Hotel 4 stelle a Hangzhou

Posizione: A circa 300 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana 建国北路 (Uscita C). A 4-5 fermate dal Lago Xi. Camera: Nuovissima, elegante, accogliente e pulita. Colazione con ampia scelta. Servizio: La nostra camera è stata ristrutturata di recente dalla Sig.ra 杨帮萍. Il resto del personale della reception e delle pulizie è disponibile e cortese. Nel complesso, un buon soggiorno e un ringraziamento al team Mercure.

La camera era pulita e ordinata, la biancheria da letto era comoda e ho dormito benissimo, e l'insonorizzazione era buona, rendendola molto silenziosa. Il personale della reception è stato cordiale e attento, e il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi. La posizione è comoda per gli spostamenti e ci sono molti servizi nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso, un'esperienza fantastica, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo posto la prossima volta!

The hotel location is quite convenient, it's just a 6-10mins walking distance to the nearest metro station (subway), 16-20mins driving distance to Xiaoshan airport. There are restaurants, convenience stores, supermarket, and pharmacies within walking distance. It contains complete facilities with a restaurant for breakfast, a self-serve laundry, and a fitness room. The double room is spacious, clean and hygienic, with all the necessary items in the room like a hair dryer, a kettle, a fridge, cups, free mineral waters and coffee. The staffs at the front desk are nice, friendly and helpful, very good in service. The only problem is that on the last day of my stay, there was a sudden problem with the light in the room. It would automatically go out every 10 mins+, and it would go out completely until the room is completely dark. I would either turn it on manually or call Xiaodu to turn on the light. But this is not only inconvenient but also scary, especially when I'm in the bathroom and suddenly the light went totally off. At first I thought I would check out in a few hours and just bear with it, but then it was too terrifying so I asked the front desk to change my room. Later on, I was told that the entire 9th and 10th floors had this problem and the rooms on these 2 floors were not rented out. (Does that mean I was the only one ”communicating” with the light in the room at the end of the corridor on the 10th floor alone that night? Why didn't you tell me earlier!) Hopefully, it's fixed before renting out the room again, and please make some arrangements for your customers if the similar issue happens again, especially I reported the issue in the afternoon and your engineer came and inspected the problem, you should have known that the issue couldn't be fixed, you can't imagine how scary it was. Anyway, the staffs were still acting quite fast when I finally changed my mind to request to change the room, a guy came and moved my luggage to the 8th floor as per my request. 酒店位置便利，步行6-10分钟可到最近的地铁站，16-20分钟车程可到萧山机场。 小吃店、餐馆、便利店、超市和药店都是在步行距离内。 酒店设施齐全，设有餐厅（只提供早餐）、自助洗衣房和健身房。 我住的双人房舒适宽敞、干净卫生，房间内所有必需品一应俱全，如吹风机、电水壶、冰箱、杯子，还有免费矿泉水和咖啡。 前台的小哥哥和小姐姐们都很亲切友善，服务态度很好。 美中不足的是，在我入住的最后一天，房间的灯突然出了问题，每隔10几分钟就会自动熄灭一次，而且是整个熄灭导致房内漆黑一片。我要嘛就手动打开，或是呼叫小度把灯打开。但这样不仅不方便而且也很可怕，尤其是我在卫生间的时候，突然之间就伸手不见五指。我原本想说还有几个小时就退房就忍一忍，但后来实在可怕还是让前台给我换了房。后来才知道原来9楼10楼都有这样的问题，已经不外租了。（那就是说当晚只有我一个人在10楼？还是在走廊尾部的房间里独自跟灯光在“沟通”？怎么不提早说啊！真把我吓得够呛……）希望问题解决之后才把房间租出去。而且以后如果有类似的事情发生请立即为你们的房客作出安排，尤其我下午已经提出问题，工程师师傅下午就来修理你们就已经知道修不好的情况下，你们无法想象当时的情况有多可怕。不过还好当我改变主意要换房的时候，前台还是行动蛮快的，也按我的要求帮我把行李搬运下8楼。

