto accoglienti e il personale è persino venuto a prendere e riaccompagnare gli ospiti nella piazza della città. La colazione era ottima, soprattutto i noodles di riso. La pulizia è stata rapida e accurata. Per esplorare Baisha, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in centro; è molto più comodo.

庭院景緻是住宿的核心亮點，成片綉球觀賞性很強，客房窗景開闊養眼，院內觀景水系池造景精緻，閑坐觀景氛圍感很好。客房衞生標準在線，床品躺卧舒適度佳，日用備品配齊，院落清幽隔音表現優秀。店家服務貼心周到，出行區位便利，綜合性價比出眾，來麗江旅居選它不容易踩坑！

Inizialmente abbiamo prenotato la suite familiare, ma abbiamo dovuto cambiare la stanza a causa di un problema con il bagno. Il capo era molto utile e ha rapidamente organizzato una nuova stanza per noi. La nuova stanza era molto più comoda, quindi siamo grati al capo per questo. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, auspichiamo che le camere possano essere più pulite.L'hotel dovrebbe prestare maggiore attenzione all'igiene, soprattutto quella del bagno. Un altro inconveniente è stato che ci sono molte moschee nella stanza. Fortunatamente, l'hotel ha fornito un moschetto killer racket e mat killer, così siamo riusciti a eliminare la maggior parte delle moschee. Forse i mosquiti trovano un po'di terreno riproduttivo sul bellissimo patio nel bel mezzo della casa. La posizione dell'hotel è buona. È molto tranquillo, ma abbastanza vicino alla maggior parte delle attrazioni della città di Lijiang. L'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono. Il capo e la signora pulizia sono molto gentili e attenti. La signora ci ha preparato un bel colazione, quindi grazie. Il capo ci ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi per il giorno in cui siamo partiti presto la mattina. Apprezziamo davvero il servizio di qualità fornito dal personale. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo per il valore, riteniamo che potrebbe essere un po' troppo costoso, data la condizione delle camere. In generale, questo hotel è molto bello. I mobili sono tradizionali e bellissimi. Il patio centrale è eccellente e noi amava il design tradizionale cinese. Il personale è gentile e attento.

Honestly, I rarely post reviews—but this time I really felt like I had to, because this hotel was the highlight of my family trip to Yunnan. From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpful—from arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking. The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairs—great for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroom—it had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be opened—perfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic café with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfect—the area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never change—your hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.

I recommend conducting thorough research before making reservations to fully understand what to expect. We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics. While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety. Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.
