The location of the hotel is not ideal so they try to make it up with service. However the service is not up to standard. Lulu offered transfer from hotel to railway station this morning but she forgot to book the car! They want to help in many aspects but in vain and caused inconvenience and disturbance to the guests

Beautifully well maintained hotel with high quality fixtures and fittings. Staff who are problem solvers and always try to go the extra mile. Thanks a lot to housekeeper singing and all the hotel ‘butlers’ for providing excellent service. The breakfast also was exceptional especially the pastries. Will definitely stay next time.

The service at the hotel is the best I have experienced so far anywhere in the world. The front desk and bartenders, servers like Judy, Elsa and Ivy constantly offered help, providing snacks, fruits and soup, afternoon tea and hands with luggages. and room services. The breakfast is ample with choices and cookers/servers go all the way beyond to help guests … keep up with good services and the hotel will win hearts of people and be rewarded.

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

Outstanding hotel, the best I've been staying in in China after 20-25 tries in the five-star range. A real boutique spirit with design creativity all around and a true French touch. Would recommand to anyone going to Guiyang. Special thanks to the manager Yilia for fine-tuned care and communication.

This was our first trip to Guizhou and Guiyang was our first stop. What a nice way to enter an unknown city! Maison Albar is gorgeous in every way and totally brand new! The butler service was incredibly useful for us non-Chinese speakers. Nothing we asked for was too much. Our only wish was that they had a swimming pool and more than one restaurant but other than that, we were so pleased with our stay. Beautiful deco and amenities all around. Yilia was especially helpful and very attentive. We are so grateful for her support. Breakfast was delicious and we were spoilt for choice! Can’t wait to experience Maison Albar again!

貴陽觀山湖安珀酒店是法國百年家族歷史的安珀家族，在貴陽合作開設的奢華精品酒店品牌，並在2024年7月正式更名為貴陽珍珀酒店。酒店體現了法式優雅美學和貴州的傳統藝術的融合，每間房都展示了貴州當地的刺綉裝飾作品。還有貼心的管家服務都被很好的保留下來。一樓大堂設計隱祕低調，20樓的大堂30米挑高的中庭確別有洞天。25樓的藝術空間不定期還有各種藝術展覽。入住酒店，體會法式優雅和貴州山水的完美融合！

酒店在觀山湖區，離機場和車站都近。套餐裏面含接送機，Seven前一天就聯繫了，留了到站和送機的訊息。司機小哥很年輕，彬彬有禮，車子是奔馳商務車非常乾淨。到酒店就被震住了，也太寶藏了！酒店的設計，香氛，藝術氛圍都非常濃厚，早餐很棒，還有送兩張雞尾酒飲品券。酒店周邊的社區阿雲朵倉也特別有意思，有個碗池，小孩哥小孩姐在裏面馳騁。貴陽人民的精神狀態狠狠羨慕了！在貴陽是很需要運動的，畢竟吃這麼多。酒店健身房就很贊，24小時開放，阿姨隔十來分鐘就進來打掃，換毛巾換水送水果，還有一些好玩的crossfit器械。邊上還有觀山湖公園，夜跑一圈也非常舒服。 對啦，李志的1701livehouse也要開放了，這幾天就聽見在裏面猛猛排練。 還有tapstar精釀，juju咖啡，對的咖啡，長桌宴。周邊逛逛就能happy一天～對面的馬殺**本草記也強烈推薦，逛累了去充電。 已經想不出有比貴陽更好的吃香喝辣目的地了，爽爽貴陽還想來！ Seven説，一定再來！

酒店服務太好了，每個人都彬彬有禮。幫忙升級了房型，提前詢問睡眠喜好，幫忙準備枕頭。管家服務也很貼心，有問必答。地理位置優越，旁邊就是阿雲朵倉，吃的逛的都有，有家小酒吧不錯，啤酒都是自家做的精釀。距離高鐵站十分鐘車程。麪包坊也很好。臨走的時候買了沙拉麪包路上吃，這個堅果酥做的非常有水平，後悔應該多買點的。

一家服務與品質超乎想象的酒店，住過後唯一一家發自內心特想發評論表揚的酒店！酒店周邊環境安靜有特色，住客不多，但卻入住過許多企業家和明星，設施及用品都很高端，環境私密安靜，服務貼心舒適，服務卡很多類用品可在需要時提供，餐飲美味精緻，贈送的蛋糕和水果🎂很美味，每層樓都有獨特的設計風格，充滿了法式設計的藝術氣息，並融匯了貴州當地的獨有山水特色！！住在這裏讓人心情寧靜，除了擁有出遊放鬆愉悦的心情，也讓人擁有一種家的温暖舒心！！私人管家服務非常棒！！！特別感謝Alex全程的貼心服務，以及Ak和jojo的的温暖服務，讓我們擁有一個難忘的紀念日和住店體驗！！

這個價格在國內能住到這個品質的酒店真的很棒了，從服務到環境，比之前住的同價格區間的酒店都要好很多，入住到離店，都有安排車輛接送，酒店各環節銜接的都很好，酒吧的酒品也很專業，早餐豐盛，管家JOJO從住前就詢問我們有什麼需求，以及安排車輛接送，接送司機服務也很周到，因為原本的酒店停車場很遠，司機步行走到酒店來接我們。 告知管家JOJO愛人過生日後，給貼心佈置了一下房間，還準備了小蛋糕，房間每天的下午茶和甜品也很好吃。總之能以這樣實惠的價格住到這樣優質的酒店，真心很推薦。 因為貴陽的美食所以以後一定還會有再來的時候，期待下次入住。