Service standards need to improve. If I pay more than 2500rmb for a night, it better be the cleanliness and experience of a 2500rmb room and nothing short. The whole idea of Rushi Forest is about peace and relaxation and that's what I'm exactly paying for right? 1) When I first stepped in, your guy starts rattling off 101 things. He doesn't offer solution when he told us a session starts at 4pm and it is already 3.45pm now and expects me to give an immediate answer if we'll be attending. He just wants an answer. I don't feel relaxed, having to make a sudden decision after a long journey. The other lady stepped in to save the day to offer solution that we can join the next day too, if it is too rush. 2) Day 2 Morning, breakfast time at the dining hall, no Air-conditioned?!? How relaxing can it be? I paid 2500rmb to eat in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment the moment I wake up?? Are you saving electricity or what? If it's not comfort and relaxation at your hotel, what am I paying for ? 3) Breakfast time, instead of serving 1 course at a time, in a relaxed healing manner like what your brand stands for, you suddenly come with all the plates filling up the table. What's the rush?!? 4) Immediately after serving all the food on the table, your guy asked ”Can we clean your room now?” WHAT'S THE HURRY?!?! Can you not disturb my morning breakfast and let me eat in peace? I am here to have a private moment with my partner having our breakfast why must you ask me about cleaning the room at this point of time?!? How relaxing and calm can my morning get? Isn't the purpose of the Wechat group is to communicate? Why can't you do it later in the group? WHY MUST IT BE WHEN I AM HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE? WHAT IS YOUR HURRY?!? 5) I told him politely I will let him know later when I'm ready for room cleaning. 6) Right after finishing my breakfast before living the dining hall, he asked me again can my room be cleaned?!?! STOP ASKING!!!! I TOLD YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER! WHAT IS THE HURRY?!?! 7) I went back to my room to get my bag and my car came in 5mins. Just before I left, he ASKED AGAIN at the entrance! Asking 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES?!? THIS IS NOT RELAXING AT ALL! CAN'T YOU WAIT FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE WECHAT GROUP?!? MY GOSH! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! 8) Learn to know WHEN to communicate! 9) I killed a big spider on the floor, after room cleaning and returning back, the dead spider is still on the floor. So much for rushing me to give you the green light to clean the room 🙄 10) Your wooden holder for the controllers are filled with dust inside. Disgusting. 11) Your handsoap bottle, the sticker is peeling off, faded and damp. Disgusting. 12) The grey cloth originally on the bed, why is it put ON THE FLOOR after room cleaning?!?! Your cleaner forgotten to put it back on my bed and so you guys actually put things meant for the bed on the dirty floor and then back on the bed after tidying up?!?! Other details about peeling paint on the walls and bad touch-ups I shall not go further into details. It is not what I am expecting a 2500rmb room to be like. 500rmb Atour Hotel is even cleaner. Design of hotel and environment is on point. Let down by service and attention to details in cleanliness.

Buona struttura, ben decorata, servizi funzionali. Colazione nella media, puo' essere migliorata. Posizione molto centrale vicino al lago, la fermata della metropolitana Longxiangqiao- la più vicina 10 min a piedi - molto affollata in ingresso, in ore di punta meglio usarne un'altra anche se piu' lontana. Il traffico in centro sempre molto intenso a qualsiasi ora. Nel mio caso - camera con vista parziale del lago- anche se la vista non era bella la camera era buona, letto comodo, servizi buoni. Qualità/prezzo buono. Hotel consigliabile. .

Hotel was located in a very convenient location. A short walk to the train station and shopping malls. Lots of restaurants nearby too! Cleanliness can be improved a lot. There are stains on the sofa and the room is a bit dusty. We ordered room cleaning when we left the hotel, but remembered that we left something. Came back for it in more or less 5-7 minutes and was surprised that the room was already made up! Pretty quick for make up room.

As an international traveler, I found communication quite difficult. The staff spoke very limited English, and even though I can communicate in Chinese, it was still difficult to understand their accent and get clear information. I often had to ask the same question several times before receiving a helpful response. Another issue was that many services were not explained properly. The hotel provides transportation to different facilities, such as the swimming pool and other attractions within the resort, but no one clearly explained how it worked. I had to figure everything out on my own, which was frustrating. The barbecue experience was also disappointing. Although the hotel provided vouchers, we still had to pay additional fees to use the barbecue area, even though we brought our own meat and ingredients. At first, the staff said there was no available space, but after repeatedly asking, they eventually arranged it. I felt the staff were not very proactive or accommodating, and guests should not have to keep insisting to receive assistance. The location is another factor to consider. The resort is quite far from the main tourist attractions around Qiandao Lake, so you should expect to spend extra time and money on taxis if you plan to explore the area. If sightseeing is your priority, I would recommend staying closer to the main attractions instead. Overall, while the rooms, cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities were good, the service significantly affected my experience. I even contacted Trip.com customer service regarding my concerns. Personally, I don’t feel the current 9.2 rating reflects the overall guest experience, mainly because of the lack of communication and customer service. If you’re a foreign traveler, especially someone who doesn’t speak Chinese, I would recommend considering other accommodation options with more international-friendly service. Overall Rating: 4/10

