Hotel a Colombo con piscina

We had a wonderful stay at The Kingsbury Colombo. The hotel is elegant, clean, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We’ve booked a 2-bedroom room and it is just perfect. Nothing to complain at all. Spacious and clean room. Everything is just right. Will defo staying here again. The only thing is that we hope the room service can be 24/7 or extend till midnight at least.

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Colombo Court, e mentre offre buoni valori e eccellenti camere, l'ospitalità mi è sentita un po' rigida per un turista. I primi punti: la camera stessa era fantastica. Era grande, impecabilmente pulita, e aveva fogli di grande qualità con molte eccellenti cuscini. La camera era condizionata con asciugamani e toletta di qualità. Dopo che sono arrivato a combattere contro il freddo, la grande selezione di caffè e tè nella stanza è stata un salvataggio assoluto. Tuttavia, il servizio clienti lascia molto da desiderare. Sono arrivato al mezzogiorno dopo un volo di notte. Anche se è la stagione bassa e l'hotel si è sentito completamente vuoto, il desk front insiste per il check-in alle 2:00 PM. Non hanno nemmeno offerto un check-in precoce per un canone, ma mi hanno detto di poter aspettare fuori al caldo per due ore dalla piscina. C'era anche una strana questione di fatturazione al check-in. Il servizio frontale mi ha chiesto un pagamento di $43, anche se avevo già pagato in pieno. Ho dovuto mostrare loro il mio lavoro di carta che mostrava il pagamento della carta di credito virtuale della piattaforma di prenotazione prima che si spendessero, ma non l'hanno ripreso, ma sembrava un tentativo di scalpore. Infine, la mia conferma di prenotazione ha dichiarato esplicitamente che il checkout era tra le 11:00 e le 12:00, ma alle 11:30, il personale mi ha chiuso alla porta dicendomi che il checkout era effettivamente alle 11:00. Anche dopo aver mostrato la mia conferma al tavolo frontale, hanno insistito che la loro regola era 11:00. Il personale è sempre stato amichevole e gentile, ma sembrava che servissero il loro libro di regole piuttosto che i loro ospiti.La proprietà è molto pulita, ma ha molto più di una viva per i viaggiatori di business che una destinazione turistica benvenuta. Ho un'altra prenotazione per la mia gamba di ritorno, ma lo cancellerò per rimanere altrove.

Very late arrival at the hotel (2 a.m.) but was greeted and well-taken of by staff. Stayed for six nights. Hotel is in a good location. Reservation is on the 7th floor, not ground floor. Good city view and can see the ocean in a near distance. A grocery store is just a few steps away. Breakfast is good with enough variety but the selection is pretty much the same. So, for a 2-3 nights stay, it’s fine. Otherwise, eating the same breakfast six days in a row is not so ideal. Also, bathroom only has the most basic amenities, which is actually better for the environment. Will definitely stay here again!

Non è troppo sicuro se la posizione è buona o no, ma riteniamo che sia abbastanza centrale per andare dove volevamo, anche se abbiamo un conducente da portarci. La notte, dopo aver acquistato da One Face Galle, ci vorranno circa 20 minuti, tra cui i giardini di traffico, per raggiungere l'hotel da Uber. La torre Lotus è vista dalla finestra, o il tetto con la vista notturna sorprendente. La selezione del colazione è assolutamente sorprendente e il ristorante ha una bella vista sul mare. Spero che torniamo indietro.

Servizio: La reception, il facchino e l'addetto alla piscina sono stati tutti molto gentili. Tutti sono stati molto gentili, tranne la responsabile della hall, una donna con il nome sulla targhetta che ricordava Mithma, che si è dimostrata un po' scortese. Un'amica di un altro hotel è venuta a Sofia per incontrarci per cena, e questa donna è stata molto insistente e ha continuato a cercare di convincerla ad andarsene. Quando siamo andati via, anche lei è stata molto insistente, chiedendoci di lasciare una buona recensione. Un'altra cosa: ci hanno fatto pagare un supplemento per la doppia occupazione, nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera doppia. Questo ci è stato spiegato solo al momento del check-out, il che è stato un po' un inconveniente.

Huge apartment, 2 bed rooms with full amnities. Breakfast has a lot of selection but taste is bot quite good. Only bekery section doing well. Friendly staff, good location, nice view.

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Colombo, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The room was extremely spacious, honestly one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in within Colombo. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The room included everything you might need—tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, toothbrushes, and more. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the TV, office table was huge as well. All the facilities such as the lights, air conditioning, and fan worked perfectly, so we had no issues at all. Our room was on the 8th floor (top floor) and we had a nice view overlooking the Galle Face Hotel with a small view of the ocean. The location of the hotel is also excellent since it is very close to Galle Face Green and many other attractions in Colombo, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The check-in process was smooth, and they welcomed us with a refreshing welcome drink. One thing to note is that the security procedure is quite strict. When we had guests visiting our room briefly, they had to provide their IDs and go through a security check. It was the first time I experienced this in a hotel, but it is understandable since it helps maintain safety. Although we booked bed and breakfast, we later asked if we could add the dinner buffet, but unfortunately it was already full. However, something very kind happened later that night. My mother wanted chicken congee, so we asked the room service staff if it was available. Even though it was not on the menu at that moment, they were kind enough to prepare and send us a bowl of chicken congee. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a very wide variety of food, and everything we tried was delicious. My family has always liked the buffets at Ramada, and this time was no different. They also had live cooking stations, and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, everything about the stay was great. The room, service, location, and food were all excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely worth the price and offers great value for money.

Perfetto per un viaggio veloce! Ci siamo divertiti in un soggiorno senza saldatura. La posizione è invincibile, ci mette nel cuore dell'azione. La nostra attenzione è stata particolarmente apprezzata per la pulizia e la comodità della stanza, e la colazione di mattina era eccellente, il modo perfetto per iniziare il giorno.

Tutti i dipendenti erano molto gentili. La vista dalla stanza era anche sorprendente. Grazie per il piacevole soggiorno.
