Hotel 3 stelle a Colombo

Ho recentemente prenotato una stanza in questo hotel per i miei genitori, e non potevo essere più soddisfatto della loro esperienza. Il servizio era davvero eccellente. La stanza è stata prenota per una notte e includeva colazione la mattina successiva, che i miei genitori hanno apprezzato molto, e l'hotel dispone anche di un ristorante in cui gli ospiti possono acquistare piatti aggiuntivi in qualsiasi momento, che è stato molto conveniente. La disponibilità di un parcheggio auto ha reso il loro soggiorno ancora più facile. I miei genitori erano molto soddisfatti di ogni aspetto della loro visita, e sono grato all'equipaggio dell'hotel per rendere il loro soggiorno così piacevole. The place is good for the price. The location is very close to the beach and restaurants, has a nice garden and pool, with lots of common areas to hang out in. The bed was comfortable and room decent with a nice balcony. They seem to only focus on cleaning the basics. I wish they’d clean a little bit deeper, and fix a couple of things because the place could be quite nice. There are some bugs - to be expected in a tropical, budget place but not too bad. Mainly there was lots of ants in the bathroom, and the walls aren’t properly sealed so it’s easy for the ants to get in. If they just did some very basic repairs, renovation and deep cleaning the place would be great. I’d still say it was good value for the location and I would stay there again if passing through Colombo.

The stayed at Lavinia Bay Beach Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly designed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view from the balcony with a sea view, which provided a perfect spot for relaxation. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation.But the pool has to be renovated and maintained.

Gsh colombo is located in a prime place, near to the shoreline and several eateries. We had a pleasant stay. Rooms are near and clean and the staff are very courteous. Food in gsh is authentic and over all it is a pleasant family friendly location. The only concern is that it has no parking facility and on the galle road, which is always busy.

I stayed there for a night and extended the stay for one more night. There's a kettle, water, glasses and cups, coffee and tea, a fridge, bottles of shampoo/conditioner and lotion. You can have breakfast on the sixth floor, and there's a great café called Grind nearby. Two supermarkets - Spar and another one - within 5-10 minutes on foot. The towels had tone cream spots on them, and they don't seem to clean every day (on the second day, i called to ask for some water and toiletries, but only got water). Besides, i heard the noise of the vacuum cleaner in the hall at 9:30 pm - i requested a quiet room and was trying to fall asleep, so that was disappointing.

Location was good, in the heart of the city. Rooms are average and hotel did not provide shower cap, soap and shampoo. Else everything was ok. Recommend only for short stay. The only thing i like about hotel was friendly staff and plenty of food restaurants nearby area. Else everything was average.