Il nostro soggiorno al Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou è stato così memorabile e assolutamente magnifico che i momenti salienti rimangono vividi, nitidi e incredibilmente emozionanti. Da amanti del tè, sarebbe stato meraviglioso tornare nelle foreste di latifoglie con i loro aceri rossi e i ginkgo giallo brillante che esaltavano i colori autunnali, circondando le piantagioni di tè Longjing (Pozzo del Drago) curate nei minimi dettagli, immerse nella tranquillità delle colline, così vicine al resort – proprio di fronte, dall'altra parte della strada, per la precisione! Tuttavia, la gioia del nostro viaggio è stata amplificata dal soggiorno al Landison. Il personale è stato assolutamente fantastico! Un servizio eccezionale sotto ogni punto di vista. Grazie all'aiuto di un traduttore telefonico, Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (spero che il suo nome sia scritto correttamente!) e Chris ci hanno offerto un'assistenza paziente, attenta e scrupolosa, dimostrando premura e calore, rispondendo con attenzione alle nostre numerose domande quotidiane su dove andare, cosa fare, come arrivare e tornare indietro. (Siamo stati entusiasti di utilizzare l'eccellente rete di trasporti pubblici a Hangzhou e dintorni. L'hotel si trova a pochi metri dalla fermata di due linee principali. Questi autobus ci hanno permesso di raggiungere facilmente altre linee principali e gran parte del resto della città.) Il personale ci ha anche consigliato dove acquistare dell'ottimo tè, che si è rivelato essere proprio in hotel, oltre che in altre deliziose sale da tè nelle vicinanze! Il menù della colazione del Landison, incluso nella nostra prenotazione, è rimasto invariato per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno e non ci ha mai deluso. Ogni giorno abbiamo gustato un'ampia selezione di cibi deliziosi e squisiti, tra cui frutta fresca, verdura, piatti a base di uova preparati in diversi modi, riso, dim sum, pasticcini e il nostro piatto preferito di ogni giorno: una fumante ciotola di noodles, preparati al momento dallo chef che si trovava dietro la variegata selezione di noodles e condimenti! C'era così tanta cucina vegetariana fresca, deliziosa e interessante che non riusciamo a elencare tutti i piatti dell'ampio buffet. Il personale di sala è stato assolutamente incredibile, con la sua attenzione raffinata, scrupolosa e completa. Il responsabile di sala Xu è diventato un nostro caro e indimenticabile amico, offrendoci dolcezza, premura e conforto personali durante tutta la nostra visita. Non potemmo fare a meno di sentirci dispiaciuti quando non la vedemmo il giorno prima della partenza. Quando tornammo in hotel la sera e la scorgemmo attraverso la finestra della sala da pranzo, entrammo per salutarla e si creò una connessione magica, di quelle che solo i viaggi intorno al mondo possono offrire, quando la distanza tra due culture così diverse scompare sotto il bagliore della gentilezza, del calore e della connessione umana. Ci ha regalato una gioia così straordinaria che ci è dispiaciuto molto doverla salutare. Quando tradusse dal suo cellulare ”non vediamo l'ora di rivedervi”, sorridemmo ampiamente e annuimmo con speranza in segno di assenso. Tra i piacevoli extra, ci fu la consegna serale di una delicata e nutriente zuppa di funghi bianchi per riscaldarci e aiutarci a dormire, una specialità della struttura. Era gustosa e nutriente ogni giorno! Il personale delle pulizie era affabile e cordiale, riconoscendo e apprezzando reciprocamente il rapporto umano! Inoltre, il personale del parcheggio ci ha accolto con allegria e gentilezza durante tutto il soggiorno. Il nostro straordinario soggiorno al Landison è stato un'esperienza che ha messo in luce gli immensi benefici del viaggiare per il mondo, dove le barriere delle preoccupazioni e delle tensioni quotidiane possono svanire o addirittura scomparire, lasciando spazio a un'immersione profonda e trasformativa in un tempo e in un luogo diversi da quelli a cui siamo abituati. Un'esperienza in cui ci si rende conto che, sebbene tempo e luogo possano differire considerevolmente e offrire numerosi stimoli positivi per un cambiamento significativo, il cuore e la mente umana sono indissolubilmente legati da un desiderio reciproco di felicità, benessere, sicurezza, espressione e connessione, in qualunque modo ciò si manifesti nelle sue infinite forme. Durante il Festival di Qingming, io e mia moglie siamo andati a Hangzhou per rilassarci e fare un'escursione. Il Ponte Longxiang era troppo affollato, quindi abbiamo prenotato una camera in Piazza Wulin. L'Hangzhou Tower è una destinazione di lusso di lunga data a Hangzhou. Non ci avevo mai soggiornato prima per viaggi d'affari, ma questa volta, quando ho visto che era disponibile, ho colto al volo l'occasione. Ctrip aveva un'ottima offerta per un soggiorno di due notti e mi avevano detto con più di una settimana di anticipo che mi avrebbero fatto un upgrade della camera, senza mettermi né nella parte anteriore né in quella posteriore. Ho pensato che fosse una buona idea! Tuttavia, quando ho fatto il check-in, il membro dello staff non lo sapeva e ha detto che il pacchetto Ctrip era per l'ultima camera. Ho mostrato loro il registro delle comunicazioni di Ctrip! Il membro dello staff non riusciva a comunicare internamente con noi, quindi non abbiamo ottenuto l'upgrade. Ci hanno dato con riluttanza una camera, che in realtà era l'ultima, quindi è stato un po' un colpo al polso. Ma, considerando che era affollato durante le vacanze, avrei comunque dormito un po'! La disposizione generale della camera era gradevole, ma l'aria condizionata era un po' troppo calda. Faceva un caldo soffocante anche sotto le coperte di notte, quindi il giorno dopo ho impostato l'aria condizionata al minimo, 16 gradi! La colazione non era molto varia, ma il cibo era accettabile...
