UUtente ospiteMy room was pleasant. It was a reasonable size, with a comfortable bed. The foyer and seating areas always seemed crowded. The only place to relax was at the pool.
Pedestrian access to the hotel is problematic. It is surrounded by busy roads and crossing them is not for the faint hearted.

CCJ12Un bel edificio in una zona molto piacevole di Colombo, l'architettura e la progettazione interna dell'hotel sono un piacere da vedere e la grande maggioranza del personale è gentile e cortese. Le colazioni erano grandi entrambe le mattine (sia il colazione srilancana che il stile occidentale), e si sono davvero rispettate le alte aspettative che avevamo visto dal marketing Instagram.
Abbiamo ricevuto un'aggiornamento alla Suite Nord-Ovest, che era una stanza più grande, per la quale siamo stati molto apprezzati; sono stati segnalati e corretti alcuni problemi con gli attrezzi e gli apparecchi di lavoro (caffè e asciugacapelli), La struttura è stata molto più ampia, ma la struttura è molto più ampia e non è molto ampia (come si prevedeva, forse, con il fascino di un hotel più vecchio).
Il nostro unico silenzio era il capo di casa, che non sembrava capire la sottilezza necessaria per un tale ruolo, o la privacy con cui gli ospiti potrebbero godere del bellissimo hotel. Sembrava che si fosse ingannato troppo spesso per cercare un consiglio, e non si era molto apprezzato dei limiti che si potrebbe desiderare quando pagava una ragionevole commissione per ogni notte. Mia moglie e io abbiamo preso a chiudere rapidamente la porta e a mettere il segno “Non disturbare” sul manico per mantenere il suo incessante interruzione al minimo. Il suo vice, tuttavia, era un bene per l'hotel, che sembrava comprendere l'arte sottile di fornire un servizio di alta qualità per un soggiorno di lusso in un bel hotel.

ZZorpaI stayed a wonderful couple of days at Colombo Court. The hotel is lovely and the room spacious and very comfortable. The staff are really friendly, helpful and there is always someone around if you need anything. I had a wonderful massage at the spa as well, which really added to the luxury experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

IIan LagacLocation is great, just beside One Galle Face Mall. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Beautiful sunset views (from the bar, pool, restaurant, lobby) and Galle Face opposite the road. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious.
Checked in Dec 30-Jan 2 peak season. Hotel was fully booked. Waited in the lobby for my room to be ready upon check-in. Front desk said they will find me to let me know. Waited for more than an hour before I asked them again and told me that my room has been ready.
Ordered some room service which took more than an hour to be delivered. Granted they told me that it may take about 50 minutes because it was peak hours. Upon delivery they told me it was comped because of the long wait.
Pool, restaurant, and bar staff are all great. Very personable and accommodating.
Loved the sky pool on the 31st floor. No bar but not as crowded as the main pool.
Breakfast was great. A lot of choices. Asian selection is great. Pastries not so much, some didn’t seem fresh. Heard from some staff that it gets super busy from around 9 but didn’t experience any long wait. Plenty of tables to accommodate people.
Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again if I’m in Colombo.

Ogni richiesta è stata trattata con vera cura e professionalità, e il livello di ospite dimostra chiaramente che la soddisfazione del cliente viene prima.
Grazie in particolare al signor Gajan, del servizio Bell, che mi ha accompagnato gentilmente durante il check-out e ha aspettato con me per un po' di tempo fino all'arrivo del mio taxi. La sua attenzione, la sua dedizione e la sua attenzione mi hanno fatto un'impressione duratura e rappresentano un servizio davvero eccellente.
La cena in camera era anche eccellente e di alta qualità. Purtroppo ho preso un freddo durante il mio soggiorno e non potevo esplorare tutto, ma certamente tornerò.
Una vera esperienza di cinque stelle. Molto raccomandato.

MManuri LinaraI recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Colombo, and overall it was a wonderful experience.
The room was extremely spacious, honestly one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in within Colombo. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The room included everything you might need—tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, toothbrushes, and more. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the TV, office table was huge as well. All the facilities such as the lights, air conditioning, and fan worked perfectly, so we had no issues at all.
Our room was on the 8th floor (top floor) and we had a nice view overlooking the Galle Face Hotel with a small view of the ocean. The location of the hotel is also excellent since it is very close to Galle Face Green and many other attractions in Colombo, which makes it very convenient for travelers.
The check-in process was smooth, and they welcomed us with a refreshing welcome drink. One thing to note is that the security procedure is quite strict. When we had guests visiting our room briefly, they had to provide their IDs and go through a security check. It was the first time I experienced this in a hotel, but it is understandable since it helps maintain safety.
Although we booked bed and breakfast, we later asked if we could add the dinner buffet, but unfortunately it was already full. However, something very kind happened later that night. My mother wanted chicken congee, so we asked the room service staff if it was available. Even though it was not on the menu at that moment, they were kind enough to prepare and send us a bowl of chicken congee. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated their kindness.
The breakfast buffet was excellent with a very wide variety of food, and everything we tried was delicious. My family has always liked the buffets at Ramada, and this time was no different. They also had live cooking stations, and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming.
Overall, everything about the stay was great. The room, service, location, and food were all excellent.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely worth the price and offers great value for money.

- There is no frying pan and no pots. It is impossible to cook on the stove, there is no microwave.
- The furniture in the living room has an unpleasant smell and is dirty;
- The iron board is dirty;
- The curtains need to be changed;

UUtente ospiteI stayed here for two nights and found the experience to be average. The location is definitely the best part of this hotel—you can’t beat it for convenience.
I had requested a birthday cake upon arrival, and the hotel did a good job of arranging that for me, which I appreciated. However, the rest of the stay was hit-or-miss. The cleanliness was only average, and the receptionist wasn't very attentive. It’s a fine place if you just need a central spot to sleep.

D with non alcoholic freshly made juice for my self and my littlest extremely accomodating at such a late hour breakfast was a buffet setup with. Oth Western European and traditional Sri Lanka cuisines and we still pretty much could order anything anyway - my daughter wanted western style eggs fried sunny side up on toast cracked them right there in front of here the view was incredible from our room you could hear the ocean crash against the rocks only wish we could have stayed longer really good people place service was exceptional- you. E nice they be nice easy peasy xox
