This is absolutely one of the best hotel we stayed during our Yunnan trip. We were greeted by the team even before we arrived. Is an ideal hotel for family stay with young children as they have many great activities for everyone to take part in. The team will constantly remind you about the available activities and the dinner selection and afternoon tea. Seasonal fruits and drinks are free flow. And the team work 24/7 to cater to your request. We will certainly be back again, understand they also have a camp resort at Shangrila Potatso National Park.

We have stayed in many places all over the world, and this accommodation ranks among the very best we have ever experienced. Before we even arrived, the team had already contacted us and seamlessly arranged our airport transfer and pickup to the accommodation, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. Accommodation: The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were deeply touched by the manager’s generosity and thoughtful parting gifts. I genuinely loved my stay at Yulong Mujianshan Homestay, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable accommodations of my Yunnan trip. What really stood out from the start was the level of service. The team goes above and beyond in the smallest details — from helping with transport arrangements to proactively checking in on your plans. Communication is seamless if you add them on WeChat, which makes coordinating things like pick-ups, recommendations, or even last-minute requests incredibly convenient. Location-wise, it’s important to note that the homestay is not in Lijiang Old Town, but instead located in Baisha Ancient Town — and honestly, that’s part of its charm. The area is much quieter, more laid-back, and far less commercialised. It’s perfect if you’re looking to slow down and enjoy a more peaceful side of Lijiang, while still being just a short walk from Baisha Old Town for a relaxed stroll or casual exploration. One of the highlights of the stay is definitely the viewing deck. On clear days, you’ll get stunning views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and if you’re lucky, even catch the famous “golden mountain” sunrise. It’s the kind of view that makes you want to slow down and just take it all in. The homestay also makes it easy to explore beyond the immediate area. They can recommend e-bike rentals, which is honestly one of the best ways to explore the outskirts of Baisha at your own pace, especially given how scenic and less crowded the surroundings are. Food-wise, the experience was consistently enjoyable. Breakfast is simple but well done, and it’s a nice way to start the day before heading out. Another big plus is their transport support. They can help arrange pick-up and drop-off services, which is extremely useful given the more remote location. Just make sure to communicate your requirements in advance, such as the number of passengers or luggage size, as they are very accommodating when informed early. Overall, this stay strikes a really nice balance between comfort, scenery, and personalised service. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully designed, the environment is peaceful, and the hospitality genuinely makes you feel taken care of. It’s the kind of place that’s not just a base for your trip, but part of the experience itself. Would definitely come back again.

Un altro soggiorno meraviglioso in questo Airbnb. Sebbene questa camera non abbia una vista diretta sul Monte Innevato Yulong, l'esperienza complessiva è stata comunque eccellente. La colazione era deliziosa e preparata con cura, e abbiamo apprezzato molto le bevande gratuite: un tocco davvero gentile e generoso. L'host è stato, come sempre, molto cordiale e attento, rendendo il nostro soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Un ottimo posto dove soggiornare, con una calorosa ospitalità e un ottimo servizio. Altamente raccomandato!

Il proprietario Jason e il suo team sono stati molto ospitali e competenti. Ha lavorato a Singapore ed è stato facile comunicare con lui in inglese, dando a questo posto un piccolo assaggio di casa. La nostra camera era meravigliosa e il cortile con le case degli hobbit è stato divertente da esplorare. Offrono una splendida vista sul Monte Innevato Yulong. Anche gli animali domestici erano amichevoli!

Le camere sono spaziose e, indipendentemente dalla camera prenotata, si può godere di una vista sul Monte innevato del Drago di Giada dalla terrazza. Si può persino ammirare l'alba sulla montagna direttamente dal letto. Le camere sono completamente attrezzate, con zone separate per il bagno e la cucina, e offrono frutta di benvenuto. La sera è possibile accendere il camino al piano inferiore. Il personale della reception è molto accogliente e disponibile, si occupa pazientemente di portare i bagagli al piano superiore ed è sempre pronto ad aiutare. La struttura è inoltre molto vicina al centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Nelle vicinanze si trovano piccoli supermercati e ristoranti, il che rende comodo fare la spesa. Anche il servizio di consegna a domicilio è efficiente. Non è lontano dal Monte innevato del Drago di Giada, dal centro storico di Lijiang e dal centro storico di Shuhe, quindi è facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Consigliatissimo!

Il servizio e le attività sono eccellenti. Nel complesso è un'ottima struttura. L'hotel si trova nel cuore della montagna, in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa. Inoltre, il bar dell'hotel è quasi in cima alla montagna, quindi potrete godere di una vista mozzafiato. Gli aspetti negativi sono: 1. La vista dal balcone che ho prenotato non corrisponde a quanto pubblicizzato (ho pagato un supplemento per questa vista, vedi la foto su TripAdvisor) e inoltre la camera è vicina al cimitero (avrei preferito una camera sul lato opposto). 2. L'acqua calda non è stabile: a volte è troppo calda, a volte calda, a volte alla giusta temperatura, a volte fredda, a volte troppo fredda. Questo succede quando facciamo la doccia.

Honestly, I rarely post reviews—but this time I really felt like I had to, because this hotel was the highlight of my family trip to Yunnan. From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpful—from arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking. The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairs—great for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroom—it had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be opened—perfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic café with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfect—the area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never change—your hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
