Hotel a Colombo con piscina

Vista stupenda sulla piscina del Roof Garden, servizio eccellente. Colazione a buffet al terzo piano con piatti continentali e anche varietà di Sri Laker. Richiesta di prolungamento del soggiorno e offerta di accoglienza fino alle 15:00. È stata un'esperienza fantastica in questo hotel. Al bar al piano terra si può ascoltare un vero pianista suonare il pianoforte, il che è davvero rilassante. Inoltre, ho apprezzato molto il ragazzo delle pulizie, molto gentile e disponibile, tanto che gli ho chiesto di darmi un sacchetto di arachidi in più. In breve, questo hotel merita 45/50 punti e lo consiglierò ai miei amici.

Questo hotel ha il MIGLIOR personale possibile! Sono davvero disponibili: il mio volo era alle 4 del mattino e mi hanno lasciato in sala d'attesa fino a mezzanotte. Sono super soddisfatto! L'unica pecca è che non hanno una macchina per il caffè a disposizione degli ospiti durante i pasti (buffet aperti) e aggiungono il 40% di tasse e servizio ai prezzi dei loro ristoranti 🙈

Location is great, just beside One Galle Face Mall. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Beautiful sunset views (from the bar, pool, restaurant, lobby) and Galle Face opposite the road. Rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Checked in Dec 30-Jan 2 peak season. Hotel was fully booked. Waited in the lobby for my room to be ready upon check-in. Front desk said they will find me to let me know. Waited for more than an hour before I asked them again and told me that my room has been ready. Ordered some room service which took more than an hour to be delivered. Granted they told me that it may take about 50 minutes because it was peak hours. Upon delivery they told me it was comped because of the long wait. Pool, restaurant, and bar staff are all great. Very personable and accommodating. Loved the sky pool on the 31st floor. No bar but not as crowded as the main pool. Breakfast was great. A lot of choices. Asian selection is great. Pastries not so much, some didn’t seem fresh. Heard from some staff that it gets super busy from around 9 but didn’t experience any long wait. Plenty of tables to accommodate people. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay here again if I’m in Colombo.

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Colombo Court, e mentre offre buoni valori e eccellenti camere, l'ospitalità mi è sentita un po' rigida per un turista. I primi punti: la camera stessa era fantastica. Era grande, impecabilmente pulita, e aveva fogli di grande qualità con molte eccellenti cuscini. La camera era condizionata con asciugamani e toletta di qualità. Dopo che sono arrivato a combattere contro il freddo, la grande selezione di caffè e tè nella stanza è stata un salvataggio assoluto. Tuttavia, il servizio clienti lascia molto da desiderare. Sono arrivato al mezzogiorno dopo un volo di notte. Anche se è la stagione bassa e l'hotel si è sentito completamente vuoto, il desk front insiste per il check-in alle 2:00 PM. Non hanno nemmeno offerto un check-in precoce per un canone, ma mi hanno detto di poter aspettare fuori al caldo per due ore dalla piscina. C'era anche una strana questione di fatturazione al check-in. Il servizio frontale mi ha chiesto un pagamento di $43, anche se avevo già pagato in pieno. Ho dovuto mostrare loro il mio lavoro di carta che mostrava il pagamento della carta di credito virtuale della piattaforma di prenotazione prima che si spendessero, ma non l'hanno ripreso, ma sembrava un tentativo di scalpore. Infine, la mia conferma di prenotazione ha dichiarato esplicitamente che il checkout era tra le 11:00 e le 12:00, ma alle 11:30, il personale mi ha chiuso alla porta dicendomi che il checkout era effettivamente alle 11:00. Anche dopo aver mostrato la mia conferma al tavolo frontale, hanno insistito che la loro regola era 11:00. Il personale è sempre stato amichevole e gentile, ma sembrava che servissero il loro libro di regole piuttosto che i loro ospiti.La proprietà è molto pulita, ma ha molto più di una viva per i viaggiatori di business che una destinazione turistica benvenuta. Ho un'altra prenotazione per la mia gamba di ritorno, ma lo cancellerò per rimanere altrove.

Hotel eccellente, posizione comoda, soddisfa pienamente le aspettative dichiarate. Ottima colazione. L'unico aspetto negativo è che ci sono dei lavori di fronte, ma in realtà non causano alcun inconveniente.

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Colombo, and overall it was a wonderful experience. The room was extremely spacious, honestly one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in within Colombo. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the amenities were excellent. The room included everything you might need—tea and coffee facilities, toiletries, toothbrushes, and more. The bed was very large and comfortable, and the TV, office table was huge as well. All the facilities such as the lights, air conditioning, and fan worked perfectly, so we had no issues at all. Our room was on the 8th floor (top floor) and we had a nice view overlooking the Galle Face Hotel with a small view of the ocean. The location of the hotel is also excellent since it is very close to Galle Face Green and many other attractions in Colombo, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The check-in process was smooth, and they welcomed us with a refreshing welcome drink. One thing to note is that the security procedure is quite strict. When we had guests visiting our room briefly, they had to provide their IDs and go through a security check. It was the first time I experienced this in a hotel, but it is understandable since it helps maintain safety. Although we booked bed and breakfast, we later asked if we could add the dinner buffet, but unfortunately it was already full. However, something very kind happened later that night. My mother wanted chicken congee, so we asked the room service staff if it was available. Even though it was not on the menu at that moment, they were kind enough to prepare and send us a bowl of chicken congee. It was a very thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a very wide variety of food, and everything we tried was delicious. My family has always liked the buffets at Ramada, and this time was no different. They also had live cooking stations, and the staff there were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, everything about the stay was great. The room, service, location, and food were all excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely worth the price and offers great value for money.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, la stanza è molto grande, ma ci sono alcune cose che sono molto insoddisfacenti.Uno è il gusto del canale di scarico del bagno pubblico, molto dolce. Uno è che il primo giorno e mezzanotte ha sentito qualcuno che ha fatto una pressione sulla porta +, che durò circa dieci minuti. E'terribile. Il giorno dopo e la reception hanno detto che voleva controllare. La spiegazione è che il tizio che viveva a 605 ha sbagliato la nostra porta 506, e poi ha lasciato la casa il giorno dopo. Quindi non puo'faccia, ma abbiamo provato la nostra carta portare il camion al sesto piano, indicando che e'che troviamo una ragione per scherzare con noi.E a volte, a metà notte, sentirai anche il telefono suonare, e due sono scherzi, non so se sia un dramma o cosa. Un altro è che c'è un'estrazione nel frigo e vicino al tavolo.

My stay at Radisson Hotel Colombo was very pleasant. The hotel is well-maintained, modern, and comfortable. The rooms were clean, quiet, and suitable for both business and leisure stays. Service was smooth and professional, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The location is convenient, especially for business travelers, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and well-organized. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and room service and housekeeping met expectations. Overall, Radisson Hotel Colombo offers a reliable and comfortable stay with good service standards. Based on my experience, I would definitely consider staying here again during future visits to Colombo.

Mount Lavinia Hotel era così buono - non più. AC non funziona bene. Telefoni in camera non funzionano, danno un numero mobile per chiamare invece. Il mantenimento della casa richiede età per venire. Non l'hotel grande che conoscevamo una volta più.
