The hotel and staff are exceptional. Since I arrived I was made to feel welcome and the quality of service is fantastic. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and garden area with a convenience store just to the side of the garden. The rooms are very clean, breakfast was delicious and the staff always happy to help. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels during my travels in Asia and this is my best experience so far. I highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing stay.

Front desk doesn't understand english. He still need to check with his duty manager. Room is old & dusty. Refrigerator not cold. Aircon also not cold. TV spoil.

This hotel is located near the bus shelter and train station, so it is convenient for business travelers. The hotel ambiance is nice, warm, and bright. Overall breakfast was good with a lot of options, serving fresh salads and also tropical fruits such as rambutan and sawo, while it could be improved in terms of service consistency (serving time, availability of food). The room was clean, spacious, with all in-room facilities working well.

Their service was excellent..! Smooth check in n fast respon at the receptionist. The room actually big, but since the furniture inside were full so the space gettin narrow. I loved the atmosphere of the interior design of the lobby n at the room. Nice!

We were here as we needed to catch an early Whoosh train to Bandung. Very near the station and probably the best quality hotel in that area.
