Il nostro soggiorno a Casa Nguluko è stato eccellente in ogni modo, con l'associazione di lusso con autentica cultura locale. La nostra esperienza è stata eccezionale, ma ha preso tempo per guidarci personalmente a piedi intorno al villaggio e ha condiviso le sue profonde conoscenze della cultura naxi, rendendo il nostro viaggio molto più significativo. Stunning Views, Beautiful Design & Warm Hospitality A fantastic stay at Rishine Golden Sunrise Vista. The room has a really thoughtful design layout — stylish, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the standout features was the sunken bathtub in the room, a lovely touch that added to the whole experience. The real showstopper is the view, we had an unobstructed look at Jade Snow Mountain from our room, absolutely breathtaking. The location is ideal too, just a short taxi ride to Baisha Ancient Town. The staff were excellent throughout, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special, peaceful stay near Lijiang with a view you won't forget.

Accommodation: The accommodation itself exceeds a 5-star hotel standard. From the moment you enter the room, it is clear that every element has been carefully considered. The design, attention to detail, and overall comfort reflect the work of a top-tier designer. As designers ourselves, we truly appreciated the thoughtful colour schemes, lighting choices, and smart conveniences throughout the space. Features such as the fully automatic toilet, comfortable shower, and stylish humidifier added to the sense of luxury and refinement. It is this meticulous attention to detail that truly sets this accommodation apart from others. Location: Located in Yuhu Village, a charming Naxi village, the setting is both authentic and peaceful. The village atmosphere, friendly locals, and lovely coffee shops and bakeries make it a joy to explore. A particular highlight is the close-up view of Yulong Snow Mountain, which adds a breathtaking natural backdrop to the entire experience. Customer Service & Staff: The customer service was outstanding. We received thoughtful, personalised tips and guidance to make our stay in Lijiang as enjoyable as possible—far from generic recommendations, the suggestions were clearly tailored to our personal interests and needs. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and generous, and they genuinely make you feel welcome. It is evident that they love what they do, and that passion translates into an atmosphere where guests truly feel valued. Il nostro soggiorno in questa bella ranch montagna a Lijiang non era altro che eccezionale. Da quando siamo arrivati, mia moglie e io siamo stati molto accolti con favore da un personale incredibilmente attento e amichevole, che andava oltre e sopra per rendere veramente memorabile la nostra esperienza. Il servizio era impeccabile in tutto il tempo, tutti i dettagli erano stati presi cura di, e la vera ospitità del team ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Se ci aiutava a organizzare o semplicemente a controllare per assicurarci che ci fosse comodo, la loro dedizione era davvero fuori luogo. Il fatto che il soggiorno fosse ancora più magico è stato l'incredibile vista delle montagne coperte di neve. È stato un'esperienza inoltrabile e facile svegliare un paesaggio così sereno e majestoso ogni mattina, e una delle nostre evidenze. Non potevamo chiedere un migliore percorso, ma molto consigliato per chiunque cercasse di rilassarsi, ricarrirsi e godere di un servizio eccellente in un ambiente stupendo.

Le nostre aspettative erano elevate e non ci ha deluso. Le strutture erano buone e le aree generali erano molto ben decorate. Il servizio era anche di prima vista, perché il personale era tutto super alloggiato e utile. Ci hanno guardati molto bene. We had an amazing stay at this Mountain Spring in Yunnan! The place was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and we especially loved being surrounded by the animals around the property. They added so much charm and joy to our stay. The peaceful atmosphere truly made this place feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Yulong Snow Mountain) right from our room. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. What made the experience even more special was how much our kids enjoyed their time there. They were able to feed the animals, interact and play with them freely, and even pick fresh vegetables and fruits from the farm. It was a wonderful hands-on experience that allowed them to connect with nature and learn where food comes from. The owner was incredibly friendly and passionate about what he does. He personally took us around his plantations, shared his knowledge about farming, and patiently explained how different fruits and vegetables are grown. We learned so much during our stay and truly appreciated his generosity in sharing his experience with us. The farm stay also has a lovely café where guests can relax and enjoy afternoon tea while taking in the beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the farm and the stunning mountain views. Another huge bonus is that there is a ranch right next to the property with even more animals. Our kids absolutely loved it! They had plenty of space to run around, interact with the animals, and feed them. It added another layer of fun and adventure to the trip, making it an unforgettable experience for the whole family. They’ve in house professional photographer provided by the farm stay. It was fantastic because we get to dress up in their traditional costume which was also inclusive!! We were pleasantly surprised that complimentary photos were included for guests staying there. Photos were awesome because the Yulong snow mountain is right outside our resort. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yunnan, especially families with children. If you’re looking for a cozy, authentic, educational, and memorable experience, this is definitely the place to stay. We left with wonderful memories, beautiful photos, and a much deeper appreciation for farm life and nature. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back again!

La vista dal balcone che ho prenotato non corrisponde a quanto pubblicizzato (ho pagato un supplemento per questa vista, vedi la foto su TripAdvisor) e inoltre la camera è vicina al cimitero (avrei preferito una camera sul lato opposto). 2. L'acqua calda non è stabile: a volte è troppo calda, a volte calda, a volte alla giusta temperatura, a volte fredda, a volte troppo fredda. Questo succede quando facciamo la doccia.

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
