Il nostro soggiorno a Casa Nguluko è stato eccellente in ogni modo, con l'associazione di lusso con autentica cultura locale. La nostra esperienza è stata eccezionale, ma ha preso tempo per guidarci personalmente a piedi intorno al villaggio e ha condiviso le sue profonde conoscenze della cultura naxi, rendendo il nostro viaggio molto più significativo. L'hotel ha anche un collegamento unico con la sua casa familiare, che ci ha dato la rara occasione di incontrare i familiari e di collegare autenticamente con la vita del villaggio. Il cibo qui era eccellente, soprattutto la colazione era un'accento.Il personale era sempre attento, amichevole e pronto a aiutare con tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Grazie per i buoni ricordi.La mia zia e zio che sono rimasti qui nel loro primo viaggio in Cina parlano ancora di questo posto. Molto consiglio!

Stunning Views, Beautiful Design & Warm Hospitality A fantastic stay at Rishine Golden Sunrise Vista. The room has a really thoughtful design layout — stylish, comfortable, and well-appointed. One of the standout features was the sunken bathtub in the room, a lovely touch that added to the whole experience. The real showstopper is the view, we had an unobstructed look at Jade Snow Mountain from our room, absolutely breathtaking. The location is ideal too, just a short taxi ride to Baisha Ancient Town. The staff were excellent throughout, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special, peaceful stay near Lijiang with a view you won't forget.

Siamo rimasti a Stone Lodge per 3 notti a metà dicembre. Parliamo di cose buone prima. 1.Le camere di Snow Mountain View possono vedere il sole Golden Mountain dal letto. 2. La posizione è buona per andare a montagna di neve. Ci vorranno circa 20 minuti per raggiungere il centro visitatore della montagna di neve. 3. Il servizio è molto buono. Puoi chiedere qualsiasi cosa e forniranno ad esempio un involucro di bolle per imballare i nostri negozi fragili. Ci sono anche servizi di lavanderia gratuito. 4. Bene per coloro che amano le attività incluse nel pacchetto di stanza.Abbiamo fatto la visita a casa Naxi, cavalcare e arte e artigianato dimorano e godevano molto. Le pareti del bagno e dei cubi da doccia sono di vetro congelato e sono accettabili per me e per le mie figlie, tutte le signore. 2. Il villaggio è molto piccolo. Non molto da vedere. Abbiamo andato a un caffè popolare su Internet che può prendere foto sul tetto con la montagna di neve in fondo. Le bevande sono buone, ma la pasta non è bello. Forse è per questo che questo ristorante non è nell'elenco raccomandato dell'hotel. Non abbiamo esplorato il villaggio molto, ma da quello che vedo, è solo una strada corta. 3.Chiedi una camera di terzo piano.Ha un tetto celeste sopra il letto e vediamo stelle quando speniamo tutte le luci nella stanza. In generale, non ci dispiacevamo della nostra decisione di rimanere qui nel Stone Lodge, ma se le attività non fossero state incluse nel pacchetto, non le avremmo mai sperimentate.

Il nostro soggiorno in questa bella ranch montagna a Lijiang non era altro che eccezionale. Da quando siamo arrivati, mia moglie e io siamo stati molto accolti con favore da un personale incredibilmente attento e amichevole, che andava oltre e sopra per rendere veramente memorabile la nostra esperienza. Il servizio era impeccabile in tutto il tempo, tutti i dettagli erano stati presi cura di, e la vera ospitità del team ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Se ci aiutava a organizzare o semplicemente a controllare per assicurarci che ci fosse comodo, la loro dedizione era davvero fuori luogo. Il fatto che il soggiorno fosse ancora più magico è stato l'incredibile vista delle montagne coperte di neve. È stato un'esperienza inoltrabile e facile svegliare un paesaggio così sereno e majestoso ogni mattina, e una delle nostre evidenze. Non potevamo chiedere un migliore percorso, ma molto consigliato per chiunque cercasse di rilassarsi, ricarrirsi e godere di un servizio eccellente in un ambiente stupendo.

