Hotel 2 stelle a Cebu

I had a great time staying in Tsai Hotel. The room was nice, I had the mountain view which is very cool to look at every morning. The room is clean and I'm amazed there's a mini ref I can use, something that wasn't available in the other hotels I've stayed.

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.

Overall I rate the place as basic clean enough but never had hot water WiFi not great staff very friendly and helpful, I would also say good value for the money paid

Il responsabile delle pulizie vv è stato molto educato, gentile e rispettoso. Aveva un sorriso molto accomodante sul viso. La reception era educata e comprensiva. Mi piace come i dipendenti trattano i loro clienti, quindi non importa quali siano stati i piccoli problemi o le insoddisfazioni al momento del check-in, è andato tutto bene grazie alle persone che lavorano dietro k. Mi piacerebbe molto e forse prenoterei per la prossima volta se Netflix sarà disponibile, dato che di solito vogliamo avere una serata cinema durante le vacanze in famiglia. Questa è la mia seconda volta al Csuites, prenoterei sicuramente di nuovo se le opzioni per i film migliorassero.

Una struttura a conduzione coreana nel mezzo di nulla di interessante. L'hotel in sé è un motel decente con un bar un po' caro e limitato, una colazione molto semplice (e la stessa cosa) e una piscina decente. Lo svantaggio più grande è che si trova in mezzo al nulla. Non c'è nulla di interessante nel raggio di 10 minuti a piedi, né ci sono opzioni di trasporto pubblico (a parte taxi o trike). Potrebbe essere una buona opzione soggiornare per i negozi di immersione, supponendo che tu stia cercando un hotel semplice e pulito, ma è a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.

Rimanere a buon mercato con esperienze miste - Buona per il prezzo, ma essere preparati per i chicchi Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per tre notti principalmente a causa del suo prezzo incredibilmente basso, circa 500+ pesos. Quando siamo arrivati, ci ha sorpreso di vedere la zona piena di motociclete HPG (Gruppo di pattuglia su strada); è emerso che anche loro rimaste lì a causa di un evento ASEAN a Lapu-Lapu, che ha reso la vicinanza molto occupata. Quando siamo entrati, la ricezione era inattesa per un momento, e quando qualcuno ci ha aiutato, sembravano affrettati e difficile comunicare con loro. Essere escogitato nella nostra stanza era un'esperienza ”ok”. Per il punto di prezzo 500-peso, soddisfaceva le aspettative! La stanza aveva un frigorifero, e siamo stati felici di trovare un bucket e un dipper, il che significava che potremmo fare il lavanderia un enorme plus per noi. La pressione del doccia era leggermente migliore di quella del nostro precedente alloggio, ma non siamo ancora completamente soddisfatti e siamo finiti usando il bucket e il dipper per il bagno. Ci è piaciuto la TV, anche se era un manuale almeno funzionava! La nostra esperienza nel campo del cibo, dopo l’uscita, era piuttosto caotica, e il personale sembrava disorganizzato, ridevano, e poi c’era una chiara preoccupazione da un altro ospite il cui ordine non era arrivato, nonostante fosse stato posto prima del nostro. La scena si è rapidamente scalata con le persone che gridavano: ”Dove si trova l'ordine?” e ”Quale ordine?”, creando un'atmosfera molto confusa e sgradevole.

The front desks are friendly and accomodating, however the door of the cr doesn't have lock and hard to close, the toilet flash kay hinay moflash, two beds: one is single and the other is double, the double bed was I guess dirty kay nangatol ako friend sa bedsheet. I highly suggest to fix the doors and toilet flash, and change/wash the bedsheet well 😊

La ricezione era già inamicissima, il bungalow era relativamente scarsamente equipaggiato, il telecomando per il condizionamento dell'aria era difettoso, la pressione bassa dell'acqua nel doccia, nessuna tovagliola, nessuna toletta, eccetto un bar microscopico di sapone. La vista del paese era bella, ma già la avevamo goduto in modo molto ampio, in tre ore di viaggio da Dalaguete, il pesce grigliato è stato ucciso due volte, una volta dalla mano del pescatore e una volta dal suo soggiorno nel congelatore per diversi mesi. La zuppa vegetale non era del tutto ingestionabile, come il pesce, ma non ci era stato chiesto di bere, e l'acqua, che ci era permesso di prendere da un distributore, era ben 30° calda. Non c'erano altri ospiti, la cena senza musica, bagnata alla luce del CCTV, ha dato l'impressione di un cimitero - completamente desolato. L'impressione di un povero servizio gastronomico si è proseguita senza sosta al colazione e si è colmata nell'impertinente volere pagare 50 pesos per una seconda tazza di caffè.Abbiamo prenotato per tre notti e pagato 21.1 Kpesos. Non ho mai avuto peggio per i soldi in sette mesi nelle Filippine! Dopo la prima notte, abbiamo imballato i bagagli e abbiamo lasciato il resort. Mi astengo dal lodare la bella piscina o la grande vista a causa della miserabile performance globale. Non è raccomandata.
