Hotel 3 stelle a Marrakesh

Riad du Rabbin is in the heart of the Spice Souk , and as soon as you enter you know you’ve travelled and the area is aive with sights, smells, noise and interesting people. It’s very close to Bahia Palace, the synagogue, loads of places to eat, taxis, shopping, and great coffee shops. As soon as you step into the riad you find yourself in sanctuary of stillness. Staff at the tiad are keen to help, even coming to the main square to meet us because the alleys in the soul are not accessible for cars. Everywhere is spotless. Our room was advertised as a double but it was extremely small and cramped with no external windows so really only suitable for one guest. We peaked into the family tooms and would definitely opt for that next time! Also need to say the pool is very pretty but tiny so more for aesthetics than s swim! Breakfast on the terrace was pleasant - imagine a very basic berber and portion sizes are small! One egg, one msemen, a mini pancake with jam and a slice of fruit. Luckily Kosy Kawa, a very nice coffee shop is about 2 minutes away! All in all we had a pleasant stay. On checkout our bill was higher than expected but it was changed to what we were expecting when we asked for a written invoice. Unfortunately their electronic payment system was down so they wanted cash. Luckily they accepted euros but only had a few coins and no notes for change.

A Raid Yakimur ci siamo riposati con nostro figlio. Anche prima del viaggio abbiamo risposto in dettaglio alle nostre domande, ci abbiamo ordinato un trasferimento. Quando ci siamo ubicati, abbiamo avuto un tè di menta marocchina. La nostra stanza era al primo piano, lasciando la stanza, eravamo immediatamente in una bella zona pubblica. Era molto insolita vivere in un raid. In camera comodi letti. Non ho avuto illuminazione, ma ha dato un certo ambiente. Purtroppo, durante il nostro soggiorno, il colazione sul tetto non era possibile a causa del tempo, ma c'era sempre possibile salire e prendere foto. Raid è molto atmosferico. Reattivo, attento e piacevole personale lavora lì. Ci hanno fatto tutto per renderci confortevoli nel riad. La prossima volta torneremo certamente qui!

Ottima posizione, l'hotel ha un bell'aspetto. La piscina riceve il sole per un paio d'ore durante il giorno, quindi è possibile prendere il sole. Il personale è cordiale e la colazione offre una buona scelta. Tra i lati negativi: le camere sono molto datate. I sanitari sono in pessime condizioni, il gabinetto traballava ed era spaventoso sedersi, l'acqua della doccia non scaricava e si restava con l'acqua alle caviglie. Alcuni tavoli della colazione traballavano; lo abbiamo segnalato al personale, che si è limitato ad alzare le spalle.

Un grazioso riad situato nella medina vecchia. Si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 3-4 minuti dopo aver lasciato il taxi, un tragitto facile e agevole. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, le camere sono belle, ma il bagno è un piccolo inconveniente. Il box doccia è troppo piccolo e l'acqua fuoriesce bagnando tutto il pavimento. A parte questo, tutto perfetto.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere in questo meraviglioso hotel, e l'esperienza ha superato le mie aspettative in ogni modo. Dal momento in cui sono arrivato, il personale mi ha accolto con un sorriso caldo e un'ospitalità eccezionale, rendendo il processo di check-in fluido ed efficiente. La stanza era spaziosa, impecabilmente pulita e concessa con pensiero, offrendo una combinazione perfetta di comfort e moderne strutture. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, assicurando un riposo di notte, mentre la vista stupenda dalla finestra ha aggiunto un ulteriore toccamento di relax.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

In un residence tranquillo e sicuro con piscina interna privata, lettini, tavoli e sedie sono disponibili gratuitamente. All'interno, le aree comuni e le camere sono impeccabilmente pulite. Ayoub ci ha riservato una calorosa accoglienza e la colazione, semplice ma deliziosa, era ottima. Nota: si prega di comunicare al residence l'orario di arrivo, poiché non è presente né campanello né citofono.

The location is tolerable, the service is good, only the administrator tried to impose expensive tours, it's better to book them yourself on booking and not listen to them. There were not enough hooks in the bathtub for hangers. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful

Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. In generale, il servizio è buono, anche se non c'è nessuno alla reception, quindi ti danno le chiavi dell'ingresso principale e della tua camera. Come suggerimento, servirebbe un cartello ”Riad Nouhal”, ma in ogni caso, seguendo la posizione su Google Maps, ci arriverai.