We had an amazing stay at this Mountain Spring in Yunnan! The place was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and we especially loved being surrounded by the animals around the property. They added so much charm and joy to our stay. The peaceful atmosphere truly made this place feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Yulong Snow Mountain) right from our room. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. What made the experience even more special was how much our kids enjoyed their time there. They were able to feed the animals, interact and play with them freely, and even pick fresh vegetables and fruits from the farm. It was a wonderful hands-on experience that allowed them to connect with nature and learn where food comes from. The owner was incredibly friendly and passionate about what he does. He personally took us around his plantations, shared his knowledge about farming, and patiently explained how different fruits and vegetables are grown. We learned so much during our stay and truly appreciated his generosity in sharing his experience with us. The farm stay also has a lovely café where guests can relax and enjoy afternoon tea while taking in the beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the farm and the stunning mountain views. Another huge bonus is that there is a ranch right next to the property with even more animals. Our kids absolutely loved it! They had plenty of space to run around, interact with the animals, and feed them. It added another layer of fun and adventure to the trip, making it an unforgettable experience for the whole family. They’ve in house professional photographer provided by the farm stay. It was fantastic because we get to dress up in their traditional costume which was also inclusive!! We were pleasantly surprised that complimentary photos were included for guests staying there. Photos were awesome because the Yulong snow mountain is right outside our resort. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yunnan, especially families with children. If you’re looking for a cozy, authentic, educational, and memorable experience, this is definitely the place to stay. We left with wonderful memories, beautiful photos, and a much deeper appreciation for farm life and nature. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back again!

4.5 stars. Almost perfect . I wish I could give it 5 stars but have some disappointments and rough around the edges. A unique resort. The places is beautiful and harmony with nature. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights and didn't feel the need to leave the resort at all. Picturesque scenery. You come here to relax, wall and enjoy the fresh air, and take a million photos. Tea break at their stunning cliff side cafe is inclusive. Also singing and drinking after dinner was a warm experience. Food was delicious, although more variety would be appreciated for long stay guests. The pet dogs and cats deserve their own 5 stars! Super friendly and tame - our kids loved playing with them. The staff treated and trained the animals really well. Horses for riding (extra fee) was a great experience. Next time will take lessons. Service was warm and sincere. Always with a smile. The staff was genuine, friendly, polite, helpful. I cannot say enough good things about them. They really tried to give their best to meet our needs. I felt really at home and we were treated very well. The negatives. Things are inconsistent. We had a beautiful skylight to see stars but it was so dirty that we can hardly see through. Cleaning apparently was difficult and couldn't be done, so what's the use ? Our safe was locked by the previous guest and they did not have the ability to reset and open. So we couldn't use it. Our rooms was not cleaned on day 3 and 4. On day 4. they just replenished items. Didn't clean or throw away rubbish. Toilets at the cliffside cafe is terrible state, nobody wash? One dinner, waited for our vegetables for 30 mins. When we asked ”why is it taking long?”, they say ”sorry out of stock'. So had to cancel. Coffee machine had problems , milk tube or valve clogged? could not make milk drinks (e.g cappuccino, latte) during last 2 days. Archery had many broken arrows , less than half can be used. They also offered cup noodles for free! Ask us if we wanted. Very nice gesture, but then they say ”sorry no more cup noodles”. Did not replenish during our trip. Overall an excellent experience, would come again. Could be perfect, but given the price , I would not expect to encounter these negatives mentioned.

When my mother agreed to visit Lijiang with me, I browsed many hotels in Trip.com and sorted out this hotel out of many hotels with good reviews without knowing beforehanded that this will fulfill my satisfaction to the most. Before we got there, I contacted the hotel if it is comfortable for my mom to stay there because she is 88 years old and need to use wheelchair. After that they made up a wechat group to facilitate us. The staff who took care of us , xiao juan , helped us with the trip plan, escorted us to the ancient town of Dayan and Shuhe ,lead us to understand the town of Baisha and helped us with everything we need. She shows her emphaty to people with everthing she does.All the staffs there are young , polite and friendly. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the ancient town of Baisha. The view of the snow mountain can be seen from the inner garden and more clearly from the third floor of the hotel.The room is comfortable with good quality bedsheet , blanket , towels and the heating floor. The breakfast is adequate with a set of chinese small dishes together with a choice of boiled rice or noodles. They provide free coffee all day with daily afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup and plum wine. I feel like I have nothing to ask more and wish to express my gratitude to all the staffs here. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all who need to receive impressive service from these lovely staffs.
