LLesiea NadiaA beautiful little riad just a short walk from the main square and local amenities. Initially, not so easy to locate, but Google maps took us straight to the door.
The riad is located by walking through an area in which locals inhabit and therefore fresh meat and fish is being prepared and sold. This can be a somewhat novel experience and definitely a glimpse into local culture.
Once you are familiar with the walk in and out, this is just part of the day and good to see how others live.
The property itself is immaculate and provides excellent services. We were warmly welcomed and given refreshments which were gratefully received.
Our room (room 1) although small, was comfortable, clean and had everything what was needed. The bathroom has plenty of surface space to house toiletries etc.
The room is situated off the central patio and as it only had shutters (no glass in the windows) this can leave you a little exposed to noise from the reception/breakfast area and rooms surrounding.
It would have been great to have access to tea/coffee making provisions as we usually like to make a drink before sleeping. I am sure the host would have been amenable should we have, but we did not.
The courtyard is quite cold first thing in the morning and so prepare accordingly. The roof terrace is pleasant and has views across the local area.
The courtyard area hosts a plentiful Moroccan breakfast, fabulously presented and tasty. Even as a ‘picky eater’ I was pleasantly satisfied. Breakfast is a selection of Moroccan style breads/crepes accompanied by local jams/soft cheese and honey. A serving of prepared fruits was served daily with a different offering of boiled egg/fresh yoghurt/ cake severed on the days of our visit. Should you have any specific dietary needs I am sure the host would accommodate, however it is worth noting that breakfast is served to you and therefore choice and quantity is not possible. We found the breakfast plentiful and the owner very accommodating. Breakfast was served with freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh coffee or mint tea.
The host was super accommodating and helped us to print boarding passes (needed at Marrakesh airport) prior to our departure.
We walked to and from the airport as the weather was pleasant and a little over an hour to do.
The walk to the main square was around 10-15 minutes and pleasant enough as well.
I would recommend this riad and could clearly see how hard the owners are working to accommodate their guests and provide an authentic experience.

The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service.
They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.

Staff are very welcoming even if it is already late. They even arranged a breakfast pack as we are checking out early. Will definitely return! Special thanks to Ihmad!

UUtente anonimoIt was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking.
There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice.
I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade.
The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though.
The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

FFarahAbbiamo avuto il piacere di rimanere a Riad Jibril durante la nostra visita a Marrakech, e che piacevole esperienza!
Il nostro ospite, Iheb, merita davvero il titolo di una leggenda. Dal momento in cui ci siamo iscritti fino a quando abbiamo iscritto, ha reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile. Anche se non può essere un hotel 5-star, ha fornito un'esperienza marocchina unica e autentica che ha superato le nostre aspettative.
Il riad stesso, con la sua architettura tradizionale, era pulito e invitante, e l’accento era senza dubbio la terrazza tranquilla, un’oasi tranquilla lontana dalla ruggine e dalla bustina della medina. Una sera, indulgiamo in sheesha sulla terrazza, un'esperienza piacevole che ci costa solo circa 70 MAD. Abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di cenare sulla terrazza, dove abbiamo goduto dei deliziosi tag a un prezzo molto ragionevole di 60 MAD ciascuno. Le competenze culinari del cuoco sono state davvero impressionanti. Il colazione servito ogni mattina era tradizionale e domestico!
Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto speciale, l'atmosfera calda e accogliente creata da Iheb e dal personale. Ci sono stati amici anche i due carini residenti, Sofia, la giacca a capelli lunghi, e Leena, la ginepro, che ha aggiunto un altro toccamento di fascino al nostro soggiorno.
La posizione di Riad Jibril era perfetta, e il cammello davanti alla valuta serviva come un eccellente segno; il riad era sulla strada opposta, la seconda porta, rendendo facile trovare. Ci piaceva la sua vicinanza a Kasbah, vicino al Café Zeitun, un luogo preferito per visitare la notte. La terrazza illuminata dal caffè forniva una vista maestosa che rendeva la nostra serata ancora più memorabile.

JJuliaS.PROS: Bella posizione, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Facile da raggiungere ai siti storici. Ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti intorno. Piuttosto pulite camere.
CONS: Fai troppo rumore. Non c'è nulla di rumore che cancelli.Puoi ascoltare perfettamente i tuoi vicini, la ricezione, le persone camminando per strada, le auto che si stanno sdraiando 24/7, ecc. Come se dormissi fuori. Il bagno da bagno è molto piccolo (circa 0.75m x 0.75m), che era ok per me, ma alcuni probabilmente non si adattano. Piscine alte e dure

Mmattie graceL'hotel è pulito, i lavoratori sono tutti molto gentili e utile ... quando ho controllato ho chiesto se potessi rimanere 1 notte più, così hanno aiutato a farlo e poi mi hanno dato una più grande stanza gratuita, perché stavo per rimanere una notte extra.
Mi hanno aiutato a portare i bagagli con l'ascensore e mi hanno mostrato nella mia stanza, e mi sono sentito molto al sicuro di rimanere qui anche come una donna che stava sola.
Il luogo ha bellissimi contatti marocchini come il dettaglio sulle porte / modi di porta, dispositivi luminosi ... ecc
Mi dispiace di aver dimenticato di prendere le foto, ma qui c'è una foto di un video che ho mandato per mostrare a qualcuno come sembrava la mia stanza.
Ero nervoso per la pulizia delle recensioni qui, ma era bello e pulito e puliranno la stanza ogni giorno se sei andato o se sei li se vuoi che si attorno a 2-3 pm

UUtente ospiteNon abbiamo avuto alcun problema. In generale, il servizio è buono, anche se non c'è nessuno alla reception, quindi ti danno le chiavi dell'ingresso principale e della tua camera. Come suggerimento, servirebbe un cartello ”Riad Nouhal”, ma in ogni caso, seguendo la posizione su Google Maps, ci arriverai.
